No think about the manga prior to getting zetsu I believe kisame wins high diff because their are a couple examples when orochimaru fought four tails he struggled so much even tho he didn't have his arms kisame took down roshi by himself and killer bee didn't kisame also state the stronger his opponent the stronger he is even when kisame was in a weakened state and didn't have samehada it took 7 gates gai to beat him and that didn't even kill him all the way he still had enough juice to break free from yamato wood tech and use two water techs

How can Kisame deal with Orochimaru's summons? Iam pretty sure he can use summoning jutsu. Greact Shark bomb? How big this shark bomb is when there is no lake? Regardless,Sanju Rashomon counters it.

I'm pretty sure kisame can make a lake well big enough for super shark bomb which I think can tank rashomon if all else fells he can just fuse with same had a and use the water bubble

I don't see Kisame doing much against Manda, or hydra, or orochimaru's white snake form.- at worst I can see orochimaru taking over kisame's body.

I doubt it,he sure can make a small lake with his own chakra but I don't think it'll be as powerful as the one that he used against Guy because during his battle with Guy he has an entire ocean feeding that lake and no need to mention he got extreamly weaker even after using an out side source,pulling water on his own and using that jutsu is abit hard if u ask me & i don't even think it would be as powerful as the last one.There are literally no attacks from Orochimaru that can feel him enough chakra to fuse with Samehada and use his full power.Here what ur overlooking is the fact that in every battle that Kisame showed an over powerd jutsu he sucked alot of chakra from others so there is no evidence to say that he can pull jutsu on that level with his own chakra pool.


Regardless,his most powerful jutsu'll be countered by Sanju Rashomon then Kisame can't do anything against Oro and If he managed to pull water dome then Orochimaru summons manda to get away so it is no going to do anything against Oro.
