dis:The user draws in water in the form of a sphere that surrrounds there body.The user compresses the water to add to its density making it a great defencive jutsu(this jutsu can be releasd form its compressed form by paying 3 chakra).
and i use Suiton:Kokuun-Water Style:Black Clouds

First since i'm inside the earth I can feel your feet on the earth and now I go to your feet and i see the chakra your using for that water cocoon. I stick my sword into the water that you are using and I use Chidori Nagashi and the lightning shocks you since your in the water and the Mist jutsu is released

But water conducts electricity and you should be heavily damaged and unconsious but o well the sword doesn't hurt me because of my jutsu of hardening now I jump out of the rock and i use (Doton:Kekai-Dorou Doumu)-Earth Style:Barrier Earth Prison [User surrounds the enemy in a earth prison that then starts to suck out the chakra of the victim and rebuilds its self when attacked.User must keep chakra in the walls for it to stay active.]

actually i do have time to respond I use the black clouds you summoned and right before you hit me i use (Raiton:Kirin)-Lightning Style:Kirin [user takes control of the lightning and make it strike the opponet.This jutsu cant be avoided unless with space/time jutsu.]

Black clouds form thunder clouds even if they do just pour down oil rain it is still clouds that form some type of percipitation so i can use kirin and i use it to strike you down and defeat you
