How smart is Sasuke?

If we put away his reckless nature, how smart is actually Sasuke? His brother was one of the smartest Ninja in NV and he is an Uchiha, plus he had a Master like Kakashi to train him.

On a scale from 0-20

20 being Hashirama/Madara level intelligence

0 being Choji/Kiba level

Lol! Hashirama/Madara level! I know Hashi obvious isn't stupid, but putting him on the same level as Madara is just messed up, at least from what we've seen this far.

I can't take that question seriously unless I redo the scale so it's:

20 to 0 where:

20 = Shikaku Level

0 = Choji/Kiba level

In that case I'd put both him AND NARUTO at about 15 or 16. Cause they're both pretty damn smart when it comes to tactics in combat, and when Naruto gets serious he's definitely as smart as Sasuke. Makes sense when we look at their families as well:

Sasuke is the brother of Itachi (One of the smartest characters)

And Naruto is the son of Minato (Another one of the smartest characters)

I'd rank them like this...but it is difficult to gauge intellect... Especially in something fabricated. This imho is pure intelligence...
