Nonsense go back and read the fight after the hokage summit a little while later naruto admuts to his self he is no match for Sasuke.
Chapter 488 kiba praises naruto and naruto responds your wrong i cant beat him. He cant beat a weakened Sasuke who had a major fight with Danzo and us almost blind.. Naruto is fresh and has access tosage mode. Clearly Sasuke is superior to sage mode Naruto by admission as well

Ever since the Chunin Exam Arc Naruto surpassed Sasuke until the Valley of the End where CM Sasuke surpassed him. That is if we restrict Gamabunta.

In Part II, Sasuke again surpassed him and Naruto has only been clearly stronger since the introduction of Biju Modo.

However, his accomplishments put Sasuke to shame. Sasuke couldn't have defeated Gaara, Kabuto, Neji, Pein Rikudo, or lead the Alliance and protect them like Naruto.

True, but naruto wouldnt have been able to defeat deidara (he'd need the ability to fly, or sharingan to see the mines and the nano bombs), danzo (no counter for izanagi, he wouldve ran out of chakra like sasuke and lack the genjutsu to fool danzo to kill em). And you know why? Plot. If naruto was in sasuke's shoes, kishi wouldve thought of a way for naruto to beat danzo/deidara/orochimaru or the others that i forgot. And of course, the same is applicable for sasuke.
