Kisame uses GW sharks which can swim up to 25-35mph while Andaconda's swim up to 30km/h, they're not slow.

It doesn't matter if Kisame absorbs all of Manda's chakra, the summon is not a ninjutsu-based fighter. The snake poisons him, healing isn't doing anything against poison. Orochimaru in general uses physical attacks mostly, so Kisamehada's chakra absorbtion skills aren't helping him in this matchup.

That's a pretty dumb statement. If kisame takes away all of manda's chakra, he dies-plain and simple. A thousand feeding sharks would simply murk orochimaru.
