SM Minato is faster than DSM Kabuto. Base Minato has one of the fastest shunshin and his reaction speed is above A in V2. Base Kabuto's physical stats are nowhere near Minato's level in terms of shunshin speed and reaction.
True. Strength is still questionable for both of them, but by default they should have Naruto's SM strength. Naruto had 3.5 strength during the time while Kabuto had 3. So Kabuto will only be .5 weaker with SM strength. Reasonably Minato should be a little stronger then Kabuto in SM, not that all this matter.
Infact he already admitted himself in part1 to be weak in taijutsu.
How is this relevant to now? Considering he had clash multiple times with a skilled Taijutsu users such as Itachi. Who also land hits on him, while NEVER using his Snake Navel for support[

The natural energy only increases your base stats, so a perfect SM user like Minato would always be above DSM Kabuto simply because in their base stats, he is already above him.
Ill give you that with speed but strength wouldn't make a difference on how he will win with it.
Now add his physical strength and durability that Kabuto lacks even in DSM, and he is comfortably above DSM Kabuto just by their physical capabilities
No he doesn't. What makes his durability less then SM Naruto? Cause he got his horns cut off? And a Sussanoo can stab him? Can SM Naruto do that? Durability isn't a factor in this match between these two anyway, as Kabuto also had alternative defenses.
Concerning strength: We can conclude that Kabuto indeed has physical strength, considering the swing he made that cut Itachi. Now I know people will use Edo Body as an excuse but check this out.

Taken out of context. You should post viz scan. He was clearly talking about himself. He is the only one that can cover his eyelid and liquify his body to counter his jutsu.
White rage uses sound vibration to paralyse the opponent, so it works basically similarly to the sage frog song used by Pa and Ma, and notice SM Naruto was capable to go through it without struggling unlike the summons and thus confirming Kabuto's words:

Thats ok, People like to think Muki Tensei is only useful for offensive for some reason. There is so much you can do other then caving in your opponent.

Minato is a perfect SM user as well, so he should have no problems to tank it even if he didn't rely on dodging
Not a chance as they are not augmented with chakra. SM has shown countless of time being able to be penetrated though chakra attacks
To kill Kabuto? I'm pretty sure a rasengan of this size would kill him:

Kabuto is not stupid, he is fighting the legendary yellow flash. He will have his body fluids ready to tank. Plus the ability to block all chakra with Kidomaru
Before you even say Minato lacks such a feat, let me tell you that the Chou Odama rasengan is simply a rasengan in which you infused sage chakra to increase the size
Not much matters
Minato's base rasengan has already been shown to be bigger than normal. Since he mastered Sage Mode, it means he had high enough chakra to learn it. Adding Sage chakra into it, and there is no reason for him not being capable to use it
Its perfectly reasonable. But it won't help much.
