If you make sure your energy input and output stays the same there won't be any changes in your physique except for more muscle. If you increase the amount of sport you will need to eat more calories. Professionals footballers (American rugby players) eat up 5000- 6500 calories a day.

You shouldn't worry about loosing any weight, When I was on the HS track team, I actually added muscle bulk, and cut body fat.

155 --> 168 ... Overall I gained around 13lbs.

I ran the 400, 300 hurdles, and the jumping events, triple, high, and long.

Started as a tail-back at a JC first semester after HS. I was told to gain weight for that position, they wanted me to be around 215, so lots of pasta dishes right before bed, and heavy workouts in the morning!

Don't sweat it too much, you'll be fine.
