At that moment in time Yusei seriously considered renouncing his right to use fan based wind ninjutsu, but then memory of a conversation he had sparked up. It was a conversation with a fellow uchiha member, shayde. Shayde had mentioned to Yusei he should get a gunbai and that it would be very useful to him. Although Yusei didn't really feel the need, as he called it "unnecessary" Shayde seemed to know he would regret it and gave Yusei a gunbai his own. Yusei remembered him mentioning that gunais were able to be substituted for fans, and thus thought that he would rather use a gunbai then a fan. So it was then that Yusei preformed a hand-seal and seemly teleported to his house and back in a matter of seconds, being the specialist of body flicker he was. now holding a gunbai that donned the crest of the uchiha. He was ready to get things over with.
Taking a firm grip of his gunbai, Yusei proceeded in swinging it swiftly. As he was doing so he was flowing his wind chakra into to the gunbai. The effect being once the gunbai was swung, a disk of compressed spinning winds was manifested appearing in a manner similar to that of the Demon wind-mill shuriken." Well yeah, not too advanced. The user focuses his chakra into the weapon and releases it in the form of a compacted disk, that is easily capable of ripping through the opponent. In terms of strengths, its pretty basic a Cranked wind technique able to cut through things easily. Great for an incoming attack like rat violent quake when split. Weaknesses some what limited in range, going only up to Mid. I'm not sure about the general size of the technique but I assume its around the same as a normal Demon windmill shuriken, if so that might hinder its ability to counter techs that envelop a large/wide area. A situation I would use this technique in a similar situation as I briefly mentioned for an incoming attack similar to rat violent quake meaning a counter for projectiles especially that of lightning nature. My general opinon on the technique and all techniques that require me to have a fan or gunbai, is not an opinon you want to know."
Looking at the field, it seemed Yusei had destroyed every single training dummy that jakai had set up. That being the case, Yusei created a clone of himself made of pure lightning that he had transform into jakai. Using the clone as a dummy, Yusei quickly struck the image of jakai with his gunbai sending him into the air as he proceeded to release a blast of wind towards him. Effectively dispersing the clone. " Eh I actually kinda like this one. The strenght I noticed immediately was the potential it had in cqc combat especially when fighting a kenjutsu user. One could use the technique to essentially counter a swing of their and overpower them sending them to the air to the larger size and mass of gunbai compared to most swords. Able to counter their move and build on it sending to the air then following up with a wind blast. A weakness would be, one obviously has to get to close range to preform the technique which may be detrimental depending on the users skill level and the opponent in regards to CQC. Aside from that their should be a small interval of time for the opponent to be able to pull off a technique while hit, for example hitting the opponent sending them to the air, one would easily be able to preform a full body surge technique like the earth technique that harden the skin to take the impact or use the time to initiate an attack before the release of the wind which can be done although difficult. I would use this exactly as described in regard to the ken counter, use it as a form of defense and offense as I block and overpower a ken swing send the opponent into the air and proceed to release the wind at them. Opinon, opinon, I like it, that doesn't mean I'll use much though."

A puff of smoke would appear and when it went away, there were several practice dummies that were scattered across the field.

So this is just another concussive wind blast with enough strength to send your target away airborne once hit. This can be released with a simple swing of your fan. A lot of these are generic, but at least they're easy.

As Jakai and Yusei were talking about... Nothing in particular, Shayde begrudgingly dragged his feet as he plodded along towards the training field. Upon his arrival, he noted the two standing around doing nothing, and decided it was time to change that. He calmly walked up behind Jakai and sent him packing, by weaving the Tiger Seal, then performing the 1000 Years of Death Technique as hard as he could.
As Jakai went packing, Shayde then turned to Yusei, his eyes full of dread, and spoke.
"We're going to have a fun time, right?!"
Without giving Yusei any time to speak, Shayde threw two scrolls at Yusei, containing the final Jutsu for C-Rank.
"Read those, then we'll get started. Once you're done, describe anything useful or unique about the technique's you're performing. And don't worry, if you mess up, you know I'll be sure and let you know."
As Yusei was reading through the scrolls, Shayde took his Gunbai off the holster on his back and held it, along with a Kunai, in his right hand. Once it looked like Yusei had finished reading the scrolls, Shayde tossed the Kunai he held his his hand up into the air, then as it descended, swung at it with his Gunbai as though it were a game of baseball, with Yusei's forehead symbolizing a "home run". Yusei would have to be quick if he wished to counter the, honestly flimsy, attack. Of course it wasn't meant to kill him, merely show him the benefits of being able to perform Hand Seal-less Jutsu via a Gunbai or similar weapon, like the folding fans found in the Land of Wind. After the Kunai was fired at Yusei, Shayde then gathered a large amount of Lightning Style Chakra within his fist, building it up, before shaping it into a hound, which he then fired at Yusei, having the Lightning Beast run straight for him.
While he was doing so, Shayde muttered under his breath...
"Okay, time to see if you're more than just talk, kid..."
In case it's unclear, I'll explain how your training with me will work. Basically you'll be provided with the Jutsu you are supposed to perform. It's up to you to explain these Jutsu by reading them, then performing them, countering various Jutsu and scenario's I invent for you. Once you're done, you explain the key points of each Jutsu, such as any advantages, disadvantages, ways you would counter it, etc. If you say something incorrect or incomplete, I'll let you know, and add my own opinion about the Jutsu if it's necessary. Basically it's RP Training + Battle Training + the required points from Template Training. Should be fun, don't you think?

So, yeah... This just turned into our new Fight, didn't it? A whole month and the only person to reply was your previous teacher. I can't have you as a student if I've been "teaching" you for a month, yet you haven't made a single reply, especially when I'm limited to a max of 5 students for the moment. You can reapply for training when you actually take either me, or your training seriously (Whichever one it is that's the problem), and don't just end up wasting my time.

- A simple technique, using a fan or gunbai whilst focusing their wind chakra. The user will be be able to release a gust of wind by swinging their gunbai or fan. The gust of wind is not particularly powerful but it is a nice defense for incoming shuriken, or can be used to augment techniques in some cases. Like the technique in which the user releases fire chakra into shuriken and throws them. This technique would not only augment the speed but power of the flames of the blazing shuriken.

- Another simple technique, the user releases a stream of wind from his mouth. This can be used in a wide array of scenarios from directing it at the ground to rise into the air. To using it as a simple attack to initiate the battle, using it to counter or destroy lightning techniques like that of the plasma ball. And being able to use it to change direction mid air like some other wind techniques.

My training can take multiple styles as I try to let my students choose how they would like to learn. The first method would involve myself posting the techniques and you would simply need to do a performance and analysis of the jutsu. If im happy with what you have provided we can continue onto the next set. From reading your descriptions so far they seem satisfactory, so this is likely the better method to use.
However if I am consistently unhappy with your reply we will switch to a template based training that outlines the techniques more clearly, though we could start with this method from the offset if you wish.
You also have the option of RP style training if you prefer, which is likely better suited to the first method. The choice is yours and then we can begin.

Draw your sword and begin to channel your chakra into it, build up a decent amount there. Once you have done so focus your chakra out of the sword as you swing it, use nature manipulation to change the chakra into wind and create a forceful gust that would push everything away from you.
This is a nice technique that can be an all around defense in close combat when needed. The fact that you need to have your sword drawn to use it is a bit of a drawback however, this tech also doesn't have any damage points so be careful when using this against offensive ninjutsu lest you make a mistake.
(Fūton: Shinkūjin) - Wind Release: Vacuum Blade
For this next technique build up your chakra in your mouth until you have a decent amount there. Then draw a weapon and expel your built up chakra onto it, as it leaves your mouth use nature manipulation to change the chakra into sharp wind and use shape manipulation to shape the wind on the weapon as you would like. For example you could turn a kunai into a sword of wind using this technique.
This is a cool technique with quite versatile applications, you can combo this with lots of different weapon related techniques and make it quite deadly. You can use this on all weapons to increase their range and lethality. But that is also a drawback since you cannot use this technique without a weapon.

- focusing chakra in the lungs the user releases wind from his mouth that later on takes the form of a twister sent to attack the target. Quite direct and simplistic, perhaps one could try to use it as fuel for certain fire techniques that feed off the wind and engulf them to grow also a nice simple counter to normal lightning techniques coming towards the user, dont see myself using it much tbh.

- Man why do people like wind? Anyways through channeling wind chakra through your blade and wing it you release an arc of wind that can easily stop incoming projectiles and I assume sharp enough to get the equivalent of a direct sword slash on the target, Meaning it can be useful if it were to land directly on the body even kill if aimed on something vital but when does that ever happen

- Same as before only now its not a slash of wind like the other technique. But rather a simple gust of wind capable of doing what gusts of wind do, knock things back, offer some blunt damage and perhaps fuel flames from behind. very simply techniques no need for much more.
