Summoning Technique: (Fusion) Yuukai

Description: Yuukai is a medium sized bird (around 2-3 feet) with maroon feathers and a deep emerald coloured thoat. Yuukai is a strong swift bird with the capabilities of speaking English when needed.

Yuukai's special ability is to fuse with people, combining her body with her partners. When the fusion occurs the person who Yuukai fuses with gains two large wings on their back capable of sustaining flight for some time; their hands grow longer into sharp talons capable to tearing and maiming easily; their face alters, giving them a more bird-like look to themselves as they gain a strong sharp beak and finally the partners senses are greatly enhanced. Sight, smell and hearing are all magnified to primal levels. During this fusion the partner becomes more wild and animalistic as the birds mind competes with their own.

Due to this fusion taking its tole it usually cannot be sustained for longer than 5 turns as the fusion constantly drains chakra from both parties.

Description: The user will focus suiton chakra into their feet using said chakra they will be able to concentrate water around their feet from the air within seconds to create disk that will be hardened with chakra to create a solid platform, like with the water dagger jutsu, then as the user crouches and begins to push off of the disk will expand rapidly in the desired direction at 20 mph. The jutsu will allow the creation of four disks before it has to be stated as another jutsu.

The hair originally starts spreading from the targets own hair. Slowly the hair covers the targets entire body. Just before the target's face is about to get the covered with the hair, he/she hears the death rattle and feels as if they're being touched by human hands from within the hair. In reality, the target's body is paralyzed
Note: If the target is successfully caught by the hair then he/she would remain paralyzed for 1 turn. After that 1 turn the hair would disappear itself and it would appear as if nothing had happened however the target will still hear the death rattle in their entire next turn

This is a great counter to visual jutsu such as the Kirigakure no jutsu.

Arutā: Sheru dangan fōmu - Alter: Shell Bullet Form

Description: An old family relic that has been passed down from generation to generation to the first male child of that generation which is said in prophecy that he the one to wield the Alter. The relic is a glove that is to be worn on the right hand of the wielder. To activate, the user must channel the necessary amount of chakra (60) to the glove. The glove then turns into the Alter and transforms the user right arm into a weapon. It first level is called "Shell Bullet". It covers the arm with protective metal armor, which is mostly golden in color but with orange and gray sections also, the user's right hand is divided into orange and red plating, with metallic claws for fingernails and creates three red curved fins of metal jutting out from his right shoulder blade that stores the chakra that was used to activate this weapon. The fins break apart & release the chakra that burst outwards to propel the user forward at great speed, increasing the power of his strikes, which I label them as Bullets.

Bullets: Each Bullet are the same and do the same thing. The order of which a fin is use starts from the bottom one to the top one. Once you use a fin, it be destroyed and the chakra will be channeled into the Alter which you can use to launch yourself at great speed towards your opponent. Your body wont be able to keep up with the Alter, so you will be above the ground by about five inches. Once your fist comes in contact with your target, you release the chakra the that was in the Alter towards your target. The result will be a powerful punch that will send your target back flying a few meters and crushing his/her rib cage and sternum.

Restrictions:
-Can only be used once per turn and three times in a battle.
-Its a tunnel vision attack which mean you can't change direction while you're doing the move.
-If you miss on your first attempt, the chakra that was in the Alter will be gone by then.

Notes:
-If your target is at long range(10+ meters) it takes four seconds for you to reach your target.
-Mid range, it takes two seconds.
-Close range, it takes one second.
-Because of the speed which you go at, you are able break through any B-Rank and below Earth jutsu(such as walls and domes etc.); and resist any B-Rank and below Fire jutsu. But as a result, you'll be slowed down by half speed.

Arutā: Kyūkyoku no Sheruburettofōmu - Alter: Ultimate Shell Bullet Form

Description: This is the second stage of the Alter. To reach to this stage the user must use up all three of his Bullets and then wait five turns for the Alter to automatically transform to its second stage. I
t now takes the appearance of a predominantly orange plating that now extends across half of the limb's length before segmenting in half. Four orange fins extend around the right-hand side of the user's face (towards his right eye), and a large golden propeller located where the three red fins used to be. This propeller grants the user flight by using chakra.
On his fist is a small aperture which can absorb the energy that Fire and Lightning exerts which is needed for his Shell Bullet Burst to work.

Energy Absorption: This ability does not absorb the whole jutsu but only absorb the energy it exerts. It only absorb the energy of Fire and Lightning techniques. This ability is relevant because the Shell Bullet Burst ability needs the energy of one of the two elements in order to be completed.

Propeller: This allows you to have the ability of flight. It last for the whole turn and can only be used three times in a battle.

Shell Bullet Burst(SBB): This move is just like the Shell Bullet but stronger because of energy from the Fire/Lightning jutsu. The user channels all of his collected energy and chakra into his orb, causing a blinding golden light to emit from his right hand, before throwing a punch at a target. The resulting strike releases all of the energy in one blast, extending well beyond the user's melee range (effective to at least dozens of meters) and retaining the golden luminence in the shape of a fist which is about half the size of Gai's Daytime Tiger. The blast of the punch is great enough to break every bone in the targets body and moderately burn his/her flesh.

-In order to absorb the energy of the Fire or Lightning justu, the user must be within five meters of the jutsu path or activation.
-After using the SBB the Alter returns to its glove form and you must wait 10 turns to activate it again at it's first stage.
-The user is unable to use ninjutsu and elemental ninjutsu for five turns and will be passed out for one turn.
-It takes a total of 2 seconds from long for the fist to reach the target.

Description: This technique launches condensed fire chakra in the form of a tangible blood-red colored net, generated from the blade length, and simply throws it over the intended target with a simple slashing motion from the blade. The net further binds and restricts an opponent’s movements by constricting to its form. This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow. After throwing the net, the user stabs the net with the tip of their blade, creating orbs of fire along the outside length of the net, which explode like linked land-mines in a domino formation, leading toward the target bound under the net. When the orbs come into direct contact with the intended target, they create a tremendously large and devastating explosion.

You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today.

As the one responsible for the Custom System, I must apologize to all members for the delays we've been experiencing in this thread and others. The recent staff changes but also the begining of the summer brought us new challenges and issues that delayed the checkings. In the summer, the older staff members generally get more busy in RL which translates in periods of less activity which in return delays some tasks. Hopefully it will also return to normal in the near future so please be patient and try to understand when a delay happens that is not because we are lazy, its because we simply can't get to every single thing at the same time.

Also, I checked the thread but in the case I missed something, if anyone has or knows of a pending or unchecked submission, please pm me the link and I'll check it asap. Sometimes in the mix of things, one post may slip through our radar and remain unchecked.

Also, I must remind members to read the rules, read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Also, read the opening post. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for examplea nd that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.

On a Personal Note, don't bash or insult mods that check the cjs. We, like you, can still make techniques that aren't approvable while we may think, when we submit them, that they are. This doesn't mean we don't have the ability to check yours with justify, reasoning, logic and objectivity. This said, insults or taunting/provocative VMS or PMS towards us with such remarks will earn a ban from this thread for unspecified lenghts of time as well as infractions/warnings. Its a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to such behavior. Perhaps if all those who are direspectful and insulting are banned from this thread, the thread can function that much faster. Be appreciative of our work please. We do it for you!

When launched the sphere rapidly expands in the form of a beam capable of decimating all matter caught within its broad trajectory path, and can travel for quite some distance depending on the quantity of chakra focused in the technique's primitive utilization. Its overall damage output can be reduced through the conjuration of an extremely-formidable barrier. The light emitted by the beam is equivalent in terms of brightness to a flash bomb, making it extremely useful in blinding those outside of its trajectory path.

Description:
Illusionary Arts: Dreadful Evisceration is a terrifying technique that strikes fear into the hearts of all who witness it. It was originally developed for the purposes of judicial execution, but was soon adapted by ninja for use in battle. After the hand seals Ram → Dog, the opponent will be placed in a genjutsu. The opponent will believe that the user is taking control of their muscles, and forces them to draw a kunai or other sharp object. The victim is then compelled to disembowel himself with the object because of the said muscle manipulation. Since vital organs are stabbed in the process the opponent will believe that he is dying but in reality is in shock and unable to move.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-match.
- Have to wait two turns before it can be used again.
- No Genjutsu next turn.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.

The mirror will then slowly break into pieces, then break into even smaller pieces, and continue subdividing until there are countless shards surrounding the target, all of which reflect the target and his surroundings. This greatly confuses and disorients the target. Once the shards have finished dividing, they will fly at the victim and stab him, causing great mental shock.

Description: The Dragon's Eskrima is a long black staff. In the very middle of it, it has a line that goes all the way around it. This is the divider for the two tonfas. The divider is transparent and is surging with raiton chakra. This keeps the tonfas together to create the staff. To separate the two tonfas the user must pull them apart with force. Once pulled apart, the tip of the tonfas are transparent with raiton chakra surging through them as well. This is where the electricity will flow out of the tonfas and onto the opponent. This can only be done in short range. The staff and tonfas are great conductors for electricity. The staff acts as a lightning rod that can absorb C rank and below raiton attacks. While the tonfas are used for attacking the opponent with C Rank electricity.

- The user can channel electricity into the tonfas only. The electricity is B Rank.

- Only the staff can absorb raiton attacks. C Rank and below only raiton attacks.

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals and generates a large ring of lightning that spins around them, causing a bluish flame like aura to appear. The user will then manipulate the shape of the lightning ring into 20 arrows. After that, the user will then stretch their left arm 75 degrees with their right hand pulling back as if were a bow into the sky in the direction of the target. Once that has been done, the user will then begin strumming their left arm, causing the ring of lightning to release the 20 lightning arrows towards the opponent. On impact the arrows will cause small electric explosions.

The user utilizing Ration chakra the user makes a cicrle like band of raiton holding them in both hands ,then slip's the bands them around the enemy's wrists (noticed or unnoticed does not matter) as soon as the bands are around the enemy's wrist's the bands numb the tenketsu on the wrists. This stops the user from being able to manipulate chakra from there hands ie making handsign's or elemental attacks from the user's hands like wind or lightning attacks for an example. These bands once slipped onto an enemy's wrists cannot be removed as they tighten in place as soon as the enemy utilizes any chakra. The enemy however can still manipulate chakra from there feet, eye's mouth and so on. The bands restrict the enemy from using jutsu requiring handseal's or hand type jutsu's. the bands will last for two turns or once the enemy's chakra has been spent up completely or the enemy is dead. The bands also take away 20 chakra cost from the owner per turn.

Restrictions:
- Can only be used once per battle..
- Opponent cannot make handseals for one whole turn.
- User must be within short range to put the bands on the opponent.
- Opponent cannot use chakra through their hands for one whole turn.
- Can only be taught by myself or Juha (he holds a spot along with co-created this).

Its oped because it has no way out... Ok? Its a one hit knockout with several exploitable aspects which can go in a multitude of interpretations. Now, make this A-Rank, reduce restrictions and resubmit.

The user begins by making a handsign and forms crystal slipper's on her feet which she can fling off of her feet kicking them off at the enemy. The slipper's have a sharp pointed end and will pierce through skin from the force of being kicked at an enemy. Also a hidden ability is that the user can channel crystal chakra into the heels to extend or retract the size of the heel. The heel can extend to 1.5 feet and retract so it is flat for running. The user may also use these slipper's for taijutsu cutting an enemy while kicking them.

The user forms one handsign forming a single ball in there hand hanging on two lightning lines are two other lightning balls. while swinging the arm being used like a left or right hook and utilizing raiton ball can release the bolas from the motion of swinging the arm and the bolas spins out from the user towards the enemy. Normally these are directed towards an enemy's leg's or body, when directed at the body the user is trying to bind the user's arms to the body. This is done because the bola wraps around the enemy's body and arms tying them up. When directed at the legs it normally makes the enemy fall down or trip while running or walking. The lightning will also slightly paralyse or numb the enemy's leg's or arms which is targeted.

Now an actual bola is normally two rocks one tied on either end of a rope or vine and is thrown at an enemy used for tripping the enemy or binding them. So this method is using three balls of lightning attached to a thin line's of lightning which swings around while released and wraps around an enemy. The line's of lightning are enough to let the lightning balls wrap around the enemy two full rotations

Description: After swiping blood across the summoning tattoo the user summons a clan of meerkats about 8 regular sized meerkats. It is a known fact that meerkats are all immune to poisons and venoms from other animals this comes in very handy in the nw where poisons can kill if not treated. being very skilled masters at taijutsu shown being able to use speeds up to the first gate of opening for quick attacks and stealthy missions and covert operations. The clan can use a binding method of tackle which swarms an enemy and holds him in place by forcing there chakra onto the enemy binding them, and have there own distinctive way of fightng with the claws on there fingers. Meerkats also have very keen group calls to signify danger and or weather change meaning they use code words for specific things. These nicely adapted meerkats are also able to move through the ground faster then shinobi moving under ground with hiding like a mole technique at any range as well being naturally an earth based animal.

Restrictions: can only be summoned once during battle.
: a clan of meerkats of 8 will be able to hold the enemy for 5 seconds or even just by keeping the enemy distracted.
:meerkats must be touching the enemy to bind them with chakra.
Note: hiding like a mole is much faster for these summons because of the size fact making it twice as fast to move through the ground.

The user then exhales the hot ash in between their raised hands, which is positioned in front of their chest, rapidly condensing the hot ash into a basketball sized sphere which they then fire at the opponent. The heated ash sphere on contact, or by the user clapping their hands, explodes into a 3m wide vortex that can reach up to mid.range in the sky. The heated ash can easily burn through the human skin resulting in 2nd degree burns throughout the opponents body.

In the opponents first turn as the genjutsu is casted, they will feel the sudden increase in gravity and see themselves fall to their knees, in reality they will stand being unable to move their lower legs as their mind is tricked into thinking that gravity is too strong and has it pinned to the ground. In the opponent's next turn gravity will further increase as they see themselves brought and pinned down in a dog stance preventing them from using their upper body while in reality they stand only being able to move their head. In all the opponent has a total of two moves, since in our rp time is counted in moves, to break this genjutsu or else in the third move the force of the gravity will be so tremendous that they will see themselves brought down flat on the ground, no longer able to move as the tremendous force of gravity crushes their body, while in reality they stand tall and motionless as they take mental damage. This jutsu can only be casted on stationary opponents, and can also be casted onto multiple opponents once they all stand within short range of the user.

The blades would then be freely manipulated from above to crash from several directions and cut the opponent up, all the blades can converge together to create one large, intangible blade of heat to cut a large area.

Legend has it that The flames within the blade burn anything it cuts out of existence, thus implying the the sword gains lethal cutting abilities (S-rank). Zanka no Tachi has the side-effect of depleting the moisture in an entire area (at least 20 meter radius) causing the air and the water to dry up. Over a significant period of time, even small lakes can be completely evaporated by the heat. While the technique is activated, water jutsu that are B-rank and below will be evaporated upon use, within seconds.

Description:
The user does the dragon hand seal as a medium to insert chakra into the opponent's nervous system and take control of their senses. The illusion focuses directly on the sense of touches sensitivity. Once the illusion is casted, the user can manipulate the opponent's sense of touch to tolerate pain to a higher or lower degree. For example, if the user casts the illusion as a layer for another illusion and decides to make the opponent have a high tolerance for pain and the opponent tries to use pain as a way of breaking free, it wouldn't hurt him and he'd still be stuck. On the other hand, one could make the pain tolerance low also. Making a small cut from a kunai feel like getting a limb torn off.

This genjutsu causes the affected to suddenly forget about the existence of hand signs entirely, to the extent of making them slip up if halfway through a hand sign and cause them to weave it incorrectly. The affected will not be able to weave hand signs for 4 turns if they do not release this genjutsu.

Blade of Famine | Toushin Kyoukou

Description:
The blade of famine was found buried hilt deep in what appeared to be a tree made of stone by a young shinobi. This dagger is made of a strange metal and appeared unbreakable, it is roughly 11 inches long with a 4 inch hilt and a 7 inch blade. The back of the blade is serrated and built onto the hilt is a loop made so ninja wire can be tied to it, the blade being just big enough to use techniques usually used by swords. The blade appeared normal but when it is held it siphons of a small constant stream of chakra.

Perplexed by this the shinobi set out to research the blade and to see if he could find out its origins. After much searching in old dusty tomes he came across a legend of the blade of famine, a blade that consumed what it pierced and turned it to stone. The legend went on to say that the blade was forged by a unique material that was created when a meteorite struck the earth and upon impact, the intense amount of heat and pressure petrified the minerals underneath, thus giving the blade its properties.

Abilities:
~The only ability of this blade is that when it cuts or stabs a person other than its user, it will petrify the area around the wound. Below the ability is described and defined:
[-When the blade cuts a person a small area around the wound becomes petrified. The amount petrified is directly proportional to the size of the wound, the bigger the wound the more that is petrified. When cut the petrification occurs internally as well although it is shallow.
-When a person is stabbed with the blade, the petrification occurs deeper internally then when cut. When an internal organ is pierced, due to the organs usually small size almost all of it would be petrified.
-When a person is cut/stabbed by the blade the pertrification affects the veins and muscles etc in the area but it does not seal them, meaning they would continue to bleed even though the area is essestianly rock. Due to this fact the wound cannot be healed using normal means since the area is rock and cannot be brought together.]
~The blade is unbreakable

Resctrictions:
~When the user is holding the dagger it needs a constant flow of chakra and so it requires +5 chakra per turn to wield
~Due to the size of the hilt, the user cannot performs hand seals while holding the blade
~Can only be used by xHoudinii unless given permission, if one tries to use the blade without permission the blade will steal all of their chakra almost instantly
