Kisame uses GW sharks which can swim up to 25-35mph while Andaconda's swim up to 30km/h, they're not slow.

You've gotta be ****ing kidding me.

I'm serious. Manda II can breath underwater, so there's reason to believe Manda can too. Shark bites aren't doing sh*t to someone of Manda's size. It doesn't matter if Kisame absorbs all of Manda's chakra, the summon is not a ninjutsu-based fighter. The snake poisons him, healing isn't doing anything against poison. Orochimaru in general uses physical attacks mostly, so Kisamehada's chakra absorbtion skills aren't helping him in this matchup.
