I never said he was dumb or lacked intelligence, just wanted to state that he's not the almighty know-it-all people think he is. He's above average, sure, but not Shikamaru's level for example.

You can't know everything. Sasuke entered the battle lacking knowledge. He's cocky. A smarter ninja, i.e Itachi would have instead of just asking the ninja he genjutsu'd for bee's location, but anything on his abilities and what makes him powerful.

With the spoilers showing Sasuke's ability analyzing Limbo Hengokou and adding his analyze to Deidara's KKG, while being pressured, I will say he is on par with Minato and Itachi on analyzing. This can be added with the fact he scientifically studied Orochimaru's abilities.

I will say 6/10. He still needs more manipulation, quick observation, and the ability to manipulate the situation and planning ahead.

You obviously lack the entire understanding of how Jins and normal Ninjas are studied by other villages. Jins are secret weapons of the villages, which is why Bee was trapped in the village for so long - this happened sometime after Bee fought Minato as Ae told him to train for Bijuu damas and that he would never leave the village afterwards.

The Jins protect the Villages only, whilst Ninjas travel and carry out village or country based missions divided according to Rankings as shown in Part 1. I am basically done here anyway, as you are making less and less sense with each post.

Well there are many types of intelligences and the OP seems to be asking for general intelligence (ie., book intelligence, analysis, intuition, etc.) As far as book smarts go, if they maintained the same gap throughout the series, Sakura is more book smart than Sasuke as we saw in the written portion of the chunin exams. When it comes to battle tactics, creativity, analysis, and intuition, he is a clearly a genius and probably surpassed Itachi (as we see with his innovation with the amaterasu). However, we don't know if he's at Shikamaru's ever, as we've never seen them compete. So, overall, I'd say Sasuke is a solid 15.

Naruto is probably a 12-13 overall. He has proven himself to be quite clever in battle and as we saw in the battle with Obito, his analyzing skills aren't too bad. He figured out that senjutsu was the only way to injure Obito. And while Shikamaru was stumped on what to do to get everyone outside of the barrier, it was Naruto who came up with an idea. And it worked.

A secret is a secret, doesn't matter if it's related to Bijuu, Dojutsu, Hijutsu, Kinjutsu or any type of Jutsu really, the important thing here is that a secret to some may not be a secret to the rest. So saying that they kept Jinchuurikis as a secret is just a really poor excuse for the poor judgement Sasuke shown using a genjutsu on Bee.

In Narutoverse Sasuke is a genius but he has a inferiority complex and he's very stubborn but he is a genus born with all the gifts of the Uchiha but I think he picked up some habits from Naruto like being driven by his emotions and he charges forward like Naruto but clearly he analyzes things while Naruto uses his instincts they truly make the perfect team
