Who wins?

I say Zabuza. In order to smell out his opponents, Kiba needs to use Dynamic Marking to put a scent on the enemy to smell him out, right? In the mist, Kiba will have no idea where Zabuza is so I can't see him smelling him out. Even Kakashi's Ninja Hounds needed Kakashi's blood (Kiba's dog's piss in this case) on Zabuza's sword and his kunai. So I think that Kiba probably won't be finding him.

Even if Kiba could, Zabuza can still find him. Zabuza's large scale Suiton will counter his fang over fang attacks, and due to Zabuza having way more stamina and beating Kiba out in every aspect, I say Zabuza wins in the long run

Kiba doesnt need to "find" zabuza, he can just spin around the entire mist, he'll eventually hit him.

Difference is Kiba kept training whereas Zabuza was dead.

Kiba has 4.5 speed, Zabuza has four. Kiba's nose can track down Zabuza in the mist, Kiba's three headed wolf tech can mutilate Zabuza in a flash. He will track Zabuzan and hit him with his 'better than a dog's nose' However, Zabuza does have some monster water techs, which could uproot trees when he fought Kakashi. Have we all forgotten the size of the Water Dragon Technique? Let's not forget than Zabuza can also make clones to confuse Kiba's nose. It's a tough match up indeed. I would lean towards Zabuza since he has way more experience than Kiba and a host of large water techs. Kiba still has a very excellent chance but its all up in the air.
