Kiba doesnt need to "find" zabuza, he can just spin around the entire mist, he'll eventually hit him.

Ok fine screw the mist. Zabuza can still locate him with sound and he can cancel out that technique with his Giant Vortex Jutsu. He can also use Water Clones to confuse Kiba's sense of smell which could give Zabuza a great opportunity to land a direct powerful Suiton on him.

I think Kiba wins to be honest. He doesn't need to mark Zabuza to smell him.

I already made a counter in the thread that it doesn't matter if he could smell him or not.

Kiba is faster but I wouldn't say better reflexes. You think just because Kiba can smell out Zabuza he automatically loses. Zabuza's sense of sound is the best in history, he is the master of the Silent Kill. My argument to you is my first reply above.

Zabuza has little speed feats, too.

Zabuza blitzed Kakashi who had a 3 tomoe Sharingan which increases one's reflexes greatly, yet he was still caught by a Water Prison which requires 8 seals. This shows his great speed, his speed is average among the Akatsuki, all S rank ninja.

Ouch. ShaneEyyy with this one I think you should be a fanboy of someone else or you better defend him to win this match up.

Of course I'm defending him. Kiba isn't even Jounin level, he isn't that powerful. Zabuza with his large scale Suiton techs and his experience gives him this matchup in the long run.

It required the combined efforts of PTS Naruto and Sasuke in order to move Zabuza's arm, Kiba isn't winning this.

Kiba can find him, sure. But due to the nature of Kiba's attacks, Water is literally the worst attribute matchup. Zabuza's impressive Water techniques will at LEAST be enough to take out Akamaru, at which point Kiba is done- though I believe he can take both relatively easily.

That obviously doesn't include his enhanced speed; four legs technique [which doesn't just enhance speed, but also grants him with animal-like strength, reflexes, and instinct] as well as Gatsūga, and all it's variants. All of which far exceed that of Zabuzas speed. Secondly, Kibas reflexes are greater then Zabuzas for the simple fact that he is faster, as speed and reflexes go hand and hand and accommodate each other.

Now, Zabuza has no idea that Kiba can locate him within the mist with his sense of smell; and that will be his down fall. With that being said; Kibas superior speed should catch Zabuza off guard and deal an injuring blow to Zabuza with Gatsūga or Gatenga [

In the Manga, Zabuza does not swim within the vortex, he actually takes the full frontal attack from it and gets slammed into dozens of trees as the vortec increases its distance. Kiba is just not cutting through the technique, it's too damn big.

1. Takes him 18 seals to perform GVJ... that isn't much. Sasuke noted how Zabuza performed 42 hand seals for the WG in only a matter of seconds, so performing 18 is no problem. He even has the second highest skill in hand seals in the data book, being a 4/5, right behind Itachi's 5/5. He also blitzed Kakashi with a Water Prison that required 8 seals. Zabuza's seals are great and getting the vortex up in time is no problem.
