You already gained bro o.o i mean after you learn every jutsu of a ability then you master it you can only specialize in 2 elements the 1st affinity you can perform every jutsu with 1 hand seal and the 2nd affinity you can perform the jutsus with faster hand seals, only hashirama bios can perform water and earth with 1 hand seal
