Not much has changed? Sorry to say this but that offends me a bit when I have done nothing in the pasts almost 3 years than to edit and better the rp in every part I have been placed in work. Perhaps the edits aren't what you wanted them to be, but this RP is no where near as underdeveloped as it was when I started to RP. And having spent 100 hours of my life in the last 3 weeks working on the jutsu list update i made today, I take that a bit on the wrong side. That the changes might not have been what you desired, ok. I can accept. Because we will never make everyone happy. But to say that nothing has changed? Sorry but I don't like that expression.

Perhaps that is the biggest problem of the site. You being the only one that actually has done anything to better the RP. U_U

Does anyone think that when a new mod got assigned to check bios they actually were checked SLOWER than before?

All I can say is Reborn is doing the best he can. I think it is getting the easy submissions out of the way and saving the difficult ones (i.e ones with permission and special permission, Kekkei Genkai, Hidden Techniques, etc.)

There was like 3 mods assigned to bios at once. I dont see how its fathomable to actually have MORE people and it get worse. I just dont understand how thats possible. Maybe its not him, maybe its the system that needs to change. idk

When I was waiting for my first bio to be approved, it was like 2 months before it happened. I almost gave up hope of ever RP'ing and would have fallen into discussion thread hell. I think it can be disheartening for new RPers to wait so long. Now that I've been here awhile, I expect to wait. It's just how it is.

Ok, show us the right way. Let's ease the burden off you and let everyone help the RP. I think we're the main benefactors after all. Why would only certain be burdened by the "incredibly hard" task of helping the RP?

I think there should be "Starter" bio's for new people to get right into training without waiting. We probably lose a lot of RPer's who give up. By the time their bio's are approved, they've moved on to other sections and never seek training.
