I see where kira is coming from, to maniuplate the form and shape of the lightning sasuke obviously has to infuse some of his own chakra to give the lightning form, so while the bases of the attack is pure at the same time its still infused with chakra ..

Meh.. Idk dont really want to get into this if anything preta may simply just absorb the chakra in kirin to resort back to its original state which is lightning.

Sasuke uses a very minimal amount of chakra to guide and shape it, but it's pure raw lightning. Preta absorbs chakra.

Even if Preta could absorb lightning, Preta Path would still get raped because he does not have a reaction time faster then the speed of sound.

even if he infuse in order to control it... its just a minute amount from his chakra... raw lightning is IMMENSE in power... even if the petra path did absorb the chakra part... the raw ones power are still plenty and deadly,thus self-explanatory from your statement,it converts back to original lightning... and when lightning come crashing down,it wont go back up...

Exactly.. I stated this in the OP

IMO Regardless to Kirin being ninjustu it is not composed of chakra and therefore voids the possibility of preta path being able to absorb it. It is stated that preta path does absorb all ninjustu however it is also stated that preta path absorbs only chakra based attacks..

If anyone is at fault it is Kishi either for not clarifying; or mislabeling Kirin, since it is more of a Senjustu in regards to the fact that it is composed of natural energy/ actual lightning (little to no chakra)

Kirin is a ninjutsu stated in the official naruto databook and preta path absorbs all ninjutsu stated in the official naruto databook. Mountains aren't ninjutsu because there not being manipulated by chakra lightening does not look like a anime cartoon dragon with a moustache.
