I sit on the ground and wait for senpai to arrive
Perform this jutsus.
(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.
Okay to start off we will begin very simple. I want you to gather your raw chakra and release the chakra forward while manipulating the nature of the chakra into suiton chakra. Summon a small wave of water and send it towards the dummy set up short range. It should wash up the dummy. Fairly simple nothing much to say here. Try though to be descriptive as possible for your sake.
Very well
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dojutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
A very famous water jutsu, I want you to gather your chakra in the pit of your stomach and manipulate the nature into suiton chakra. Thin out the suiton chakra to an extent and release from your mouth a thick mist all over the terrain. Release it in between us so when it covers the terrain we will lose vision of one another. Another simple tech nothing to much about it. I should tell you though using a water source to create the mist is much more faster, the opponent would have little to no time to stop the mist covering the area. Though for now use your own chakra source.
*Blows the mist away with fuuton*
Pretty good
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.
A nice suiton jutsu. Like always gather your chakra in your chakra system all over your body. Channel the chakra towards through your arm and stop at your hand. Then nature manipulate the chakra into suiton. Your hand will have suiton chakra in it, release it and shape the chakra into a sharp water sword. It has the same attack potency as a regular blade. I want you to stap the dummy that appeared right next to you out of nowhere.
( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique

Gather your chakra in your chakra system all over your body. Channel the chakra towards both of your arms all the way through your hands. Manipulate the nature of the chakra into pure suiton chakra and hold your hands out ward in front of yourself. Release the gathered suiton chakra and manipulate the shape of the suiton chakra into a shield that has the power to take on projectile weapons and close range attacks.

Yes this is okay but where is the creativity or the respect of actually wanting to perform and feel the jutsu? Now to explain every basic element properly on how to manipulate chakra into nature with more imagination and creativity such examples like this would work.I gather my chakra and nature manipulate it into lightning chakra.
With my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the warmth of the very sun and the blazing heat it gives off, I condense the chakra and finally mold the chakras nature into fire.
After gathering my chakra, I begin to take full control over it. I sharpen the chakra having the precious sharpness that surpasses that of a sword. Successfully I mold the chakra into wind chakra.
Though again, that is not exactly wrong but where is the fun and creativity in that? This is all about paying attention to detail and how much you want to focus up on it. Here are some other examples that are more suffice.I manipulate the shape of my chakra to form a bullet.
After gathering my lightning chakra, I lengthen its size and sharpen the edge of the chakra to create a spear of lightning.
As I gather my chakra and release it forward, I begin to shape it and make it round as well as smooth leaving no bumps to create a spherical ball of chakra.
The jutsu goes in long range, because of this the opponent will not be able to evade that easily by just pushing back and it can correspond with other jutsus.
Yes they work but it will not always be the case like that so you need to be able to counter it as if it was already sent, though its not bad to mention that aspect saying because of the hand seals you can counter before he completes them but it is not what we look at, you are not simulating a battle situation, and that is what teachers what you to try to do and how they want to teach as if you were in battle. Remember when we were talking about how disadvantages work? Those are usually what a person will look at when trying to counter the jutsu, so lets say the opponent sends a lightning blade towards you as a projectile attack, this is what is acceptable. While he is performing the long list of hand seals I will send an attack before he completed them.
So using those disadvantages you listen can be used to make the proper counter towards the jutsu so remember that.Due to the fact it is straight forward and easy to notice (See the disadvantage) I can simply figure out where it is heading and I can create a dense defense like a wall or try to overpower it.
That is far to generic, yes some techs are more straightforward then others but those should be the ones you can formulate better counters with, its okay to experiment and say something new or outside the box, that is what teachers want to see and what they expect. So instead of using a wind jutsu, why not use a water pillar to launch you in the air and then send a attack to go on the quick offense? Simple yes, but at least it is not generic and overdone.I will send a wind attack to overpower it.
(Suiton: Mizu Hari) - Water Release: Water Needles Technique
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: By using their gentle fist chakra control, a hyuga member may condense nearby water and shape them into needles to launch at the target.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.
With water source next to you as well as have the opponent very close by. Manipulating the water source the user will create a water needle to rise from the water and speed towards the opponent in attempt to impale the opponent. Inflicting serious sharp pain towards the area hit. Its a straightforward technique so it can be anticipated on travel and projectile based when you send the needle towards the opponent. Its similar to other jutsus we will be learning soon. One disadvantage to this technique is it only works short range and that will leave you open especially if you are in close range battle because a regular tai move will always be much quicker then you manipulating the water.
Add a little bit more detail with reasoning
(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat β Dog β Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.
After 3 hand seals the user will channel suiton chakra and release it creating a whip of water. It can be sent towards the opponent lashing at them, or wrapping the opponent with it to bind them restricting their movements which then you can have an ally try to attack the opponent. If you bind the opponent with it you can send a lightning technique through it to shock and paralyze the opponent. You have complete control over the whip as well as the whip being very fast and flexible so its very mobile in tough situation. Though you are a walking target for lightning attacks if you are hit it will shock you. The whip can only go up to mid range at most so simple pushing back to get out of range is a well enough counter. Also you need to remain focus on the water whip if not then it will disperse.
The Hyuugas used it, but I personally think you don't need to for how generic it is. I'll ask around.
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram β Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
A very good jutsu the user after two hand seals will spew out a very slippery, sticky syrup substance. Its a trap which if a opponent is caught will not be able to move around since their feet will be stuck on the sticky substance. If you use the technique immediately it might just spew a small amount, if you take some time though to spew the syrup it can be a large pond. Its a great combo useful technique. If used correctly you can have complete control of the battlefield and keep opponents pushed back, especially fast opponent. Beforehand though make sure you channel chakra on your feet before you spew the syrup so you can walk on it without restriction.
