Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique

It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

i bite my tougne to cancel the genjuts and i use fire repel
dis: The user Counters an elemental attack with one of equal force that stops it and sends it flying back to the opponent.Causes + 10 damage to the reflected attack.

Raiton:Ribon Tegotae no Jutsu (Lightning Release:Ribbon Effect jutsu)
dis: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will seperate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions. it shocks u and your clones

i use kai release to cancel the jutsu
then i use Amagasa no Jutsu)-Umbrella Technique
dis: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.
then i use Gouu no Jutsu)-Heavy Rain Skill
dis: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment
