Wave isn't a bit faster than Akame, he's a lot faster. But can Akame dodge Mine's drag shot? Her drag shot has ridiculous speed and it's constant laser unlike normal bullets which just shoots once. What this means is that it eliminates the times of pointing, pulling trigger and the bullets' travel time, all Mine has to do is point Pumpkin at Akame and Akame is dead. And she certainly can do it because she can already follow and point her gun at Wave's movement and Ran's flying speed which are both incredibly fast. And the further Akame is from Mine the more distance she has to cover to compensate for Mine's range of motion, only making it easier for Mine to hit her. And the laser itself is wide too, when shot straight and not dragged it spanned wider than a transformed Koro which is huge.

A lot faster? Lets not overestimate Wave's speed. He is extremely fast, but not a lot faster than Akame. She has

I just re-read their fights and took some pages. I'm not sure where those panels are from right now, but it's somewhere in Esdese vs Susano'o and Kurome vs Night Raid.​

I'm quite sure Ran is faster than a lot of people while flying, he just came out of no where and outpaced the flying manta. Mantas are quite fast as seen here when Najenda was far away and caught up to them before they even got a chance to run away [

She had to block those bullets and so was caught off guard, and the 2nd scan was just hand to hand combat which she isn't good at, nothing about speed really, she kept up just fine the whole fight.

I know Akame is faster than Mein, it's obvious, but Mein can still track Akame's movement. I don't think Akame can react to the cutting shot as seen when Koro, who reacted to her other shots already didn't even realize it got hit with the cutting shot. And even if Akame can barely dodge initially, she can't outrun when Mine can just point Pumpkin at her and she'll be dead.

Look at the second scan again and notice the ''diamond'' shape above Mine's head. That sign usually appears above a character's head when she or he is shocked by the enemy's action such as the enemy's speed, etc. Mine was looking right at Seryuu and still got surprised.​

I know Akame is faster than Mein, it's obvious, but Mein can still track Akame's movement. I don't think Akame can react to the cutting shot as seen when Koro, who reacted to her other shots already didn't even realize it got hit with the cutting shot. And even if Akame can barely dodge initially, she can't outrun when Mine can just point Pumpkin at her and she'll be dead.

It doesn't seem to me like Koro couldn't react to the shot, he was just unable to because of the situation he was in. He had absolutely no solid ground on which he could move on so avoiding the shot in that situation was impossible. Mine can point her gun, Akame can keep on running.​

Braht has a good chance, but still falls to Seryuu's bigger moves though. And I don't think Mine can really take down Akame considering that the latter is portrayed as superior and that she can pretty much blitz anyone who cannot catch her or doesn't have a good defense for her blitzes such as Incrusio, Koro, Grand Chariot, etc.​

Good list, Matthew. However, could you guys explain to me why do you think Akame has a chance against Wave in 1v1? Not gonna say anything about Tatsumi since he has his chances, but I don't see Akame having a chance. Even though she is indeed more skilled than him, Grand Chariot is powerful enough to make that ''difference in skill between them'' a non-factor.

Her only way of killing the enemy is completely

I see what you mean. It's a toss-up between them, but I'd gauge to say that Akame can evade Wave long enough for Grand Chariot to start effecting his body (in the similar steed that Incursio does, as I don't remember if it was stated that Grand Chariot improved upon that short sight). However, it would be close nonetheless.

@Punk Tatsumi is undoubtedly top 10 material. I don't know what you're thinking...
