exactly lol and this is super important if you're taking Creatine.... DRINK LOTS OF WATER the creatine uses the water in your body to aid the muscle growth (or something like that) but ultimately it dehydrates you like crazy so make sure you're drinking alot of water both during your workouts and throughout the day
Yeah, water is daily about 4 to 5 bottles everyday.

The 100m should complement your Running Back position. As for weight, stick to your current intake, and add a little more, and you should be good to go! :D

Yeah that sounds about right, it'll only take up so much calories when doing short distant burst. I'll try to eat 400 or 600 calories over maintenance.

You play football too, nice. It all depends on you're diet. But yes most likely you will lose weight. What do yo play. I play RB/LB

Just make sure to eat ramen all day everyday like Naruto and you should turn out fine. Just look at Naruto.

Yeah, I mean. I've set my goals from a year back, trying to get in the Nfl (chances are slim, but if I aim for it I can achieve it), but currently have an incoming scholarship. Other career paths are lawyer, and or engineer.

Interesting, we have some in common. I myself play basketball, in fact I just came back from a game. And I'm hoping to run Track as well for the 1st time. It's been recommended that I do it from several, but never have. I'll be doing the 400m. Differences: I'm 6'2 and 140. and im a freshman

I personally think that it should help you lose weight. But above even athletics, what will help you lose weight is your diet.

I eat more than my father who is ~250. lol, I just have a fast metabolism. But I am reknown for my eating habits.
But all that weight is organs/bones/etc. and muscle! No fat on my body ^_^ I take care of it.

OT: And what do you mean by "over maintenance"? There's nothing wrong with eating a lot, the question is WHAT is it that you're eating, and how do balance it out with physical activity? Also, sometimes weight is hereditary.

Why you so weak bro? Hit that 265 7 reps Wednesday (weight lifting class). Going for that 405 junior year.

Good thing you said what you said in the bold or else I would've given you a long, cheesy lecture about believing in yourself. You're too young to not be optimistic and enthusiastic.
Hell yeah, gotta have them plan Bs and Cs.
Hopefully you're not socially awkward in reality because that's a big help as well.

Over maintenance= over your daily calorie intake. Eating whatever you want, whenever you want won't gain you signifacant weight,
or at least it'll turn into unneeded body fat.. And you do have fat, if you didn't have a body fat percentage above 5% you'd basically be dead.

i tried 315 i did it once lol than it almost fell on me (thank god i had good spotters). Last year when i was freshmen I had only 650 yards and 10 touchdowns this year i got over a thousand yards

Damn, I've gotten some good yardage 1,215 yards 18 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.

This is true. However, I know as a proven fact that your eating habits (what you eat and how much) will largely affect one's weight. But I dare say even more so is physical activity. But really, to lose weight they must go hand-in-hand, not one without the other.
And yes, I do have SOME fat, but so ridiculously little that people are often under the false allusion that I'm weal/under-fed/etc.

Definitely do track. At the very least it will raise your endurance. I wouldn't be worried about your weight at all. Its always hard to drop and easy to gain. They'll most likely have you lifting low weight high rep so you will get smaller but not noticeably and once you go back to training to explode you will gain it back real quick especially if you take protein.
Keep your knees up and cradle the ball tight.

Oh and P.S.
If anyone ever offers you a pre workout with a minotaur on the label don't take it. I didn't sleep for two days and I got chills and shakes...just don't do it alright its freaking scary. Stick to C4 and whey protein.
