Description: The user summons Šamaš The Emperor, one of the oldest bustard. He has a golden colored crest on his head as result of his fire affinity. He is a fairly large summon about as big as the Hawk Sasuke summoned. He is able to use fire techniques up to S-rank and 1 S-rank lightning technique as a result of intense training with the user. As he grew up in extremely hot climate and by having a affinity towards fire, he is impervious to fire techniques B-rank and below(see contract). He is exceptionally fast and can carry one person on his back with great maneuverability providing the user with good aerial skills. He has trained himself to use his beak and claws as extra means of attack.

Note: Can only be summoned once per battle.
Note: Lasts for 4 turns max.
Note: Any other techniques used by Šamaš counts towards the user's move count.

Only one elemental affinity allowed per summon so remove the lightning, remove being impervious to Fire techniques i won't allow that, you can replace it with another ability if you want but make it reasonable, again all that great maneuverability and good aerial skills are all vague so fix it.

~Declined~ *sigh* what sharp senses are you talking about? you just got yourself into a whole other issue, keep in mind that the fire chakra infused feathers can't counter other techniques, they are simply projectiles infused with fire chakra, like a kunai, unless you give it a rank, and a usage limit.

(Katon: Jigoku no Uzumaku Honō no Niwa) Fire Release: Hell's Swirling Flame Garden

Description: In this technique the user performs the Tiger hand seal, and then kneads the Chakra inside his body converting it into fire. He then expels from his mouth a massive wall of swirling flame, that covers a wide range as it races along the ground and sets the vast area ablaze. After expelling the intense flame from the user's mouth, the user manipulates this massive flame as it travels forward along the ground, and spreads it in different directions creating multiple circular walls of intense flame spiraling inwards, which are of the size 2m and 1m in diameter and are 2 feet thick that looks similar to a swirl pattern. These circular walls are formed alternate to each other along it's widespread area. This technique can engulf the target(s) in a veritable sea of flames as long as it lasts on the field. If used on a combustible terrain such as a forest or in a confined area, it can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.

*Can be used twice.
*The jutsu lasts for 2 turns.
*No S-rank and above fire jutsus in the same and the following turn.
*The user needs to wait for at least 2 turns before he can use it again.

Description: The user focuses a huge amount of wind chakra into their hand and slams it to the ground sending the chakra underground which causes a noticeable shaking of the ground before then releasing two enormous blasts of wind that erupt towards the opponent from two opposing sides with tremendous wind pressure and speed, smashing everything caught in between. Both of these blasts of wind are capable of dwarfing even the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path in size.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-No Wind techniques A rank or above for 2 turns afterwards.

Description:
After the absorbing the enemy's energy based technique using Dark Release: Inhaling Maw the user will mold the chakra from Inhaling Maw into their left arm, then user extends their arm forward and releases ghosts from a sphere in his/her left wrist. They seem to follow a set and guided path and they differentiate from it but they can cause enough damage to an opponent by slamming into there stomach. This move covers a up to a mid range at max and shoots what seems to be an endless wave of Dark Fireworks.

When i said define the considerable damage i meant define how much damage it affects the opponent not how it is done, meaning burning damage etc, when i also mentions to determine the considerable distance i meant the size of the technique not the extension of it.

Where's the size of the beam that i mentioned before? keep in mind that if the opponent gets out of short range from you then that marker won't be able to reach him, and that it only works for this beam not for other Dark Release techniques.

(Mokuton: Yoroi Megami Medeina) Wood Release: Armor of the Goddess Medeina

Description:
The user will first perform two handseals and then channel there wood chakra to the center of there chest. They will then mold the chakra into wood. The wood will then spread outwards until it has covered the whole users body in wood. It also covers the users head with a wolf shaped helmet, which only covers the users head and leaves the face area open. The wood is molded perfectly to the users body so that it leaves the user with full mobility of there hands and feet. The user can also reshape any part of the armor into whatever fits the situation. (i.e extending the wood on the hands to create a sword, widening the back to make shield.)

-Usable twice per battle.
-Armor lasts for three turns.
-Reshaping can only be done three times before the armor crumbles.
-Reshaping counts as one of the users three moves.

Tsurugi Megami Medenia: Sword of the Goddess Medenia

Description:
This sword is made from the branch of a special chakra tree that feeds off the worlds chakra. The branch was formed into a sword by a great ninja. The sword is completely made out of wood but it still has a sharp enough edge to flesh and bones. The sword is indestructible due to the chakra that the sword was made with. The sword has the ability to let the user use explosion of dense woodland on any wood that the user has already created. The explosion rank is the rank of the wood that was exploded. (ex. D rank wood would cause a D rank explosion.) The explosion size also depends on the size of the wood that exploded. The sword can also chance shape depending on what the user calls for.


-The exploding ability can be used unlimited amount of times but must wait 1 turn before using it again
-Shape changing can only be done three times a battle.
-The wood use to cause the explosion must have been created the turn before or the current.
-Can only be used by wood bios.
-Only me and people I allow can use this weapon.

1. Satsui no Hado: Shun Goku Satsu | Surge of Murderous Intent: Instant Hell Murder

Description. Instant Hell Murder, also known as the Raging Demon, is the most powerful technique belonging to the Satsui no Hado fighting style. The user, using the principles behind the Ashura Senku, surges their entire body with an immense amount of Satsui no Hado chakra, channeling so much that it begins to materialize around the user as he charges more and more, spreading it throughout the range (however, this takes little to no time) and then charges towards their opponent at double his speed due to the incredible boost in strength and power from such a large amount of Hado chakra. The user moves at great speeds due to "gliding" across the ground at heightened speeds; the reason this technique is so dangerous is that with the aforementioned speed of the user, they leave behind an after image (more accurately described as a chakra impression) of themselves that fools the opponent's sense of depth perception when looking at the user, allowing them to think he's further away than he actually is with only 3T Sharingan users being able to actually pinpoint the user's actual location, though being able to see the user's location and being able to react to it are two different situations. When near the opponent, the user attempts to grab them somewhere around the torso or head. Upon successfully grabbing the opponent, the enhanced Satsui no Hado chakra latches on to the enemy and they are immersed in a world of swirling darkness, which is actually the previously released Satsui no Hado aura of the user now formed around both user and opponent in the form of a sphere with a 5 meter diameter. Inside the dark sphere, the user used the enhanced power of Satsui no Hado to deliver several taijutsu precise blows to the opponents body, all aimed at vital organs, causing internal organs to rupture and bones to break and shatter from repeated blows. Once the user has grabbed the enemy, this attack cannot be dodged unless by space/time jutsu (though that is not to say that it cannot be countered, just at this point unavoidable). Upon completion of this technique, the user's legs and arms are so strained that his speed is effectively cut down drastically (in case a reference to the speed chart is needed, the user's speed is decreased to half his base speed + additional bonuses such as being a taijutsu master, Raikage armor, EIG, etc.) and taijutsu strength is decreased as well, becoming -10 weaker.
Note: Can only be performed once per battle.
Note: Only Masters of Satsui no Hado can perform this technique.
Note: After using, the user is unable to utilize Satsui no Hado chakra for the remainder of the fight.
Note: The shock the body receives from losing the enhanced speed and power granted from the Satsui no Hado causes -40 pain to the user.

Description: The user, by either manipulating a nearby water source or by expelling mist from their mouths, will generate a mist which at first glance is identical to Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden in Mist Technique). However, the water molecules suspended in the air, making up the mist, are several times denser than normal mist, being suspended in the air by chakra. The denser water molecules are so abnormally dense, that they have the property of reflecting sound waves which hit them, which then bounce off of other water droplets, making it so every sound made within the mist is amplified and echoed everywhere within the mist. The technique is designed to be an alternative to the Silent Killing technique, by making sound come from all directions so as to still stop ones opponent from finding them by sound.

Elephant Illusionary Arts: Stampede (Zou Genjutsu: Hitonami)

Description: After summoning, the elephant summon will rise its trunk and make its trumpet sound casting a genjutsu on the opponent in which he/she will wake up tired and as if they've been asleep for a long time only to find out their hands and legs have been spread apart and shackled with iron chains fixed to the ground. Also in that illusion they see the elephant summon near them which soon rises its front legs and crushes the opponent over their chest-abdomen region making the opponent confused, agitated with fear & with severe excruciating pain. In reality, the opponent becomes immobile with a blank stare on their face.
The stress on the mind (due to illusionary pain) causes the target to take damage.
Note:
  • Must have signed the Elephants contract to use this jutsu.
  • Can only be used 3 times per battle.
  • No S-rank and above genjutsu in the same or next turn.
  • If successfully executed, can immobilize the opponent(s) for 2 turns.

Elephant Summoning Technique: Zephyrus (Zou Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Zephyrus)
Type: Summoning animal

Description: The user draws some blood and performs the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon Zephyrus. He is a giant elephant about the size of Gamabunta with proportionate trunk & tusks to his body size which projects in front of his head. Zephyrus' tusks are covered with a thin steel coating with several steel spikes projecting from the tip which can be used for offense as well as for defense. His trunk can reach up to short range in front of him when fully extended and can be used to grab objects or persons. He also wears a 2 inch steel armor knee caps over his knees with several sharp steel spikes projecting from them.
Zephyrus specializes in wind release and can use wind jutsus up to A rank using his trunk/mouth without need of hand seals. He is able to suck in objects and targets within the short range in front of his trunk's openings.
His skin is dry & rough (which is a natural ability of elephants) and can resist damage from simple projectiles like kunais, shurikens, senbons. Because of his natural ability of dry & rough skin, Zephyrus can resist lightning jutsus of B rank and below as his skin provides high resistance to the flow of electricity thereby rendering them ineffective. However lightning jutsus used after breaching his skin will have normal effect on him.
Note:
  • Must have signed Elephant contract to summon Zephyrus.
  • Can stay in the field for 4 turns once summoned.
  • Can use wind jutsus up to A rank using his trunk/mouth without need of hand seals and each move counts as the user's move.

~Declined~ The wind suction ability needs to counts as a move and needs to have a usage limit, remove everything about being resistent to lightning techniques because i don't allow summons being impervious to elements anymore, mention that he can only be summoned once, remove that he can perform elemental combinations with the summoner, rest seems fine.

Wood Release: Faunus, The wooden golem (Mokuton: Faunus, Za mokuzou gōremu)

Range: Short - Long (Made short range of the user with a long range reach)

Description: The user forms the snake hand seal and creates a large wooden golem to erupt from the ground. The golem is about 20 meters in height and 7 meters in width with two hands and two legs and with a head. The golem itself appears to be covered with several irregular wooden vines from neck to foot.
Abilities:
The golem is mobile and its actions can be manipulated by the user.
The golem can create single or several wooden pillar(s) from its hands which can be used to impale the opponent(s).
The golem can also create several wooden vines from its hands separately or together with which it can bind and/or impale the opponent(s).
The golem can also fire 3-5 wooden spikes of about 0.5 meter length from each hand.
All wood jutsus used by the golem is equivalent to B rank wood jutsu.
Apart from these, the golem can also use simple grasping action or physical attacks using its hands, legs.
Note:
  • Can only be used 2 times per battle and can stay for 3 turns.
  • No S rank or above wood jutsus in the same turn.
  • The golem is created within short range of the user and can reach up to long range.
  • Creating wooden pillars or vines or shooting wooden spikes from the golem's hands (either with hands separate or together) or grasping a wooden pillar to attack count as the user's move.
  • All wood jutsus used by the golem is equivalent to B rank wood and has short-long range and counts as user's move.

Then a large figure will rise from the swamp that is said to be the guardian to the entrance of the underworld. It appears as a giant golem-like figure that is cloaked by the swamps muck. If the muck monster has been decapitated, it can regenerate limbs as long as it is in the swamp. It cannot go far from the swamp since it seems to be connected with it, but if it tries to go out of range it will simply fall apart. The golem grabs the person in the swamp and drags them down into the swamp.

~Declined~ Size of the "golem" needs to be defined, you might want to rethink the short range though, because it means that you can only make him short range from yourself, meaning the swamp has to be short ranged from yourself as well, i dislike the regeneration ability, so make that only restricted to "physical" attacks, and give it a duration limit.

After hearing legend about the power of two dragons in the distant land he traveled to face them but not for power but for the thrill of battle he had been longing for. After defeating the dragons, their power was absorbed by the warrior’s wakizashi and katana. the blade is made of dragon scales and the sheath made of dragon claw thus making both the blade and the sheath indestructable. Knowing that this power would make future challenges less entertaining due to the combined strength of his skill and the dragons’ power he discarded them leaving them for someone weaker and less skilled.

Abilities:

Kirikaeru: the wakizashi’s ability after cutting the opponent the sword can grant the ability to switch places with the opponent after focusing chakra into it. This ability is effective only when the opponent is mid-range distance from the user. Usage takes up one move and can be only used 4 times in battle.

Kakeru: the katana’s ability after focusing chakra into the katana multiple blades can extend short range from the original blade making it more difficult to avoid. The blade returns to it’s original state after chakra is withdrawn.

Description and Background: Raccoon Dogs, despite their common names, are not closely related to Raccoons nor are they actually dogs. Instead they are a basal species in the Canidae family and one of the few that like to climb trees. Their bodies are similar in shape and size to foxes with a long body but short legs. The fur coloration is very similar to Raccoons which led to the poor misnomer of a name. In Japanese culture the Raccoon Dog goes by the name "Tanuki" and is a common figure in classic folklore. They are often depicted with big round eyes, a pudgy build, and enlarged....how should I say this.... cojones. They're used to represent a trickster, and are considered talented shape-shifters, but are presented in a light-hearted and aloof manner.


The Tanuki of this contract generally stand on two feet like humans growing on average to the same size as a typical person. They're not the most physically fit species and often develop strong attachments to sake that leads to being overweight. Despite their physical short comings they're talented users of genjutsu and fuuinjutsu, staying true to their reputation as tricksters. Upon discovery of the Ichibi, the Tanuki immediately became drawn to the tailed beast which shared their form, though on a much larger and monstrous scale. They began to worship Shukaku as a God, and the creator of all Tanuki. Even the vessel for the Ichibi became worshiped and revered as a holy figure. This infatuation with the Ichibi led to the Tanuki moving their village to the deserts around Sunagakure. They found an abnormally large oasis in the western half of the desert which became their homes. The new village became known as the "Hachi-takioashisu" or "Eight-Falls Oasis", named after the eight waterfalls that supplied the water. Travelers lucky enough to stumble upon this paradise often can't remember the details of their stay due to the large amount of sake forced upon them, but they swear it to be the best time of their life.

The two birds have mastered the art of simultaneous attacks and when they attack an opponent together the damage is equal to B Ranked lightning attack. The birds can also materialize themselves into pure lightning and attack together equaling an A Ranked lightning technique. If somehow they didn't attack together, the opponent would take no damage.

Description: This jutsu acts both as a form of Kai and an actual genjutsu. Yucky Pucky Toad allows the user to manipulate the jutsu and make it work towards her own purposes, while trapping the opponent. This jutsu comes in 2 phases.
In the first phase, the user will burst sharply, manipulating the Genjutsu she's on. For example, if an opponent genjutsu creates a tree that envelops the user, it will make it seem as if lightning burst from the user and destroys the tree. (The user can have any creativity she wants). This marks the release of the opponent jutsu.
In the second phase, the opponent will feel as if he has been shocked or stung, a very sharp and intense feeling. The shock and the genjutsu itself is very short-lived, but it's intensity leaves behind an underlying sensation of hesitation when attempting to to trap the user in a genjutsu again, as part of the brain will be programmed to shock the opponent again at the attempt (further blocking the genjutsu before it is efficiently cast, spending chakra but casting no illusion).

Wind will make the wires much sharper. Lightning would numb the opponent, and make the wires sharper. Fire would burn the opponent and make add to the sharpness of the wires melting properties, Earth will make the wires thinner but stronger. Water is useless to the effect desired.
Upon trapping the opponent, the user will quickly constrict the wires, severing the thinner limbs and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
*This jutsu can only be used twice per battle*
Note: The wires created aren't enough no envelop the whole body, so only a limb/body part can me affected.

Description: The user will expel chakra outwards, from her hands. The chakra will create a set of 5 wires, thin and sharp but strong, which will immediately wrap around the opponent. While they can be used on their own to powerfully constrict the opponent, they can be used more efficiently by adding an elemental nature to them. Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground, the sharpness/strength/power of the wires can be gradually increased till rupture point as a method of capture and torture, by keeping the handseal
*If used from the ground, can't preform any further jutsu until the grip is released*

The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
*This jutsu can only be used thrice per battle, at max 1 usage every two turns*
The wires follow the element's and rank's weaknesses and strengths

Description: The user sends earth chakra into the area around and under the opponent. Once done so, the user performs the Tiger - Bear handseals and manipulates the earth to give creation to small fist sized frogs to rise from a 2 meter radius around the opponent, using the opponent as the epicenter. These frogs instantly start jumping at the target from every angle around them, attaching to there body one after another. The user can create from 1 to several frogs around the opponent at will. The user is able to perform 1 last handseal (tiger) and cause the earth frog(s) to expand in size, up to a standard adult heigh, covering the target in a thick layer of earth, wich decreases their movements by a lot, and possibly blocks their vision and/or ability to breath, depending on where the frogs attach and expand. However, if the user expands more than 2 frogs, they will only expand up to 3 times their size. They can also be used as a defensive medium by creating 1 or more infront (around) of the user and expanding their size, defending against other techniques or weapons within reason or to be used as simple distractions aswell. Not only are they used for offensive and defensive purposes, but if wanted, the user may create 1 frog to rise on the field in order to keep an eye on the field/opponent and since it's connected to the creator via chakra, it's able to alert the user of what's happening on the field. In short, is able to be used as a scout, however, when used for this purpose, only 1 frog maybe be created. Also, the scout frog is the only one capable of reaching long ranges, the offensive side can reach short and mid ranges, and the defensive one only up to short range, since it's used as a defense.

Description: This jutsu can only be done if a swamp is present on the field. the user will do 2 handseals and slam one of his hands on the ground sending their chakra into a nearby swamp. A human/demon like figure will then emerge from the swamp and can be controlled Via the user. Being 2 meters tall, the creature is only able to move on the swamp, or under the swamp. The demon is similar to a clone and can perform earth techniquse up to C rank, but all physical hits phase right through him and simply get dragged down into the swamp. The power of this creature has enough force to break bones.
Note: Can only be summoned on a swamp.
Note: Cant use any Earth Jutsus Above A rank while the demon is on the field.

Description: The user will take out his sword and run his fingers down the sword channeling chakra into it. The user will then swing the sword towards the enemy causing a blue slash thats visible. As the slash reaches the atmosphere 5 mini small demon like creatures made out of raw chakra with shape manipulation launch out of the slash as if the slash was a portal for the demons, and launch towards the opponent. These mini demon creatures does not attack physically but attack the chakra. The demon creature will launch through the opponents body taking out a piece of their chakra along with it. This will cause the opponents body to not be able to produce S rank or above Jutsu in their next turn if landed succesfully. If anybody is within contact of the blue slash, it will cause major damage strong enough to slice through even C rank and below Earth.

Note: Cant use No Ninjutsu for the next 2 turns

Regarding himself as a knight, he spends the majority of his time wearing this armor which has developed his strength substantially. He has no trouble moving around with it regularly but cannot fly while wearing it. The armor contains chakra, allowing it to withstand damage from an A-rank attack before being destroyed. Kishida is able to disassemble his armor and levitate it through the air to form protective barriers up to mid range from himself. He can also mold the metal plates together after levitating them to create a large lance used to attack with the strength of an A-rank jutsu. With his fire affinity, he may imbue the metal with fire chakra which can increase the power of the lance to S-rank and allow the armor to endure an S-rank attack unless it is of the water element. Anything that gets within a few feet of the metal is burned by the flames on it and flammable materials like wood or dry earth are turned to ash almost immediately. While wearing the armor, the flames are on the outer part of it, preventing Kishida from harming himself. Once a battle, Kishida may summon another set of armor from a scroll he produces from his mouth.

Needs a usage limit to all of the abilities, remove the colored, make the barrier extend up to Short range not Mid, and when you say barrier, do you mean a 360 meters defense? if so then i don't approved 360 degrees defenses or omni directional techniques anymore, add that after enduring the S-rank attack it's destroyed, when adding the fire chakra to it, and can he use any Fire techniques?

Abilities:
-The blade acts as a medium for all genjutsu techs used by the user, much like uchiha use their eyes as a medium for genjutsu. The target however, must have made eye contact with the sword in order for this to work.
-It gives a very small boost to kenjuts as it is very sharp and highly durable
-It rejects foreign chakra that tries to enter the weilders body

The barrier protects from the attack keeping it away from the target, gathers the energy in one area, then it momentarily absorbs the energy from the attack and then forces the attack outward away from the shield in effect, dispersing the attack altogether. The ability of the blade is to act as a medium for the use of A Generic genjutsu. This can be used on multiple people at once. Once the opponent looks at the sword, the user can hallucinate all sorts of things such as field of flowers seem to be a swamp, or a fly seem like a dragon.

~Declined~ The core of the genjutsu is very similar to a CJ of Ushiro's i think, has the same thing of chains binding the opponent and a bird coming to feast on their body, i don't like the idea of mixing a ninjutsu technique with a genjutsu one, but the problem i have is how exactly is this flaming vulture released? the clouds can't release fire nor can the sky, Fire doesn't materialize like Water does from the thin air, make it only usable once.

The force of the blast is enough to send the user out of the water or deeper into it depending on the body of water and the angle at which the technique is used. The speed of this technique gives it incredible piercing power. The sound waves and water continue to spread out further as it travels, a small vortex with a 3 meter diameter.

~Declined~ Nice one, but one thing i don't agree with, which is the power blowing you into the water or out of it due to the force of the blast, this needs a medium to blow against, like a solid earth or water, or if you release a continuous stream of pressurized sound waves, tell you what, you can add the release out of the water or into it as a separate usage of the technique, like i said a continuous stream of sound waves that's close to you, because when you use it to move you it can't continue as a projectile but blows in the reversed direction, you can't use both the redirection and projectile attack with the same usage, and both would require using the technique twice.
