By and by, I'll give him 19 out of 20. I am only cutting one mark as he's not as experienced as most. But he's one of the smartest characters in the manga. If you disagree, then you are going against the manga.

I agree, he created a variant of chidori, that alone puts him above alot of other Ninja. And also Itachi entrusted him with alot of power and knowledge. Even his eyes. The only thing slowing Sasuke down is his youth. But he will grow into the person Itachi wanted him to eventually.

Well....in light of Shelke and his superior knowledge on Sasuke... I retract my previous post and I'll agree with this.... As I'm not as knowledgeable on Sasuke as Shelke and other Sasuke fans are so..... I agree with this.

Though if you don't mind Shelke, I'm not trying to boast Madaras intellect...but if Madara is a 20... Why do you believe Sasuke to be that close to him? Also the case of Itachi.... Where would you put him if Sasuke is a 19? Nao I mean no disrespect... If you believe Sasuke that close I cannot tell you you're wrong.... I try to gauge it upon other characters when ranking things. There is no doubt you take your favorite very seriously XD. There is nothing wrong with that.

Agreed. Add the fact minato praised his skill despite only around him a short time. That praise culminated from when sasuke analysed what the hokages where doin(using their edo bodies as an advantage in juubito fyt) and schooled naruto on it. It was that intelligence that earned minatos praise and its a feat considering minato himself is a genious. And also tobirama equated him with madara in terms of being prodigious, another noteworthy stuf considering tobirama himsef too is intelligent
