Base Kabuto's physical stats are nowhere near Minato's level in terms of shunshin speed and reaction. Infact he already admitted himself in part1 to be weak in taijutsu. The natural energy only increases your base stats, so a perfect SM user like Minato would always be above DSM Kabuto simply because in their base stats, he is already above him. Now add his physical strength and durability that Kabuto lacks even in DSM, and he is comfortably above DSM Kabuto just by their physical capabilities

White rage uses sound vibration to paralyse the opponent, so it works basically similarly to the sage frog song used by Pa and Ma, and notice SM Naruto was capable to go through it without struggling unlike the summons and thus confirming Kabuto's words:

Before you even say Minato lacks such a feat, let me tell you that the Chou Odama rasengan is simply a rasengan in which you infused sage chakra to increase the size

Minato's base rasengan has already been shown to be bigger than normal. Since he mastered Sage Mode, it means he had high enough chakra to learn it. Adding Sage chakra into it, and there is no reason for him not being capable to use it

His jaws ripped the Susano'o ribcage apart, Minato has no feats of strength in SM anyway.

He has dodged a Susano'o arrow from Sasuke, but the Taijutsu part isn't relevant anyway since he can liquefy himself against physical attacks.

That's false and you know it. It's not Genjutsu, it's Sennin Ninpō. He liquefied his insides because the sound vibrates so hard it shakes the inside core of the human body. However without anything to solid matter shake (liquid body), the body effectively resists the effects of the jutsu. Minat doesn't have Hōzuki DNA, thus it works.​

Even if Minato marks the battlefield with FTG Kunai, Kabuto can always manipulate the ground with Muki Tensie to bury them down. All of Minato's summoning are manhandled by Manda II who is vastly superior to its original, that beaten Katsuya and Gamabunta singlehandedly. None of Minato's summoning are match. Even if Kabuto gets marked and taken out by Rasengan, he can always heal his injuries with Karin's DNA, or shed his skin with Orochimaru's DNA. Taking out Minato is no trouble, as he releases the Senpō Hakugeki no Jutsu to immobilize Minato, and proceeds to finish him off.

This area is not necessarily an open space, but there are open spaces in this area. Since Minato is a teleporter, and if he has kunai around, he will be the one deciding which parts of this map the battle will take place. If Minato forces that battle into an open space, Kabuto won't be as effective as he was with the Uchiha brothers.

You misunderstood the context of my post. I was saying that all Minato has to do is ransengan a wall to get into an open urban environment that suits his FTG quite well. Minato has superior reflexes to base Kabuto, therefore, when both are in SM, Minato will be the one catching Kabuto off-guard. Bee watched from a distance at the first time. He didn't instantly respond to Minato the second time. Minato was trying to use him as a hostage, and as such, wasn't actually attacking and was most likely halting long enough for everyone to understand the situation. It's not a significant reaction feat at all considering even the fodder saw him and saw what was going on.

How will he evade sound genjutsu of kabuto?

As he runs away and throws kunai, he'll teleport outside its range once Kabuto decides to use it. Also, the hokages traveled through countries with very little time. They are definitely faster than sound.
