Description: The user performs one hand seal placing their target in a genjutsu. It will then appear to the target as if the user disappears into the ground via the hiding like a mole jutsu. Then new clouds will appear in the sky that are 0.001 m in length at 1 sec intervals. Even though the clouds are clearly part of the illusion and more appear every second, they are almost impossible to detect by eyesight due to their short length. The target will see nothing but the battlefield and the newly forming clouds minus the user until the illusion is broken.

Note: Can only be used two times a battle.

-Declined- So What the opponent will see is you going into the earth via hiding like a mole technique, then what exactly is the use of the clouds if the opponent can't see them, it's like they are not even there. so this brings a new dimension here, i need to know some stuff first, like does this also hide techniques you use? the sound of the techniques? or only hide you from the vision of your opponent

Description: The user will smear their hand with a small amount of their own blood and perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals. After slamming their hands together Barron the Resplendent Quetzal is summoned in a puff of smoke. Barron is the leader of all Quetzals and the oldest among them. Barron stands at 16 in tall and has light blue eyes, a small yellow beak, and three 2 ft long tail feathers extruding from his backside. He wears a coat of bright green and blue feathers and his chest is blood red. The attire is completed with a small crown of gold feathers adorning his head. Barron's birth is placed sometime during the first human settlement of the Land of Fire. With the passing of time he has experienced the extinction and rise of several generations. In his old age he has become battle hardened and wise through war. He is a proud and majestic being both in appearance and action. Barron like all Quetzals has thin feathers that are easily torn. As such like the rest of the Quetzals he has developed a thick plumage to protect himself. The plumage is thick enough to protect from impact forces and can be shed apart to protect against cutting/burning/shocking effects. This allows Barron to withstand the equivalent of 1 B-Rank elemental or other ninjutsu. By inhaling and gathering a massive amount of wind chakra Barron can expel a large S-Rank wind blast in the shape of a Quetzal from its mouth. The wind Quetzal is 10 m in length and wing span, and travels at the speed of the jutsu Wind Style: Pressure Damage. Due to its size and quick speed this wind Quetzal can't be controlled. Barron is also capable of producing an A-Rank wind Quetzal that is half the size of the S-Rank form. While not as powerful or as fast as the S-Rank form a great deal of control can be exerted over the A-Rank Quetzal, and it can be directed and redirected to fly to specific locations. Barron can use his long tail feathers as a sight medium to induce Genjutsu. The tail feathers are long with respect to the rest of Barron's body and are nearly impossible to avoid seeing when looking at Barron. Becoming well versed in Genjutsu through battle experience and as the leader of the Quetzal, Barron can use all normal genjutsu. In addition using the same sight based medium Barron can cast a unique doubled layer genjutsu on a target. In this genjutsu a target is placed under an A and S Rank genjutsu. The genjutsu are cast at the same time, but the S Rank illusion acts on the target first followed by the A Rank illusion. In the S rank illusion 4 ancient warriors from the first settlement of the land of fire will appear instantaneously around the target. 1 warrior will appear on the left and right of the target out of thin air and grab the target's arms. At the same time the other 2 warriors will simultaneously appear from the ground below the target and grab the target's legs. This makes it so the target will see themselves as being immobilized and will not be able to move in reality. After the warriors grab the target the A rank illusion will begin and a Quetzal will come flying from the sky and hover in front of the target's heart. The Quetzal will then proceed to dig into the target's chest with it's beak and claws and rip out the target's heart. The Quetzal will grab the target's heart with its claws and land on the ground. Then the Quetzal will proceed to eat the target's heart in front of him. This illusion causes mental damage to the target equivalent to an A-Rank jutsu.
Note: Wind and genjutsu abilities count as a move towards the user's turn.
Note: Wind jutsu has a two turn cool down and can be used twice per battle.
Note: Normal genjutsu has a two turn cool down and can be used twice per battle.
Note: The doubled layer genjutsu can only be used once a battle. After it is used Barron's tail feathers fall out and he can no longer use genjutsu for the rest of the battle.

-Declined- Remove the genjutsu, it's too much, also the blast it can use is too big, and while i have a technique that lets a crow release a wind/lightning blast in the shape of a crow making this technique a rip off, i'll allow it to you, but what do you mean that it's 10 meters? width or hieght, or both? if both then it's too big, also can he use wind techniques other than those? also notice the bold and fix it.

Description: Ninja perform jutsu that often require the manipulation of chakra. This process sometimes involves the use of hand seals. Hand seals are used to further focus a person's chakra. The basic premise of a hand seal is that a person's hands come together to form a closed structure. Through years of research however ninja have found ways to focus chakra using their toes. They have accomplished this by rigorously training their toes to move completely independent of each other. By moving their toes up and down or weaving them together ninja can emulate the formation of hand seals with their toes. This process is different in that it doesn't form a closed structure (i.e. the feet don't come together to form a seal). Since a closed structure focuses chakra more than a non-closed structure, toe signs take a longer time to focus chakra than hand seals. To achieve the same effect of a hand seal manipulation of toes on both feet are required, and one toe sign can be formed at the rate of two hand seals. Toe signs can be used in conjunction with hand seals and this process is explained below.

Suppose a jutsu requires the hand seals: Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare

By using toe signs in conjunction and simultaneously with hand seals this can be performed as follows,

Hand Seals: Snake → Ram → Hare → Ram → Hare
Toe Signs:----------------Toe Sign---------Toe Sign

So the toe sign was used to perform the 3rd hand seal (Horse) and 6th hand seal (Horse). This is done between the formation of the 2nd-4th hand seal (Ram → Hare) and 5th-7th hand seal (Ram → Hare). By doing this the jutsu is performed at a speed of 5 hand seals instead of 7. Toe signs are not visible by the opponent if the user is wearing shoes and toe signs can't be performed when wearing sandals. 1 hand seal jutsu can be performed using a single toe sign. The toe sign in this case will still be at the speed of 2 hand seals. Toe signs can't be performed while walking or running, but they can be performed while in the air.

Note: Toe signs must be listed as a specialty on a person's bio in order to be used. When toe signs are listed as a specialty a person can still have a 1 hand seal specialty, but may not have a faster hand seal specialty.
Note: A individual move separate from a jutsu is not required to perform toe signs as is the case with hand seals.

The raw power of the hit is increased ten-fold and has enough power to break bones, send an opponent flying and crushing internal organs. It is even strong enough to actually pierce the opponents body, causing great damage. The lightning infused in the hit also transfers into an opponent body, which tears through the insides of the opponent

-Declined- Is this a Taijutsu or a lightning technique, because from the looks of the description it's a Taijutsu powered by lightning chakra, a Lightning technique is a technique that releases bolts, streams of electricity and such, so fix it, and de-power it also.

Description: Vector Plate is a technique that requires the use of both Doton and Raiton chakras. The user will first create what appears to be a Vector Arrow anywhere within range with the use of doton chakra after forming one handseal. The arrow is just large enough to fit 2 people. The arrow will be pointed in the direction wherever the user will want to send his opponent or an object. After forming one more handseal the user will charge lightning chakra through the ground and into the Vector Arrow. The user will then manipulate the Vector Plate with a vast amount of lightning chakra causing the Vector Plate to suddenly move towards the desired direction at unimaginable speeds. The speed of the Vector Plate moving is enough to propel any object that was on top of it in the desired direction up to mid-range away albeit at lower speeds than the Vector Plate. This can be used to send the opponent towards or away from the user, or any other object that touches the Vector Plate. If there is a solid object on top of it and it is sent towards the opponent it can cause a large amount of damage. This Vector Plate is not viable to be used on the user as when a person is sent in a direction of the Vector Plate they are moving to fast to properly control themselves.

Description: Piercing Enlightenment is a mode of sorts, known only to signers of the porcupine contracts and is taught by the elder porcupine Bong-Seon. By circulating chakra throughout their bodies, including their skeletal system, they are allowed to produce from their bodies thick, razor sharp quills. Since it is grown directly from their bones it causes a great deal of pain, as if their skeletal system is outgrowing them. This pain is the price for an exceptionally powerful and ancient technique. The razor-sharp quills can be extended from any part of the body in numerous amounts. the user can fully coat his body in these quills as a closer-range deterrent, a powerful attack, or a shield. Though they can only extend up to short-range they can be shot from the body to reach a mid-range distance. Since this is a mode it lasts for a set amount of turns, in this case being 4. Every time any number of quills are grown from the body it counts as one of the 3 moves per turn and has the damage equivalent to that of an S-rank.

Description: The user spins quickly (While channeling their fire chakra in their leg) and uses air friction to set his/her leg on fire, adding extreme heat to the impact of their kicks to anyone in close range if hit. The user then leaps 2-5 meters into the air and stomps down several times downwards releasing several fireballs towards the desired location with speed and accuracy. The user can also swing their leg vertically/horizontally to release a wave of flame (Similar to "(Kumo-Ryū Kaengiri) - Cloud Style: Flame Slash" technique, but instead of channeling the fire chakra to the blade, this is done in one of the user's leg) that has as much blunt force as a earth jutsu.

Note:
-Flame can remain on leg for a period of 3 of the user's turn at max. After, his base speed will be cut in half and won't be able to use his legs for any other chakra base technique for 5 turns.
-The user can release the flame on his/her leg at will (Don't have to leave it there for the full 3 turns)
-Can only be used 5 times

Description: After doing the Horse -> Snake -> Ox hand seals, the user creates up to 16 small coil pillars on the ground around the target and then the user gathers chakra in his hands, molds it into lightning and then the user releases it to the nearest coil pillar. The pillar catches the lightning and then releases it to another one. The lightning will then travel from one pillar to another according to the user´s desire until it reaches the target, causing severe damage to it.

Description: Uzumaki Naruta, a resident of Sunagakure, held a deep love for her homeland and yearned to be one with the Wind Country so on her eighteenth birthday she began to work on something to help her accomplish her goal of being one with the Wind. It was Death's Plume an ingenious device that incorporated both a large folding fan and a large buster sword being 1.5 meters in length easily dwarfing her in size and weight. The large sword made of strips of sharpened steel, razor thin wire and thick durable canvas had a special feature with the click of a button found on the hilt it could pop open into a giant folding fan.
It took her many months of training to tune her body to adjust to the large sword but overtime she gained the ability to swing it with such skill and ease that she could cleave entire groups of shinobi with little more then a flick of the wrist. Due to it's sheer size, shape and weight when in sword form the user's damage when using Kenjutsu attacks increases exponentially along with the jutsu's killing power. While in this state the sword can be imbued with Wind Chakra to increase it's killing potential even further gaining an additional +10 to Kenjutsu attacks.
When opened into a fan Naruta can swing it to create Wind Jutsu, this can be done without hand seals much like a regular giant folding fan. It can also be used to fly by standing on the fan itself and manipulating the wind currents, causing wind to lift the fan upwards. It moves about as fast as a normal shinobi can sprint and counts as a jutsu to the user's three jutsu per turn. The fan has one final ability, it can extend the range of Wind Jutsu that are used through it, allowing Short Range jutsu to reach out to Mid Range and allowing Mid Range jutsu reach out to Long Range. This only works for jutsu used through the fan and the user must perform the Seal of Confrontation to accomplish this.
Notes:
-Can be summoned for combat by performing the Ram Handseal if not present
-Imbuing the sword with Wind Chakra counts as a jutsu, so does using it to fly.

-Declined- Let's break it down, first infusing a sword with chakra is a no, done countless times and not allowed anymore, also why would it boost kenjutsu by +20? simply weight applied to the hit? okay, then in techniques like the Samurai Sabre and Slicing Crimson Wave, it wouldn't make sense if it boosted their power, also that wind lifting ability is a rip off from one of Ushiro's wind techniques, also no alteration of handseals allowed anymore, that means no to performing wind techniques with no handseals, a Fan doesn't generate all wind techniques, only a specific kind exclusive to their usage.

The user will focus their chakra within their own brain and place themselves under an illusion. In the illusion everything will have appeared to slow down drastically to a crawl, relative to the user. This illusion simply heightens the users perceptions, making their brain work much faster to process the information it receives from the senses. It does not physically speed up the user or slow down the opponent. It only allows the user appear to think and react much faster then they can normally, due to them having much more time to think then normally possible.

Note:
~This slowing effect only lasts for the turn it is used.
~Due to this technique everything around the user will be almost stationary, letting them react to very fast attacks.
~Can only be used 3 times per battle and after its use no genjutsu for two turns

Description:
The user of this technique will focus huge amounts of raiton chakra into a single hand, compressing all the chakra greatly into a ball of electricity around their hand. This action causes intense pain to the user due to the strain on the chakra system of their arm from the large amounts of chakra and the compression. The user must then touch the ground with that hand, this causes a cluster of 20 'rods' of electricity to burst from the ground wherever they see fit up to mid range. After a short arming time the rods will then send out small electrical pulses into the area short range of themselves, these pulses are sensitive to movement. When movement is detected the rods detonate in an electrical explosion, affecting the area short range of them. When one rod detonates the others react to it and explode as well, trigger a chain reaction of small electrical explosions.

Note:
~The building and compression of the chakra causes intense pain but no lasting damage
~The rods after bursting from the ground have a short arming time of about 1 second, in which they are completely harmless
~The rods cannot be summoned directly under the opponent
~When used the user cannot use lightning techniques above A rank in the same turn or the next

Description: The scouter is a device that can pick up chakra signatures of the enemy, telling the user the enemies location, as well as status about their current strength ( a clone will give off a different reading on the scouter of halved power, making it obvious the opponent has split their strength between themselves and the clone, this division of strength will be larger depending on the # of clones made). By performing the Seal of Confrontation while touching the scouter, one can channel their chakra into the scouter activating it's ability to track a hidden opponent.

Description: The user gather a great amount of Fire chakra and will then compress the chakra into two tiny fireballs which the user will shoot towards the opponent from the opponents 10 and 2 o'clock, the compressed fireballs will clash together just before reaching the opponent and result in a huge explosion which will most likely burn the opponent.

Once extended can by used in Close Quarter Combat situations. Description: The user user generates a small amount of wind chakra in their lungs and releases it out of their mouth while exhaling like normal, or can be released while talking. The wind chakra is manipulated into a very tiny sharp particles of wind, that can be delivered with a high amount of precision. A single particle by itself wont due any damage but in total all the particles in total are capable of cutting the opponent. Being very small, and masked by the way it is released, it is very hard to detect. If it lands in an opponents eyes, it can lead to blindness, if inhaled by an opponent or forced into their mouth can damage respiratory system, reducing stamina and therefore jujitsu capability. However, an opponent moving in a path not straight towards the user is almost not affected in any way due to the likely hood of many particles not reaching the opponent.

As shown in the picture at the top it is simply a bandage. To an extent that is true, god's papyrus is an extremely long bandage that wraps around the user's body. But the trick to this weapon is it is a living object. Similar to how kisame's sword acts on it's own will and interacts with the user. God's papyrus is able to do the same. But nothing in life is free, in order for the bandages to move about freely, the user has to give up a portion of his chakra. Willingly or unwillingly, if god's papyrus is attached to the user, it will take chakra from the user's body. As stated earlier God's papyrus is a living object and it can move about at it's own will. Through intense training it can grow accustomed to the user and act as an extension of his own body parts. God's papyrus is approximately 15 meters long. 5 of it's meters wrap around the user's body and the other 10 can be used for what ever purposes. The bandages have 4 main outlets on the user's body. His left and right feet and his left and right hands. Due to this, these body parts are left bare and open for attacks or other purposes. But they are still two different beings, capable of acting on there own will. A minor drawback to these bandages is if the user runs out of chakra the bandages "die" so to speak. (Just resting) But all coins have a flip side, when the bandages die whatever was stored inside the bandages goes back into the user's body. The last and probably most basic ability of God's papyrus is it's indestructible bond with the user. As long as the bandages have chakra stored inside them, they are indestructible and can't be ripped through basic attacks. (Taijutsu and Weapons) The bandages are conjoined to the user both through chakra and body meaning the user's body is able to resist weaponry based attacks in areas covered by bandages.

When the bandages are connected to the user's body, the bandages absorb 40 chakra points from the user's body initially to activate. From the point on, the bandages absorb 10 chakra points every round to stay active. When the bandages are active they can release the user from up to b rank genjutsu once per turn. The bandages don't detect genjutsu, but rather pick up the excess chakra entering the user's body. And over feed for that round. When the 2 rounds or 4 turns are up/the bandages can't feed any more, all chakra stored inside the bandages is returned to the user's body. So the genjutsu isn't really disappearing, it's just being held until the bandages can't feed any more.

Examples:

-The first round, the bandages absorb 30 chakra points. (10 to move and what not, 20 for bringer of darkness.)
-The next round, the bandages absorb 10 chakra points. (10 to move and what not)
The genjutsu chakra would be released back to the user's body. But so would the 10 from each round. So that would equal 20 chakra appoints. Equal to the genjutsu, thus the genjutsu wouldn't have any effect. Effectively releasing the user of the genjutsu.

Description and Background:

Real Life context
Otters have long, slim bodies and relatively short limbs, with webbed paws. Most have sharp claws on their feet and all except the sea otter have long, muscular tails. The 13 species range in adult size from 0.6 to 1.8 metres (2 to 6 ft) in length and 1 to 45 kilograms (2.2 to 100 lb) in weight. The Oriental small-clawed otter is the smallest otter species and the giant otter and sea otter are the largest. They have very soft, insulated underfur, which is protected by an outer layer of long guard hairs. This traps a layer of air which keeps them dry and warm under water.

Several otter species live in cold waters and have high metabolic rates to help keep them warm. European otters must eat 15% of their body weight each day, and sea otters 20 to 25%, depending on the temperature. In water as warm as 10 °C (50 °F), an otter needs to catch 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of fish per hour to survive. Most species hunt for three to five hours each day and nursing mothers up to eight hours each day.

For most otters, fish is the staple of their diet. This is often supplemented by frogs, crayfish and crabs. Some otters are expert at opening shellfish, and others will feed on available small mammals or birds. Prey-dependence leaves otters very vulnerable to prey depletion.

Otters are active hunters, chasing prey in the water or searching the beds of rivers, lakes or the seas. Most species live beside water, but river otters usually enter it only to hunt or travel, otherwise spending much of their time on land to avoid their fur becoming waterlogged. Sea otters are considerably more aquatic and live in the ocean for most of their lives.

Otters are playful animals and appear to engage in various behaviors for sheer enjoyment, such as making waterslides and then sliding on them into the water. Different species vary in their social structure, with some being largely solitary, while others live in groups – in a few species these groups may be fairly large.

Naruto Context
In narutoverse, most summoning animals are fairly large if not giant. This summoning contract is that of the giant otters. Giant otters have strong, wide bodies with short limbs. Most otters range in size from 4 ft in girth | 10 ft in length to 5 ft in girth | 11 ft in length. Sizes vary from otter to otter depending on where the predominantly spend their time. Otters raised in the water, are normally larger then otters that roam the land. Giant Otters can weigh any where from 500-800 lbs. Due to their massive size one would thing that otters are slow, not necessarily. On land otters move fairly slow, their slug like bodies are made for water not land. When summoned on land, it's primarily for long range battling not close up.

(Sono Yuuen Kawauso Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Sono Otokooya)- Greats Otter Summoning Technique: The Father

Description: Otokooya is the original otter, he is roughly about the same age as the giant toad from Mt Myo. But it doesn't show, Otokooya is an large otter, weighing in at 520 lbs. He is 4 ft in girth and 11 ft long. Do to his enormous size Otokooya can only be summoned in large bodies of water. Otokooya was raised in the waters Amegakure. When he was a child there was an oil spill and that is the reason he is the only black otter. The oil had a significant impact on his body's capability. The oil caused his furs to grow more compactly together. Causing his furs to be extremely dense, allowing him to resist up to C Rank ninjutsu. In Amegakure folklore it was said that the reason for it always raining was because of the abundance of the otters in their waters. So whenever Otokooya is summoned black clouds are formed above the user and it begins to rain. Otokooya's chakra is linked directly to the clouds so he can feel disturbances in the air and react appropriately. Otokooya being able to only move freely in the water he has grown adapt to the element of water. Due to this Otokooya can freely use all water jutsus the water knows that don't require hand seals. Otokooya being the grand otter and father of all otters is the only otter that can speak.

Techniques such as the Raikage armor, S rank earth armor, techniques like this that envelop the target benefiting them will be restricted when this seal is in place.

Description:The user will send his chakra behind him and channel it into seven small rocks.The rocks will then start rolling forward,towards the user and whilst doing so the chakra inside them will be sticking the top layer of the ground to the rock balls,leaving a trail behind and thus adding new layers of earth to them,creating large rock balls.By the time they arrive to the opponent the rock balls will have a 2.5meters in diameter.While the rocks are moving the user can barely control them,that is why he can't manipulate them fast enough to hit an opponent in short range without harming himself.If the user wishes to hit an opponent in mid in front of him,he will need to start rolling the rocks from long range behind him,while if he wants to hit an opponent in long range in front of him,he will heed to start moving the rocks from mid range behind him.If he starts moving the rocks from long range behind himself and the opponent manages to escape into long range in front of the user,the rocks will grow to massive for the chakra inside them to hold them together and will fall apart before getting to the opponent.

Description:The Charity is an ancient weapon that has been made out of a very rare metal found only on a small island near the Land of Water.During one of the great shinobi world wars,it has been used by one of the generals of Kirigakure.When he fell,his men took the weapon back to Kirigakure.It was then lost and forgotten among the shelf's filled with all artifacts.After many years it had been discovered by a young shinobi of Kirigakure who was very talented and soon found a way to use the bell.The bell looks just like an ordinary ball made out of metal with a few carved holes on it.It is about the size of a football ball.However,the bell has an ability to absorb and then release chakra.It can,at a time absorb up to 100 chakra(100 as in the units we use for the techniques),without releasing some of the previously collected chakra.For example it can absorb chakra from 1 S rank and 2 A rank techniques at a time.As a technique passes over and through the bell,it can absorb the chakra from it and thus stop the technique.The bell can also,in the same way release some,or all of the chakra stored in it into a technique thus increasing it's strength.It can only release as much chakra into a technique as it was used to create that technique.In other words it can strengthen a technique only by one rank.For example if an A rank fire blast (40 chakra) is passing over the bell and the user wants to make it more powerful,the bell can add a maximum of 40 chakra to it,making it S rank.The bell can also release chakra into nothing particular,just the air.It can release up to 40 chakra at a time like that,creating a,depending of the amount of chakra released,E-S rank blast of pure chakra that is omnidirectional and can travel only to short range.While releasing the chakra in this way the bell resonates like big bells and from that it got it's name.The bell when it doesn't have chakra in it is just a regular ball of light weight metal.It can be thrown,kicked carried in hand,attached to a ninja wire...If the user wishes to be able to retrieve the bell from any place back to his hand and prevent the opponent from taking the bell he must maintain 10 chakra of his own in the bell at all time.If the user has infused the bell with his own chakra it will fly back to the user when ever he wishes and will repel the opponent if he tries to take it.

This causes the tower to give a power bonus to all the current and or newly used crystal jutsu's which are used. This tower can not be rebuilt or self repairing in any way but it is a denser crystal from being able to harness light energy. It will take a direct blow with the proportion of a Odama rasengan to bring this tower down to rubble. the core of the crystal can ony harness sunlight and not moonlight so it only has effect during the day. the core of the crystal will also glow after one turn has ended symbolizing that the tower has gathered enough light and is at the stage of strenthening crystals.

Restrictions: can only be used once during battle, can only stay active for three turns.

Description: The user performs a Snake hand seal and creates a dense forest of trees. Each tree in the forest bears a single face of the user made of wood on its main trunk and the position of the face on each tree is randomly situated, meaning that they are not at the same level as that of the adjacent tree so that they can effectively cover each others blind spots effectively.

The trees in the forest are closely linked with the user's visual senses. The user can scan through the forest by touching a near by tree of the forest and closing his one eye or both eyes. On doing this, the user activates the wooden faces which he created early. The wooden faces are not activated randomly all over the forest at once rather the user selectively activates them orderly.

As the user touches the nearby tree, he activates the wooden faces on the trees which are on the same or almost same line with the tree which he touches initially. This activates the faces on those set of trees which are roughly in the same line. This provides the user with a unified panoramic view of the inside of the forest in front of those activated wooden faces.

As the user initiated this in the first set of trees, he can rapidly use the same mechanism to activate the faces in a split second on to the next line of trees and so on and thus can scan through the inside of the forest rapidly in the same manner like as if the user is seeing through the forest with his naked eyes with only a slight fraction of second delay while traversing between each set of trees.

Description: The user draws some blood and performs the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon the twin brother Crocodiles from the great swamp of Ryūgū-jō located in the village of the Crocodiles. The brothers are born as Siamese twins from a single egg with a single body and two separate heads. Even though they share a single body, they have separate chakra system of their own.
The one who shares the right side of body is Suijin, who is an excellent water element user. The one on the left side is Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element and he is the one who has control over the limbs. Their body is 20 meters long from head to tail covered by dark grey armor like skin.
Abilities:
  • Suijin, who is an excellent water element user can use water jutsus up to S rank without any hand seals.
  • Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element can use earth jutsus up to S rank without any hand seals.
  • Their skin has very tough scales which is very thick and rugged with several sharp projections over it from their head to tail with only non spike area between their heads on where the summoner can stand. Thus their skin acts a formidable armor over their body. Because of this, simple projectiles like kunai, senbon, shuriken.
  • Because of their tough, hard, armor like skin, they do not take damage from B rank and below earth and fire jutsus.
  • Their skin has several sensory pits, visible as small, black speckles on the skin. These pigmented nodules encase bundles of nerve fibers. They respond to the slightest disturbance in surface water, detecting vibrations and small pressure changes as small as a single drop. This makes it possible for crocodiles to detect prey, danger and intruders, even in total darkness (Natural ability).
  • Like all Crocodiles, they have very good night vision. They have vertical-slit shaped pupils, using which they can exclude excess light, which helps them to protect their eyes during extreme bright daylight (Natural ability).
  • Their Crocodilian sense of smell is also very well developed, aiding them to detect the opponents or other animals that are either on land or in water (Natural ability). Their sense of smell is far greater than average human and below the level of an Inuzuka.

Description: By utilizing the ability to make the trees to flower, the user focuses his wood chakra while performing the snake hand seal and creates a forest of flowering trees. As created, the user makes the flowers to release a sweet fragrance mixed with innumerable number of pollens which has the user's chakra over the entire field. The chakra mixed pollens can be used by the user as a base to induce genjutsu in the opponents.
The sweet fragrant, chakra infused pollen grains when inhaled by the opponents induces a genjutsu up to A rank of user's choice in them, without a need for any hand seals.
Further, as the user will also be inhaling his own chakra admixed fragrant pollens, he will not be affected by any genjutsu up to A rank since his own chakra will be inhaled by him which will enter his body passively each time as he breathes in and out thus snapping him out of genjutsu produced by external chakra.
Notes:

Crocodile summoning technique: Demon brothers of Ryūgū-jō swamp (Kurokodairu kuchiyose no jutsu: Ryūgū-jō numa no akki doubou)

Description: The user draws some blood and performs the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon the twin brother Crocodiles from the great swamp of Ryūgū-jō located in the village of the Crocodiles. The brothers are born as Siamese twins from a single egg with a single body and two separate heads. Even though they share a single body, they have separate chakra system of their own.
The one who shares the right side of body is Suijin, who is an excellent water element user. The one on the left side is Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element and he is the one who has control over the limbs. Their body is 20 meters long from head to tail covered by dark grey armor like skin.
Abilities:
  • Suijin, who is an excellent water element user can use water jutsus up to A rank without any hand seals.
  • Sarutahiko, who is proficient in using earth element can use earth jutsus up to A rank without any hand seals.
  • Their skin has very tough scales which is very thick and rugged with several sharp projections over it from their head to tail with only non spike area between their heads on where the summoner can stand. Thus their skin acts a formidable armor over their body and prevents damage from simple projectiles like kunai, senbon, shuriken.
  • Because of their tough, hard, armor like skin, they do not take damage from B rank and below earth and fire jutsus.
  • Their skin has several sensory pits, visible as small, black speckles on the skin. These pigmented nodules encase bundles of nerve fibers. They respond to the slightest disturbance in surface water, detecting vibrations and small pressure changes as small as a single drop. This makes it possible for crocodiles to detect prey, danger and intruders, even in total darkness (Natural ability, this is passive ability since they're naturally present on their skin through which Crocodiles detect their prey).
  • Like all Crocodiles, they have very good night vision. They have vertical-slit shaped pupils, using which they can exclude excess light, which helps them to protect their eyes during extreme bright daylight (Natural ability, passive since pupils normally constrict during excessive light involuntarily).
  • Their Crocodilian sense of smell is also very well developed, aiding them to detect the opponents or other animals that are either on land or in water (Natural ability, passive since it is a natural way of detecting the prey by Crocodiles during their normal, involuntary respiration). Their sense of smell is far greater than average human and below the level of an Inuzuka.
  • They can use the claws in their front legs and their tail to attack.
  • They are excellent swimmers (Natural ability).
  • The brothers can communicate among each other within their minds, without speaking.

Description: The user performs two hand seals and puts the opponent under an illusion in which the opponent feels a sudden tight grasping sensation around his both shoulder joints, elbow joints, wrist joints, knee joints and ankle joints as if they're very tightly held by two hands which begins to pull away the joints. This makes the opponent to become motionless in real world.
The user then quickly snaps his fingers making the opponent to feel that his above mentioned joints becomes dislocated, all at once, with a distinct knocking/breaking/crunching sound, due to the intense pull of the joints. As the joints are dislocated, the opponent perceives a severe excruciating pain. The damage is due to the mental stress due to intense pain.
Alternatively the user can also create several ropes, chains or a bendable material to erupt from the ground which will bind the opponent at the above said joints which begins to pull the joints and as the user snaps his fingers will tighten more and dislocate the joints all at once producing the same effect.
Notes:
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- If the illusion is successful, the opponent will be motionless only for that single turn when the genjutsu is used and in the next turn the opponent's movements will be clumsy and he will not be able to perform fast/sudden movements like jumping, running.

Description: By utilizing the ability to make the trees to flower, the user focuses his wood chakra while performing the snake hand seal and creates a forest of flowering trees. As created, the flowers release a type of pollen which is infused with the user's chakra into the air. This chakra infused pollen has severe allergy inducing potential to the living things(humans and animals) other than its creator(as they are made of user's own chakra).
The pollen itself possess an inherent irritant property which when comes in contact with the skin or mucus membrane (like mouth, nose, eyes) of the opponents will produce allergic reaction and will cause severe itching, redness of the skin, watering from nose & eyes and later form itchy blisters over the skin(in the next turn if the pollens are not countered by then).
Further, if the opponents inhale the pollens, they also develop continuous sneezing due to the irritation of nose and may not be able to concentrate and execute jutsus via their mouth properly.
Notes:
- Can be used 3 times per battle.
- Capable of affecting multiple opponents within range. The user is immune to the pollens as the pollen is made of the user's own chakra.
- Once created, the flowers release pollens for a total of 2 turns unless they're destroyed before that. After that the flowers wither down ceasing the effect.
- The effects of the pollen last as long as they're in direct contact with the opponent's body.

Description: This is a very unique and powerful technique because it requires the user to maintain a continuous stream of sound waves in order for the technique to work properly. The core of the technique works by striking an already created water technique with a powerful but low frequency sound wave. In particular, the sound wave can be either 23 or 24 hz, which is barely what the human ears can hear. The 23 hz frequency forces the water to act as if its flow is reversed which tricks the opponent into believing that the users technique has backfired at him and giving the opponent false sense of security, while in reality the technique is following the laws of physics and rampaging towards the opponent. In the case of the 24 hz frequency, the technique seems as if it completely stopped with the purpose of confusing the opponent. The technique is not an illusion but its main purpose is to act as one and to effectively confuse the opponent into believing he is placed in one. The user can alter both his or his opponents techniques but it's risky to alter opponents techniques because of the possibility to get hit before being able to counter. This technique can be executed fairly easy thus able to be used in conjunction with a previous water jutsu but with the requirement of one handseal.

 Declined  Questions: One) how do you produce this sound? Do you hum? Do you whissle? Do you sing? You say you need to produce continous sound waves, ok. But you fail to say how you do this. Two) I don't understand if this affects your water technique or your enemies perception of it. Is this an illusion or is this something that affects water itself? Because if it affects water itself, its not making any sense for me. I never saw this as possible. If you have proof that sound can do this, please link it in resubmission.​

Description: In order to enter the seahorse mode, the user is required to release a surge of chakra from his body after which he gets enveloped in a chakra shroud that very much resembles the incomplete forms of the tailed beasts. The chakra shroud appears to look like Kingdra, the boss summon. While within the shroud, the user becomes a pseudo seahorse and gets the ability to use all techniques of the seahorse arts as well as all physical traits of the seahorses. The shroud appears in a blue shade that constantly flows and flaunts around the user and since it's a surge released form the whole body, it has the capability to alter the users chakra flow which gives it the ability to release genjutsu up to A rank. One of the unique abilities that the user gets from the mode is using water techniques without a water source, using the chakra shroud as a medium. However, using techniques this way shortens the duration of the mode and the user still has to perform the necessary handseals. The mode itself lasts for only 6 turns and with every use as a source for other water techniques it gets shortened for 2 full turns. Due to this ability, the user doesn't get any elemental boosts like similar and generic modes. The users breathing while within the shroud isn't hindered in any way because it's composed of raw chakra, thus why it doesn't need a water source to be maintained, despite the seahorses needing it. Because of the size of the shroud and its tail being submerged within the ground, the user can extend it and use it to grab and bind the opponent from underneath but only within short range from the user. The grab counts as one move per turn and it can be used only twice per battle with a one turn cooldown.

 Declined  Problems: any way you look at this it becomes only a mimicry of a bijuu chakra shroud. Also, the genjutsu immunity, the water without water source and the 6 turns make it too much. And there is one note that makes it almost a DNR: you cannot say that eveloping yourself in this chakra will make you have the physical characteristics of seahorses. Thats something we see in sage mode users (both toad and snake). It goes beyond what a normal chakra infusion of your body could do. Also, having chakra around you doesn't mean you can use water without a water source. I think it would be more logical if you released a mist from your mouth which envelops you, shaping itself into a searhorse "aura" which you can then use for the aforementioned abilities like grabbing the enemy or using it as a medium for water techniques. It would also give it a sense of balance by creating a weakness to lightning techniques for example.​

Its thin snout is powerful, allowing streams of water jets with devastating power to be fired. Its long and elongated snout is also capable of producing loud and painful clicks which are usually used for communication and genjutsu induction. Two-pronged fins extend slightly past its cheeks. On its back is a white fin supported by thin, blue spines similar to the ones on its head. The small fin on the back is capable of flapping at great speed but doesn't add to its battle prowess. Once the water completely vaporizes, Kingdra reverts back to the depths of its ocean. Being a mere but powerful illusion, in reality the opponent is feeling the same effects but Kingdra is still safe within its water source. Depending on the situation and the flow of the battle, Kingdra can also use its snout to expel a highly pressurized stream of water from its water source. The rank of the stream is forbidden because it's a technique that prematurely ends Kingdra's stay on the field. The pressure and chakra manipulation are so great that the stream reaches long range within a second, however, once the water source is used for this attack, Kingdra has to revert back to the depth of its ocean because of the lack of a habitable water source. The duration of the stream depends on the size of the water source. For example, with a 5m[SUP]3[/SUP] of water, the highly pressurized stream can be maintained for 2 seconds before completely being used. Kingdra can also redirect it with its snout while expelling it, if the need arises.  Declined  The genjutsu part needs clarification. If he can use normal genjutsu how can he do the handseals? Do you mean he substitutes the need for handseals with the sound? If so that ability right there is unreasonble and needs to go. Genjutsu exists in a few ways: Handseal based one (normal one where you use the handseals to shape your chakra and mold it in order to produce the illusion), Sensory Link one (where you use a medium that your enemies senses will perceive and as such will influecence his senses directly, like sound, light, smell, touch, etc) or mental influencial ones/pure yin release ones (like the doujutsu ones, where one uses the power of ones spiritual energy to overcome your enemies senses and overal mind). If I allow you to have a summon that can essentially transform any normal genjutsu into sound genjutsu, that becomes ridiculously oped. And without hands, he cannot do the handseals for normal genjutsu. As for the water ability, remove the 2 second thing. I never approve such notes. Its a fast S-Rank Water jet. No need for the whole water source thign and what not. Thats you trying to restrict something which is unreasonable. If it can reach 30 meters for example in 2 seconds, that means it takes less than a second to make it 5 meters, which is the border of mid range. Nope. Question: how does he move around without water? Can you summon him without water?​

The volume and extent of water is able to completely drown and hurt a very large summon.
The user is left fatigued after this thus can't use S-rank and above water next turn

Description: The user will mold a large amount of chakra in their chest then open their mouth in a screaming fashion releasing a large stream of densely molded fire senbons. Each shard is twice the thickness of a senbon but equal in length. The senbons are densely molded so they have the ability to penetrate solid objects within reason. If the user puts extra chakra into his molding and forms a handseal upon release the senbons will explode on contact. Due to the vicious intensity of releasing the fire senbons the user can only use this jutsu a limited amount of times and using it in succession causes recoil damage.

 Declined  Underestricted for an S-Rank. Remove the damage boost and damage taken from it. That would make it a forbidden rank. The +5 chakra cost i don't get. The combination with wind is something that doesn't need to be on the technique.​

Hiru - Rīchitēru | Leech Style - Leech Tail

Description: The user will form a single handseal creating a long sturdy leech tail that will erupt out of the users appendage or tail bone area, the leech tail is similar to the zero-tails yet it is a little more slender and pitch black. The tail is short range but can extend up until mid range and can retract and detach on command, though it can reach a decent length only one tail can be formed at a time. Coming into physical contact with the leech tail will stick or wrap itself and drain the opponents chakra through its surface making them feel weak and faint for one turn. Though the tail is physically strong a turn after siphoning the opponents chakra the tail will fall off and poof away. The chakra doesn't go to the user but to the tail itself which is why from bloating the tail will fall off.

Description:The user will form two handseals placing the opponent in a genjutsu. Once placed in the genjutsu the opponent will rapidly feel as if there is a shift in the gravity underneath him and five meters around him while feeling a small pin inserting pain around his head. The gravitational sensation and downward force will put great pressure on the opponent, he will see everything in that specified radius naturally have the same effect on it. A high pitched ringing will then start being heard in the opponents ears, at this point the apparent gravitational force will magnify and the opponents orifices will begin to bleed rapidly giving the opponent an incredible amount of mental trauma. The sensation then progresses causing the opponent to hear, see and feel all their bones are breaking from the sheer force of the gravitational pull.
