A month or two ago Zoro was one of my favourite characters but then the Zoro fans got way too carried away with making threads like this and saying how he could beat Doflamingo. It ruined the character for me and this thread doesn't help that what so ever, it's just adding to the damage.
Maybe if he wasn't so overrated in the first place people could give him a chance, but people doing stuff like this doesn't help at all, you don't seem to understand it makes people dislike the character even more.

He is too awesome to be hated, he is awesome for me he is just slightly weaker then luffy and if they ever got to fight then Luffy would barely win with extreme diff, but there are ppl who underrate and those who overrate him, like when zoro send the flying slash against fujitora ppl were like: Zoro is now admiral level!
He can be pretty underrated but he can be hella overrated too, but then again stick to what the manga tells and ignore the wankers and haters.

It's very likely, he doesn't get a lot of development at the moment because Oda doesn't want to reveal much on Zoro until he reaches Wano. It's Law arcs at the moment. He is the most concerned and affiliated to Doflamingo. It's for that reason he gets more development at the moment
Yhh but youre only thinking of it from one perspective though maybe the reason the Zoro fans make threads like this is because they are tired of members constantly trying to make Zoro look bad and underrate him. I am trying to help the hate to stop thats why I am making this thread. Take that Zoro vs Ace and Sanji vs Ace thread for example...most people go as far to say Sanji mid diffs ace because he got Haki and In the Zoro thread people say Ace Low/Mid diffs Zoro so whose the one been overrated there? And no one says nothing about it they try to justify bullshit and then complain when people fanboy over Zoro Lol and Ignore it when Sanji gets overrated which he most certainly is.

Still a better character than Sanji...And wtf? no character development? His loyalty to Luffy develops every arc...but your mind blurs out Zoro's scenes in the manga so you wouldnt know
It's called weekly wank. It happens to every characters. I remember that during the chapter when Sanji assaulted Doflamingo, Sanji fans were going crazy as well, some were even saying Oda is implying he is above Zoro. Everytime someone do something amazing, it's kinda normal that the character will get a weekly wank, but generally it disappears with time(except some exceptions like aqeel)

Listen dipshit, this is exaclty your problem summed up in 3 sentences.
1) Zoro is not second in command, he was never officially appointed as a first mate by luffy, go look it up or show me evidence.
This point shows all the false claims and accusations which feed the false hype about these type of charachters by guys like you
2) Stupid jokes like zoro soloes your fav, or zoro for PK really arený making him any more popular around here.
3) Immediately you jump the gun and try to bug me by always reflecting it on Sanji.
This shows how immature you are, how you can't handle any criticism on a manga character, and how you feel the need to bring others down to make him look better.
4) As for Sanji character development. Sanji always sneaks off during arcs doing awesome stuff, on the sea train, opening gates of justice, destroying Crocodile's Casino, clashing with Big Mom. He is the smart secret agent type of guy who makes the arc more fun to read. Zoro is the 1 dimensional 'stupid' muscle who slices and dices and disappears until Oda needs him again. So don't you dare comparing those two.
It's funny and statisfying to see how you called the rest of the community butthurt, but you are the one who makes a thread about it, you are the one on the defence, and you are the one attacking other people's favorite character because you're a insecure little man.
Zoro is not the apex of One Piece, he is a marginal character, with decent power, and underwhelming development. That is my opinion. I gave my reasons why. Now I would like to see you try to actually post something which isn't pure bashing.

Ikr? and then on threads you'll see people saying sanji gets beat by (insert characters name) extremely high diff...Then a few days later you'll see someone make the same thread but with Zoro instead of sanji and everyone would be saying Zoro gets beat by that person mid to high diff...:| Lol and people say that Sanji is the one who's underrated

Your intentions may be good but they don't help the situation. They make it worse. This is what Zoro fans don't seem to understand. I know it's not right but it's the truth, it just makes people despise him more. If Zoro fans want to stop this hate then quit it with threads devoted to Zoro in any regard, and stop overrating him when it comes to him going against high level opponents (not saying you do, but I can name at least 4 people off the top of my head who are ridiculous when it comes to worship).
The Zoro and Sanji thing is ludicrous, obviously, everybody knows Sanji < Zoro. If somebody says Sanji > Ace but Zoro < Ace then just leave em man xD I agree with the Sanji being overrated part, but that's a separate issue all together.

No one hates Zoro I just hate his little fanboys who overestimate him by beating weak fodder (Monet, Octopus guy) characters and then try to hype up his enemies and make them look stronger (Pica) to make him look stronger.
No one doubts Zoro is the second strongest in the crew that's not why people are hating on his character when fans overestimate him and say he low diffs characters like Sanji, Smoker and other same tier fighters as him that's when it gets annoying since you can't have an intellectual debate with these types of people and are just to easily wowed by one liners and a badass attitude and base a characters strength around that.
