Track is beginning Monday, now let me tell you a little about my self..
What I want to know is, will track drop my body weight (I want to stay the same weight)? Will I be able to gain weight still while doing intense cardio?
I know track will get me faster for football next year, but I'm a concerned about my weight because I'm a varsity Running Back.
- I'm 5'10, 170lbs, and have more of a football physique
- I play football/basketball/soccer etc..
