Description:Schneider was forged long ago by an old weapon master named Gohan,it took him years to complete the bow but sadly when it was completed Gohan died.Schneider is a bow that can shoot pure chakra (D rank).This is almost never used though. It is a lightning style weapon, so it primarily shoots arrows made of the users raiton chakra solidified, but is able to shoot water, fire, and wind bullets (all C rank). The arrows are shot at twice the speed of a thrown kunai, and are quite powerful (A rank). The bow is unbreakable, and is able to deflect kunai,shuriken,etc. The user is only able to shoot four arrow per turn, and it takes about 4 seconds to reload after firing each arrow. The user is also able to decrease the power of the arrow(C rank), but make it light and faster (speed of a Kage ranked taijutsu master). When the arrows are shot, they don't make a sound but they are easy to spot. The bow itself is black as night, and is about 3 ft long. The bow is usually carried on someone's back.

Restrictions

-Can only be wielded by PresidentBush-

X-Declined-X I dont know, 4 elemental arrow shots of varying elements, you could make a combo of many different element in a single move. That itself is not a issue, but the fixed chakra cost of 40. Cant be approved unless you work to make it better in both description and abilities

Description:The user simply focuses chakra all around his body, and does a simple transformation technique. The transformation technique gives him golden blonde hair, and the chakra gives him a small aura that covers him. The chakra flowing over the user increases his physical strength giving him a +10 boost to taijutsu. The point of the transformation technique is that it makes the user more bad ass, but is not necessary to the technique itself.

Usable once per battle
Lasts for 3 turns
The user is slightly winded after using this, and his reflexes are slightly delayed (lasts for 1 turn)
This does not increase speed in any way

Will drag in anything with a 25m radius thus running risk of destroying the user if he's caught in range.

- The Fire/Wind masks can only use B-rank jutsu for the rest of the battle.

The user uses his blood and uses the normal summoning technique or wipes blood on his Tiglon tattoo and summons the Tiglon's king's twin brother; Bách. Bach is a large, all black Tiglon, being nearly the size of a full grown elephant though his body mass is pure muscle. Unlike his brother, who has a short mane, Bách has a large black mane that flows with the wind. Like all other Tiglon's Bách can taX--XX--Xlk and communicate with his summoner and can speak to the contract owner via telepathy. Bách is known to be the calmest and most strategic Tiglon alive.
Abilities:
Being the twin brother of Aizen, Bách is known to be one of the best Tiglon's in combat and is feared in battle.
Bách was born with an affinity to the fire element in which he can perform jutsu up to A-rank rank in without the use of hand seals. Once a battle, Bách is capable of transforming his entire mane in to flames in which he has control of, the the flames aren't used to attack. With his firey mane active he is able to absorb up to A-rank fire techniques into his mane, which in rerurn enlarges the flaming mane.

Description:
The user first performs 2 hand seals (Tiger--Boar) which is used as a medium to transfer chakra into the opponents nervous system and take control of their sense of touch. With that done the opponent will be trapped in the illusion and begin feeling the affects. The opponents arms, hands, legs and feet would instantly "fall asleep" and become numb to a degree, along with an extremely intensified tingling feeling throughout out those body parts. This would successfully slow down the opponents movements drastically due to the lack of control people have over their body when a body part "sleeps", and would make it highly difficult to react to attacks, perform hand seals and to attack or defend physically.

Description:The spear of words,Forged from the finest metal materials from a human with extraordinary powers making it indestructible.The spear itself comes in two parts which the longest spear being 1.8 meters long and 4 cm thick and the second spear being only one meter long and still 4cm thick.The two spears both share the same abilities and are able to join together to form one long spear.The spear works extremely well with raiton chakra carrying some inside of it making all earth chakra which comes one meter radius spear around up to A rank cancel out making the earth jutsu have no effect.The spear itself has destructible power making the user while using the staff have power similar to that of the jutsu chakra enhanced strength.The last ability is for the staff to come back to the user when thrown due to it containing the users chakra.
-Cancelling out the earth chakra counts as one of the three moves and can only be used three times a battle.
-Can only be used by Lysander and if anyone else tries to pick it up it weight changes to five tons making it impossible to use.
-The returning of the staff is only usable three times.

Description: The user preforms a set of 4 hand signs and releases his fire chakra into ground. As he does so, the user manipulates the fire chakra with great chakra control to make a gigantic fire geyser erupt from beneath the opponents feet. This technique is extremely hard to avoid due to it's sheer size and range it covers. The user will face serious drawbacks due to the amount of chakra it takes to use.
-User feels dizzy and finds it hard to move for 2 - 3 turns
-Cannot preform and S Rank fire attacks for 3 turns
-Fire must be mentioned in your biography as a speciality to use this technique
-Can only be preformed twice per battle

Description: Deriving from the destructive force of a kick from Bruce Lee. The user will send a kick to the chest of the opponent with enough force behind it to crack the opponents chest slightly, making it so that the opponents arms are slower due to pain. This would make the opponents arms slower due to the pain they will feel by moving their arms due to their cracked chest. It can also lower regular body speed in general to someone that isn't skilled in controlling their own balance as any step would shake their chest as well because when someone moves, nearly every muscle in their body moves as well. After the first kick to the chest, any other kick afterwards will reduce the speed of their opponents arms by 10% and their over all body movement by 5%, until finally, the opponent can't move their arms anymore and is reduced to walking instead of running due to pain. The kick will also knock the air from the opponents lungs, immobilizing them for a few seconds. The kick it'self will send the opponent away by 7 meters, allowing the opponent to catch their breath before needing to defend the user again.

Note: Must be a Jeet Kune Do master to perform this.
Note: People or masses with great density and muscle mass won't be affected as much or affected at all. Examples: Bee, 3rd and 4th raikage. In other words this attack would work greatly on someone with the body type of rock lee whereas someone like Raikage would more than likely just feel a hard kick with their muscle tissue absorbing a lot of the impact.

I didn't put any chakra info because in the Wikia, it says Taijutsu does not require chakra but chakra can be used to enhance it. As well as strong techniques in the taijutsu list that don't require chakra. I understand that techniques that can be done in freeform don't require chakra so if you're saying it needs chakra to provide the effect I'm wanting then I completely get it.

How does Ice Explode? And why would it explode? You simple assume it explodes but you fail to explain how it explodes.

Description: The user first performs a sequence of five hand seals and creates six ice weapons(any kind of weapon sword, spear, axe...)two of the weapons will be in the users hands the other four will be on his sides (from, back, left, and right)After the weapons are created the user will hold out the two weapons in his hands and spin inside the "square" of weapons, while the user spins he release his chakra from the weapons in his hands and manipulates his chakraso it forms a ice wall that is above the four weapons this causes *the weapons in his hand to "disappear" and "form" wall and the weapons on the ground will have their "tips"(the area which is pointing upwards) "inside the wall"(the chakra added by the weapons that were in the users hand will form the wall, so the weapons on the ground will be encased by the wall) *the user will then use further shape and chakra manipulation to increase the length of the weapons that are encased in/by the wall so they are "spikes"(for example if a spear will have the spear head as the "spikes" a sword will have it's tip as the spikes so on and so forth for other weapons) on top of the wall the user then performs five hand seals and causes the same process to occur but this time the weapons will cover the entire wall(so weapons are now on the inner and outer sides of the wall as well). The user can make a maximum of 6 walls with a minimum of 3 walls. Now after the desired number of walls are created the user will perform two hand seals and direct the "cyclone" of weapons toward his opponent(s) the "cyclone" has a radius of 3 meters and it can be decreased to a smaller radius through the user will, the "cyclone" has the weapons on it's "tip". The user can attack using this technique by either directing the "tip" of the cyclone to the opponent(s) or by trapping the opponent(s) inside the "cyclone" and let it close in on them and get hit by the weapons from the inside
-The user can manipulate the weapons on the side of the wall to either stay sharp or to cease to be sharp if the user chooses to use the technqiue as a defensive.

-Usable once but when used as a defense it lasts until the user attacks with it
-must have mastered ice
-must be member of yuki clan.

Description: The user will first perform two hand seals and send his chakra to one of his index fingers as the chakra is in his finger the user will "swing" his finger towards the opponent and a rope completely made of ice will travel towards the opponent, the rope is like a Laso so it has a circular area on the front side of it. The user will capture a part of the opponents body with the circular area and will follow it up by clicking his index finger to another finger causing the rope where the circular area is present to tighten and squeeze the opponent, the user will then once again click his index finger with another finger and cause the area where the circular form is present to have spikes emerge from it and impale the opponent. For example if I made the rope captures my opponents left hand palm area and I continue the jutsu they will get spikes passing through his arms and the spikes that are opposite to each other will collide at the center so there is where it will stop progressing p.
-The size of the circular area can be controlled with a minimum size that of an ant and maximum size of that of a elephant so this technique can be used on some summons.
-When the user clicks his index finger with another finger their chakra will be sent through the rope towards the circular area there is a delay of 3 second until the chakra reaches if used from mid range.
-The user can choose not to use the secondary ability of the technique(spikes) but if he uses it on another turn it will count to the jutsu limit

-Must be from Yuki Clan.
-Must have mastered Ice release.

The user will capture a part of the opponents body with the circular area and will follow it up by clapping his/her hands together causing the rope to tighten, the user will once again clap and cause spikes to emerge from any location of the Laso/Rope.
-The size of the circular areacreated by this technique can be controlled as the user whises, the smallest size of the circular area is 2 centimeters and the Maximum size of the circle is 4 meters
-The user can choose not to use the secondary ability of the technique(spikes) but if he uses it on another turn it will count to the three Jutsu limit

Description: After invoking the the ice release pillars of judgment technique, the user will judge the opponent(s) as Gluttonious, the user will deem the opponent(s) not worthy of life, due to the opponent(s) having 'sucked up' enough of the world's air so they are deemed unworthy of living, and judged to a gruesome 'sliced' death. To activate this technique, the user will perform five hand seals(boar—>Tiger—>Snake—>Ox—>Dragon) and cause 'sheets' of ice to emerge from the inside of the IRPOJ technique, the 'sheets' of pure ice come from every angle of the parallelogram of ice, they emerge in a fast speed(speed of a thrown Kunia with wind chakra infused to it, and the user has chakra enhancing strength active) the sheets come from the all the sides of the parallelogram with the 'roof' included, the sheets also form diagonals, from the sided of the parm(point A to C and point B to D). Only one sheet emerges from the diagonals making them two diagonals, the sides however have numerous sheets of ice, the number of sheets that 'appear' can be controlled by the user, the maximum number of sheets however is 16. Now the only issue that remains is that the sheets of ice will collide with each other, and destroy and intercept the path of each other, the user took notice of this flaw while developing the technique, so he thought of a way to overcome the problem, his solution was to swiftly decompose the junction points of the sheets of ice, with other sheets of ice to water and 'refreeze'/turn them back to ice instants later, allowing the ice sheets to not 'harm' each other.

The user can make a maximum of 6 walls with a minimum of 3 walls. Now after tue desired number of walls are created the user will perform two hand seals and direct then"cyclone" of weapons toward his opponent(s) the "cyclone" has a radius of 3 meters and it can be decreased to a smaller radius through the user will, the "cyclone" has the weapons on it's "tip" and the walls(inside and out) are fill of jagged pillars of ice that are emerging from every direction of walls. The user can attack using this technique by either directing the "tip" of the cyclone to the opponent(s) or by trapping the opponent(s) inside the "cyclone" and let it close in on them.

Description: The user will first perform two hand seals and send his chakra to his index finger after that is done he will swing his finger in the air above him and follow it up by directing his finger towards his opponent as the user directs his finger towards his opponent he releases the Hyouton chakra built up in his finger in the form of a transparent (similar to the transparency of ice disk tech) rope that has a "whole" in it in the front after the opponent is caught inside the rope the user will "click" one finger to his index finger and cause the rope to tighten around the opponent since chakra is built up in the second finger and through the clickage the user sends his chakra down the rope the user will then click his other finger and cause the rope to harden and cause ice spikes to "emerge" from the area that surrounds the opponent and impale them.

More techniques related to it will be added like "Sin", "Slice" etc*

Each sound that the user wants to be produced will be seen by the opponent as if it was real, so basically the opponent can “hear with his eyes”. For example if the user decides the melody to be of rushing water, the opponent will see a water attack coming at him while in reality nothing will happen. The user can also eliminate the melody of his real techniques that come outside the illusion, preventing the opponent from seeing his real attack, that way the user can decide what and what not can the opponent see.
~The melody that produces the illusion will last for only three turns. This technique due to it’s sealing nature does not require the original Melody Art technique to be activated, thus the restrictions to it does not apply. The purpose of this jutsu is to steal a very small time from the opponent to prepare an attack (a yawn last for 2 to 4 seconds), and since this jutsu doesn't exatcly hurt the opponent or put him/her to sleep, theres no need to use Kai or inflict pain to him/her self as he won’t be able to realize this is an illiusion (after all a yawn is something very common and simple)

~The technique can only be used 2 times per battle to brake any illiusions up to A rank including, or it can be used to brake 1 S ranked illiusion, if that's the case the technique can only be used once.. The user can not use any other illusionary techniques at the same turn and must wait at least 1 turn to reuse this technique. This technique can not break MS illiusions.

Your parrot can have a sensing ability but not a chakra sensing ability. You have to find some alternative sensing technique that hasn't been done before or isn't common enough to collide with anything. Also, why would this parrot increase the strength of your genjutsu? Just by being there and being a sensor? Nothing happens just "because".

This is not very reasonable taking into account the properties of your summons. You basically create tiny, undetectable poison mines... Faster than gaara's defense, long range, 4 at a time, ability to use box arts, etc etc. and the ability to trigger only on living things, not clones or techniques... Too much. Don't forget the link to the box contract.

Description: Utilizing large amount of chakra in one's body, the user creates an illusion where the opponent enters a whole new terrain. The terrain is best described as the "Underworld". Pitch darkness and the eyes of the unknown surround the user as two large spears tied with chains on the ground impale the opponent's arms and restrict movement. As the spear pierces the hands, the opponent is enveloped by unbearable pain and gets launched into the steel cross hanging on the wall. The opponent doesn't get time to react to the velocity of the chained spears and get's sure to be hit. When steel cross hits the opponent's body, he is knocked semi-conscious.

Note: Can only be used once.
The user is unable to use S-Rank or Higher genjutsu for the rest of the battle.
The user needs to keep a constant "Snake" handseal while the opponent is under the genjutsu and is unable to use any other handseal requiring techniques while executing it.
As a post traumatic effect of the strong genjutsu, the opponent is unable to utilize his arms for one turn.

-Only Trisura or someone who signed the contract can use this technique.

This effectively makes it exceptionally hard for her opponent to block as they will be unable to gauge exactly where Ophelia will strike, although they can gauge the rough vicinity in which she will strike and thus attempt to dodge using “wide dodges”. This allows her to overpower her enemies in close quarters combat by continuously forcing them to make large dodges by relentlessly following up each attack with a new one, preventing counter-attacks since the opponent will have to waste their movements on dodging. Thus it becomes a waiting game of when the opponent will either tire out, or make a dodge that he can’t recover from in time to dodge her next attack. This optical illusion can only be slowed down to trackable speeds by a Mangekyou Sharingan. The venom on Ophelia’s grown stingers aren’t the most potent, but are still quite deadly. Five senbon sized stingers being able to easily incapacitate a limb while causing the opponent minor heart rate and breathing problems such as lack of breath, and minute cramping like pains within the chest region.

Description: Achilles is a small sized slate gray coloured Ray roughly three meters long (not including tail length which is 2 meters long). Achilles is summoned onto the users back, and quickly begins to morph into an armour that covers the entirety of the users body, being layered on top of their clothes and bending around and beneath tools such as sword sheaths and ninja pouches. The armour fits much like a spandex, or jumpsuit, clinging to the users body rather firmly, acting like an extension of the users body or a second skin rather than an actual armour. Of course the armour allows free use of facial expressions, sight and speech. Achilles's tail however remains in its original form, and extends outwards from the armour at the area near the users coccyx, while two wing like Ray pectoral fins extend outwards from the users shoulder blade area, generally dropping downwards towards the ground, but can also be used for flight or high speed underwater movement much like a Ray. The armour reacts to the users intentions as Achilles shares a mental link with the user. Achilles's abilities lie within his unique skin that's lined with an excessive amount of rather large dermal denticles. Which also makes the armour a great defensive tool, thanks to its resistance to electrical currents and cutting based attacks while the denticles themselves also increase the offensive ability of the user by adding a flaying like cutting effect to physical attacks. Achilles's first ability makes use of his rather pronounced dermal denticles, or placoid scales that are constantly covered and enhanced with his wind nature chakra. When the user moves, the denticles create tiny vortices of wind that help to reduce drag, allowing the user to move faster. However this also has an offensive application, as when the user launches an attack at the opponent, such as a punch, the vortexes produced act as an extension the users body so that even if the opponent avoids, or the user misses, the opponent will still be hit, and sliced by the abundance of near invisible vortices produced by Achilles's denticles. Generally the vortexes of moving air produced by the dermal denticles create a perimeter of about three inches around the users body, however underwater this ability is much more pronounced, creating a perimeter of roughly six inches. A particularly vigilant opponent under the right conditions may be able to notice the slight wind currents bending around the users body, however it's generally incredibly hard to spot. Achilles's second ability also lies within his skin, Achilles's is capable of changing his skin colour rapidly so as to blend in with the environment, much like a Yellow Stingray, however on a much higher level. This acts similar to the Camouflage Concealment Technique and effectively allows the user to become near invisible at will. The armour also enhances the use of attacks like "Hardliner Revolving Cut" to the extent that it would be capable of clashing with and neutralizing Raikiri variants (+1 Ranks). This is because the denticles increase the potency of the wind coating the users appendages thanks to their innate flaying like shredding effect and their vorticy effect. As aforementioned Achilles's is responsive to the users will, therefore the armour can quickly unravel from parts of the users body, allowing attacks to freely pass through.

- Achilles can stay on the field for 4 turns.

- Achilles's Electroreception spans out to Mid range through water or air.
- Achilles is capable of protecting the user from A rank and below cutting attacks and A rank and below electrical currents. However the user will still be susceptible to the force of the attacks, which can result in fractured ribs, broken bones, ect, although the armour is capable of protecting the user from moderate force. He is capable of withstanding two of these attacks before his defense crumbles.
- The user activating the camoflauge ability counts as a move, however after initial activation it can be used on will without cost.
- Placoid Scales/Dermal Dentacles, are enamel tooth like structures that cover the entirety of cartilligeous fishes such as Rays, Sharks and Skates body. Dermal Denticles is the reason why rubbing a shark the wrong way can result in your hand being flayed to bits. They also help the Shark or Ray to swim faster as the vortices reduce drag.

As the opponent is trapped the clone will take control of the Suiton chakra inside the orb and cause 4 large arms of water to grab the opponent by their arms and legs pulling them inside the temple and then ripping the opponents limbs off

Okay, firstly, your post is hardly understandable. There are tons of English mistakes in it which makes this very unclear to me. Secondly, this jutsu is too unrealistic. You don't state how big the temple is, and just reading the whole thing makes me extremely confused. It lasts way too long to be used rationally. Lastly, this doesn't seem to be a forbidden to me.

Description: The Kurikara, or Blue Demon slayer, is one of the most powerful sword's of all time. Said to be forged by some of the best Black Smith's known to man. It was also said to have slayed Demon's in ancient times, and that was it's intention. It's blade is made from a special material, that man created from the ground long ago. It's spilled so much blood, including that of a human's. It earn's it's name with the help of both of it's chakra affinity's, Lightning and Fire. This is an elemental combination purely used for techniques that are sharp, but also hot. And due to these two element's being combined, there is a flame to the sword from the fire element, but it turn's blue due to the combined lightning element. It is said that when this sword is unsheathed, it also gives the user a new found strength in their heart's. And upon Unsheathing Satan's Flame, the user will be covered in the lightning/fire chakra around the body.
Ability's:
§ Blue fire addition: This sharp, and also hot technique allow's the user to cut through A rank wind, and even up to A rank Doton techniques. Now you know by now what it would do to a humans body.
§ Satan's Flame: Once Unsheathed, the blue flame will cover your body, and it has to accept you. It will cover the outside area of the body (Around the clothing also) and there will be two flames above your head that look like horns. This technique protect's you from D-Rank Wind techniques and D-Rank Doton. But between using this Technique and any other ability's for Satan's flame, it will have to be used alone, and after being used you will have to wait two turn's before using another technique for it. The sword's blade will still be covered in the blue flame, it just can't cut through Doton/Fuuton at the time.
§ Heart: Once unsheathed, the user will feel more powerful. Although the user gains no extra physical ability's, his fighting will grows in his heart. And this can make anyone more powerful through the mind.

These ghoul's are controlled by the user and have all of the same properties of Satan's Flame. Lastly they can be used to crash into anything and explode in a diameter equal to three bomb kunai.

Also, isn't this a bit troublesome to the user itself? You're basically surrounding yourself with Earth on all sides and dissuading vision of your opponent.

The user can see from the eyes of the armor, which are in fact windows. The armor is constantly enveloped with raiton, and will dispel doton chakra aimed at it or below it's feet up to S rank.
-When using the armor, the user can only use raiton jutsu, as he is constantly channeling raiton to the armor.
-When using a jutsu, the chakra is channeled through the armor, so it is as if the armor is using it. The size of the jutsu is also amplified to the size of the armor.

First off, I don't see how your CFS has ANYTHING to do with this jutsu. Unless you can properly explain how it does, then this will not be everoved. Secondly, it can't dispel Earth chakra up to S-Rank, that's a bit too much. Lastly, a huge armor? You really want to be bottled up in such a thing and let your opponent take an easy target at you? Change it to short range and you can't boost the power of your jutsus with such an armor.

No description as to exactly how wide the tetagana is. Is it a simple straight line of chakra that needs to be aimed? Secondly, no, you can not make this invisible to the naked eye.

Description: To use this Jutsu, the user will start emitting a bluish raiton aura. The user's hair will become wight, and he will instantly grow a wight beard. The user will then release raiton chakra particles to the atmosphere, and then ionize it till long range from him. When the user uses Raiton within the ionised atmosphere, the raiton particles will enhance the power of Raiton jutsu used by the user by +20 damage due to the fact that the raiton particles have his chakra signature, and will only enhance his jutsu. Also, within the field of the jutsu, wind jutsu become neutral to raiton, as the wind is ionized. However, this comes with a catch, as the user will be unable to use any other chakra nature for the duration of the jutsu, due to giving this much stress to raiton, and doing so would make the raiton particles disappear. The jutsu lasts 5 turns, and after it wears off, the user will be exhausted and able to use only 2 jutsu per turn for next 3 turns.
-Wile using this jutsu, the user can only use raiton chakra transformation, or he would end the jutsu.
-The raiton within the atmosphere makes it dangerous for both parties to use suiton jutsu, as even contact of suiton chakra with the ionised atmosphere will shock the user and stun him.
-Due to raiton consuming more chakra than other natures, and the grand scale of it, the user will be drained of 1/3 of his total chakra by the end of the jutsu.

Description: This technique enables the user to create birds as huge as the size of a standard airplane from the earth. After waiving a string of 6 handseals, the user claps his/her hands together and a monstrous earth bird rises from the ground, leaving a massive crater in the groud. The number of claps determines the number of birds that would be created. Due to the size, up to 15 people can stay on it comfortably. Any bird formed is capable of firing cannon balls from it's mouth or spikes from it's wings by flapping them; cannon balls and spikes are equivalent to B rank earth techniques.
-Cannon balls or spikes count towards the users 3 jutsus.
-Can only create a maximum of 3 birds per use(i.e three claps).
-1 bird can be destroyed using 3 A rank or 2 S rank or 1 F rank technique.
-Birds remain active in battle until destroyed.
-User cannot use any earth technique for two turns after all birds are destroyed.
-Usable twice per battle
-Can only be taught by Naizen

Description: The user channels wind chakra throughout his body and then focuses a large amount to every part of his back(head to sole). Then he pushes it all out at once, releasing and transforming it into a strong stream of wind that propels him forward at an incredible speed trackable by only an MS sharingan.
-Can only be used to move in a linear direction.
-Can only be taught by Naizen.

Description: Cavitation is a very advanced technique where the user, after performing a single handseal, uses his own chakra to create air pockets in a body of water. The size and number of the pockets, so called cavities, differs from each body of water. After being created the cavities collapse on itself, i.e. implode, under the pressure of the water. When the cavitation bubbles collapse, they force energetic liquid into very small volumes, thereby creating spots of high temperature and emitting shock waves, the latter of which are a source of noise. The implosion effect is so strong that it can easily create holes in metal objects over a prolonged period of time. It also causes instability in the body of water and harm to anything caught within it.

Some details missing such as exactly how many cavities you can create in a single body of water and I need some more examples as to how the size of the water affects the cavities. It's really hard for me to imagine this.

Description: Using his own chakra the user can, unbeknownst to his opponent, create a single or multiple water sources within the earth. The water sources can vary in size, depending on the need of the user. They can be from a single drop of water to a human sized pond of water. They don't form too deep in the ground, but about a meter or two beneath the surface. They can be used, afterwards, as a source for water techniques that would attack the opponent from beneath and could also prevent the opponent to go underground.

Again, another great idea, but I need a limit on the idea on about how large you can make it. "They can be from a single drop of water to a human sized pond of water." Is this the clear limit?
Also, if your opponent does go underground, you wouldn't be able to detect him either, so not sure how you would utilize that as an attack.
Lastly, if you were to attack your opponent with such a jutsu, what would be the approximate power of it? More water = more power? Less water = less power? The speed where it comes up from the ground? A lot of details missing if I can't put it to image.
