Your points are true but the reason why I think Luffy is not going to pull large scale attacks is his battle against Noah. He was desperate about destroying it so if he has attacks with more DC and larger scale then I am sure he's have used them back then. And if he really has much stronger attacks and didn't use them to destroy Noah then it would be bad writing on Oda's part.This chapter gave me an impression that Zoro would have destroyed it much easier than Luffy. May be Luffy's haki will evolve during his battle Joker.

The difference b/w Sanji and Wb is that Wb displayed signs of being effected by his wounds where as Sanji didn't. A stab through your chest is a far better wound than those lame wounds Sanji's body received from Ceaser. No not really, I for one believe that zoro is really close to luffy, when I say i mean almost equal so yeah its not about being biased.And the fact that namI was inside his body alone lowers sanji's overall durability and physical strength, which is why when law shambeld them back ussop mentioned how Nobel was it for sanji to say"I'm glad it was my body that got damaged" so yeah.

Zoro is close to Luffy where as Sanji is not close to Zoro from what we have seen so far. Nami being inside Sanji won't decrease his bodies durability but she can't use additional assistances such as haki to provide better defence to his body. No matter how many times you repeat it, it's not going to change anything until you show me a scan where Sanji struggled to a degree where it can effect his battle.

When Vergo cracked his leg Sanji didn't complained about him getting weak because of damage Nami took from Ceaser. He said Vergo is strong which proves that his leg was broken because Vergo is strong not because Sanji is a weak state. Regardless, Sanji can't hope to beat Vergo even if he was in a better shape. Vergo effortlessly cracked Sanji's leg, you wouldn't get beaten by someone weaker than you that easily even if you are in a weak state.

I am definitely not one of those guys who rides on feats to decide power levels. I take feats, hype as well as portrayal into consideration while deciding power levels. From what we have seen so far Sanj is on par with Smoker and below Vergo where as Zoro is on par with Law and Luffy. They belong to two different levels.
