So there he was, mastered lightning and close to completing a few other elements. However there was one major setback which was his wind. Yusei despite having learned of the wind element had never really liked it, perhaps this was due to his general electrifying personality being the opposite of the calm and fluid wind element. Whatever it was, it had caused Yusei to give his wind training the least priority on his to do list. What had changed since then and now? Two things, one being he discovered that an advanced element he was researching and trying to create required the completion of wind. The other factor being his best-friend and rival Jakai had recently took on the role of senpaiship under an experienced sensei. This proved he had the necessary knowledge to teach, and Yusei needed someone to teach him wind so it was only natural that the two would team up once more.

Greeting Jakai, Yusei was quick to congratulate him but at the same time notify him that this didn't change anything.

"Congrats Kai, but don't get the wrong idea this doesn't change anything."

OOC: I would appreciate it if you didn't make me do the whole what is wind strengths and weaknesses since I already did it, and get to the techniques.

Just finishing a lunch, Jakai checked the time and headed out towards the training grounds. As he was walking, he looked towards the application in his hands and gave a small sigh while smiling. It wasn't a sigh of relief or sadness. It was supposed to show how Jakai thought the situation was a little humorous.

"This will definitely be fun." Jakai said as he checked his bag, making sure he had everything. He made his way to the training grounds and as usual, Yusei was nowhere to be seen. Jakai dropped his bag and rested his back on the ground. He crossed his arms behind his head as he stared up into the clear sky. The air was cool and their was a subtle breeze. The wind would brush the bristles of grass along the side of Jakai's body, waving back and forth.

As Jakai was resting, Yusei finally arrived and spoke. "Congrats Kai, but don't get the wrong idea. This doesn't change anything."

Jakai was too relaxed though, his eyes were closed and he was smiling. With his eyes still closed, he merely raised an open palm in the air as stayed on the ground. "Hey there Yuse. Been awhile." Jakai then took in a deep breath and exhaled, still smiling and laying on the grass. He then raised his legs to his torso and kicked back, jumping up and standing up right as he opened his eyes, revealing his Sharingan.

(Doujutsu: Sharingan) — Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye (Passively Active)

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Yusei thought to himself "I knew it, I knew he would act all superior, he's even asking me what chakra is like I don't know. Not only that but he's trying to make me jealous of his eyes when in reality I'm the one who taught him how to use them, kai really knows how to push my buttons." Looking towards Jakai, Yusei reluctantly agreed to answer his questions.

Chakra is the basis of ninjutsu and everything else can be called a subcategory. It is formed when the user mixes both their spiritual and physical energies together. By doing so, the user is capable of extraordinary things. Such as enhancing their physical attacks allowing them to run faster jump higher and more along those lines. Chakra can also be inserted onto the mind of an opponent to cause the opponent to experience illusion through the chakra affecting there senses, this use of chakra is called Genjutsu. Then there is basic ninjutsu, which entails the basic use of chakra mostly having to do with shape manipulation and numerous versatile abilities. In terms of basic ninjutsu that equates with shape manipulation look no further then the rasengan which is chakra in its purest form condensed and rotated at extreme speeds. For an example of a basic ninjutsu technique that has a special ability we can look at that of the Leech all Creation technique which gives the user the properties of what material they make contact with. Now onto the advanced from of chakra manipulation in which the user gives the chakra an elemental nature such as that of Lightning, Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. This is done by the way the user produces/controls their chakra. Such as vibrating the chakra at extreme levels making it lightning natured or superheating it making it fire natured, this of course can be advanced even further through the combination of basic elements to create custom advanced elements but I don't see why I would need to tell you that so I'll leave the topic of chakra off here.

Now about what this training was supposed to be about ... The Wind element. Wind is an element that symbolizes complete freedom and calamity. Strengths and weaknesses lets see. In terms of winds Strengths its strong to lightning because it insulates it this and its strong to anything like dust or sand that can be blown away. Its weak however to fire because the flames feed off the air and its neutral to earth and water. Something to note is Wind can either benefit a jutsu or weaken it based on what direction the wind is fired at if fired behind the jutsu it only ads on to its momentum which increases its power if fired head on it weaken the jutsu by clashing. hmm how do I feel about wind? I'm indifferent towards it mostly because of my electrifying personality.

As Yusei was finishing his schpeel, Jakai simply yawned and covered his mouth. Right right... Here, I'm gonna need you to look over these too. Jakai then took out two scrolls and tossed them to Yusei. The first one was labeled "Chakra | チャクラ" and the second was labeled "Wind Release | 風遁". Within the contents of the scroll were a thorough description of each. "We'll move on after you've read these.

Chakra | チャクラ
Overview

Chakra is the fundamental form of energy that all individuals possess which allow them to perform supernatural feats. Overtime, it has grown to become a necessary component of living. If one were to run out of chakra, they would subsequently lose their life. Chakra is unique to the individual, with each person known to have their own "color" of chakra. Sensors or Dojutsu users are able to see this "color" and recognize specific traits, such as the clan of the person. Chakra moves through humans in similar manner to other biological systems, with it's own network known as the "Chakra Pathway System". This network has chakra move through it, passing through Tenkentsu, or nodes where chakra can be released from. Shinobi have learned to release chakra outside of their bodies this way to perform jutsus.

Chakra is combination of physical and spiritual energies. Physical Energy (身体エネルギー | Shintai Enerugī) is collected from each and every one of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual Energy (精神エネルギー | Seishin Enerugī) is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. The more powerful each of these energies become, the more powerful chakra that will be created. As such, training both physically and mentally are necessary to improve the quality of chakra produced.​

Chakra Control

Besides the quality of chakra, chakra control is another important factor in the overall quality of a technique. With poor chakra control, a shinobi may utilize too much chakra and tire faster or utilize too little chakra and ineffectively perform a technique. Hand seals are often used to manipulate chakra more easily, allowing shinobi to execute their techniques faster and more effectively. Shinobi who are extremely skilled at chakra control often specialise in genjutsu or become medical-nin.

Regarding Ninjutsu specifically, two methods of chakra control are utilized. These methods are Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. The first involves manipulating the form, movement, and potency of chakra. The second involves manipulating the properties of chakra to mimic an element. Yin-Yang Nature Transformation is unique in that it changes the ratio of spiritual and physical energies within chakra.​

Types of Chakra

Several variations of chakra exist. Besides each individual possessing a unique chakra, chakra can be categorized into a specific set of groups.

Raw Chakra
Raw Chakra is the natural chakra one posses and expels from their body. Comparatively, Raw Chakra is weaker than Elemental Chakra, Senjutsu Chakra, and Bijuu Chakra. However, when advanced Shape Transformation is applied to Raw Chakra, certain techniques can stand up to previously mentioned list. Examples of these include Rasegan or the Hyuga's Rotation technique.

Elemental Chakra
Elemental Chakra is the result of applying Nature Transformation to chakra (whether it be Raw, Senjutsu, or Bijuu). There are 5 Basic Elemental Natures — Fire | Wind | Lightning | Earth | Water — and each one possesses it's own characteristics. Elemental Chakra Natures can be combined to create completely new elements, though this ability is limited to KG users. Elemental Chakra is naturally stronger than it's Raw Chakra counterpart.

Senjutsu Chakra
Senjutsu Chakra is the result of adding Natural Energy (自然エネルギー, Shizen Enerugī) within the mix of Physical and Spiritual Energy. Whereas Physical and Spiritual Energy is dependent on the user to increase chakra, Natural Energy is dependent on the nature surrounding the user. When properly added into the mix, it increases the power of the user's chakra tremendously. Summoning Animals seem to posses knowledge of Senjutsu Chakra due to their connection with nature.

Bijuu Chakra
Bijuu Chakra are unique to the Bijuu, or Tailed Beasts. Their chakra is much more dense and powerful. Jinchuurikis are able to utilize the chakra of their Tailed Beast while in any of their respective Tailed Beast modes.​
Wind Release | 風遁
Overview

Wind Release is the result of using Nature Transformation within a jutsu to perform various wind-based techniques. Wind is one of the 5 Basic Nature Transformations and it is made by making one's chakra as sharp and thin as possible. This generates wind which allows for techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. It is usually performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced through this method as well. When infused into weapons and tools, it increases the sharpness of said weapon.​

Strengths

Wind Release is strong against Lightning Release. Lightning Release is unable to flow through Wind since the air is a natural insulator, weakening Lightning. In addition to the Basic 5 Natures, Wind Release is also strong against several advance elements. It is strong against Storm, Boil, Steam, and Sound Release. Wind Release is also powerful against the Bugs utilized by the Aburame Clan, the Dead Bone Pulse techniques utilized by the Kaguya Clan, and Paper Ninjutsu.​

Weaknesses

Wind Release is weak against Wind Release. Lightning Release is unable to flow through Wind since the air is a natural insulator, weakening Lightning. In addition to the Basic 5 Natures, Lightning is also weak against several advance elements. It is weak against Ice, Dark (Both the Absorption and Release Forms), Blast and Dust Release.​

Combinations

Bloodline Limit
Wind can be combined to form a few different Kekkei Genkai or Kekkei Tota. It can be combined with fire to create Scorch Release, with water to create Ice Release, and with Fire and Earth to create Dust Release. It is believed that Lightning and Wind natures can produce Swift Release.

Advanced Elements
Sound Release is an advanced element that requires Lightning and Wind natures to be used. Rain Release is an advanced element that requires Water and Wind natures to be used.

Interaction with Basic 5
Fire - Wind can assist in superheating and expanding Fire Release techniques, increasing the power.
Lightning - Wind would act as an insulator, only weakening the overall power of lightning.
Earth - Wind can assist in sending earth and dust towards a target. It also can assist in breaking down the earth.
Water - Wind can be added to Water to give it a stronger concussive force.​

I hate you

Yusei catches the scrolls and gives them quick look over and realizes how many words there were. Not wanting to read them all he focused some chakra into the scrolls and superheated them until they caught on fire and burned to ashes. "What's next"

After seeing Yusei burn the scrolls, Jakai simply gave an emotionless face. "Well, it's good to see that you know how to use Fire Release. But this is Wind Release training, so refrain from using any other elements. Jakai then took out an additional scroll and handed it to Yusei. "Don't burn this one, kay? This is the first set of techniques for Wind Release. These techniques are pretty generic and simple, so I'm not going to ask much from these. Here's what I want you to do now though. I want you to use the generic Wind Release Technique on the target I'll set up. It is the most basic Wind Release technique, so it's the place to start. After performing it on the target, you're going to tell me any strengths and weaknesses to it. And tell me how you like the technique in general.

Jakai then took out a scroll and placed it on the ground. He opened it up and then proceeded to slam his hand on the seal placed inside. A puff of smoke would appear and when it went away, there were several practice dummies that were scattered across the field.

Yusei once again catches the thrown scroll, and read it this time being sure to thoroughly read it and grasp the information. Having done so Yusei proceeds to actually preforming the technique. Gathering chakra in his right arm then swinging it causing several gusts of wind to take form and hit the dummy. He then preformed the technique once more but this time as a streaming tech, in which he focused his chakra and releases a stream of wind from his mouth towards the dummy. Feeling it was an easy technique to both use and understand Yusei began to discuss possible strength and weaknesses he believed the jutsu to have. "Being such a basic technique the user is able to preform it without the need for hand-seals which is a benefit given the little time required to pull it off. That coupled with the fact that it can be either a projectile attack releasing gusts or a technique capable of streaming wind adds to its versatility able to be used in numerous situations. Despite its versatility in use however the effect remains the same a weak wind technique making it limited in what it can blow back and harm. How I feel about the technique is it can be used in different situations with numerous uses but is to be used strategically due to its minimal power."

Hmph "great job, this will be a breeze" implying it could have been otherwise Yusei said. "Finally we can make some progress, this is going to be done in a flash" a joke of sorts as jakai had remarked it would be a breeze to show how their opposing natures and to make a pun of his own. Looking over the scroll once more Yusei began to reread the list one technique at a time. After memorizing each individual technique Yusei closed it and with a firm grip of the scroll through it high up into the sky.

Yusei then quickly released a gust of wind from his arm that carried sand and dust towards the scroll as well as getting it even higher into the sky. As the filthy scroll begins to descend Yusei once again focuses chakra to create wind only this time adding the aspect of shape manipulation causing the wind to take the form of a spinning wall of sharp rotating winds which he sends towards the descending scroll. Upon contact with the spinning wall of wind the scroll gets ripped to shreds with the wind also blowing the shreds of the scroll away. Having preformed the first 2 techniques Yusei pauses to give a quick analysis on them both.

"The Dust Wind technique does just as the name suggests it causes winds to manifest that pick up sediments such as sand and dust grains that both fly towards the opponent in an attempt to blind him as well as causing sand to to accumulate on trees and other things of that nature causing the opponent to be unable to get a good footing on them. Its only strength is that it can be used to blind the opponent its weaknesses is that its purely supplementary being unable to cause actual harm to the opponent aside from temporary blindness nor can it defend the user. This jutsu is best used in a sandy terrain as it will have more sediments to pick up. My opinion on the jutsu is I don't like it and will probably never really use it unless the opponent is considerably weak. As for the other technique, Rumbling wind wall is a nice one. It is a basic but useful jutsu in which the user manipulates wind to become a spinning wall. Its strengths include being able to blow anyway/counter basic weapon such as kunai and shuriken and ect as well as being able to cause some minimal shredding damage to the opponent due to the sharpness of the rotating winds. Weaknesses however can also categorize the sharpness of the wind with them this is due to the sharpness being able to harm the user if within short range as well as being able to activate things it makes contact with like an exploding tag or smoke bomb. My opinion on the technique is that its a basic technique with few nice applications."

Having Explained the first two jutsu Yusei proceeded to preform the final two D-rank techniques.

Yusei starts by focusing a small amount of chakra in his legs and feet to enhance his leaping ability, he then takes a large leap off the ground. Now being suspended in the air Yusei blows a small but precise stream of wind that aids him in changing his direction to that of the right side of jakai. Yusei having changed his direction successfully focuses his chakra yet again as he is falling down, having landed and focused the needed amount of chakra Yusei releases it in the form of pf a large stream of wind that picks up some nearby rocks and head towards one of the dummies effectively hitting it and lifting the dummy up into the sky. Wanting to show his skills of Yusei takes three kunai out and throws them with great accuracy hitting the dummy and nailing it into the trunk of a large tree. Yusei then gives the needed analysis to Jakai.

"A nice set of techniques. The wind stream techniques strength relies on its effect to move the user in mid-air helping him avoid the opponent or attacks flung at him. The obvious weak point is its a specific jutsu meant for mid-air and it requires the user to already be in mid-air making that a disadvantage. My view on the technique is its a specific technique but useful in the right situation. As for the other technique its strength is that when countering the technique the opponent has to account for the fact that the actual harm comes from the rocks not the wind so its more of a blunt jutsu then an ordinary slicing jutsu in which wind is associated with making it unique. Weaknesses include being terrain specific as not all terrains will have rocks as well as the amount and size of rocks being a possible factor to account for when taking note of damage the opponent would receive. It's an ok technique unique and direct but limited to terrain."

Jakai stood by as he watched Yusei perform the techniques and give off his explanations. Immediately after Yusei began, Jakai gave a relatively calm look. Yusei would throw the scroll up in the air, and Jakai followed the scroll with his eyes, raising his head to the sky, fixating on it. Yusei had easily performed the first two techniques and had begun to explain them well. As he moved onto the next techniques, Jakai began rummaging through his bag for the next scroll to take out. As he was looking for it, Jakai glanced towards Yusei, seeing how he was in the air and blowing outwards to move in mid-air. By the time he got the scroll, Yusei was already performing the last technique, sending rocks towards the dummy using the wind. Unexpectedly, Yusei then decided to take out 3 kunai and throw them at the dummy.

"Alright, nice job. Congrats on finishing D-Rank Wind Release. Let's move on. I'm gonna hold onto the scrolls from now on though. I don't want you ruining anymore of them. Jakai said as he held the next scrolled labeled "C-Rank Wind Release". Inside the scroll was the list of all the C-Rank Wind Release techniques. Jakai opened it up and read the first few.

He held up his hand and raised 1 finger. "Wind Release: Gale Palm is a technique that creates a small, but powerful gust of wind after clapping one's hands together. The gust is strong enough to knock down someone on it's own, but when combined with speeding projectiles, it only increases their velocity, making them more fatal. Go try using the technique by itself on that dummy over there. Then try the technique again with a kunai."

Jakai then raised another finger, holding up two fingers now. "Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken is a technique that allows a user to spin their weapons using wind chakra. They can affect several weapons at once, increasing their overall power. Again, go try it out over on any of the dummies."

Jakai then raised a third and final finger. "Wind Release: Great Break Through is that last tech I want you to try right now. Basically, you use your wind chakra to generate a heavy wind current all throughout your line of sight. The force of the current should be fairly strong, enough to at least take down a tree and send a target flying back a little bit."

Jakai then nodded towards Yusei. "Go ahead whenever."

I'm pretty tired today, so this wont be as good as my last post.

Yusei smirked at the sight of Jakai protecting his teaching scrolls. It was only natural he would try to preserve them for the many students to come, but that didn't matter in the slightest to Yusei. He just found it funny, like that kid who doesn't let you borrow his pencils in class because he knows you will end up breaking them, Yusei was all to accustomed to "that" guy. In fact it was that guy that caused Yusei to use pen on his math test. Man, Yusei hated that guy. Pretty much zoning out as he reminisced of 6th period Algebra 2, Yusei missed Jakai's introduction telling what tech he would be learning. Luckily Jakai began going over each jutsu giving a brief over view of the techniques. Finishing his lecture Jakai nodded to Yusei signaling him to begin.

Yusei as instructed began by focusing wind chakra as he clapped his hands together. In doing so Yusei caused the wind to compress into a "powerful gale" directed towards jakai .. I mean the dummy not there is much of a difference. Upon making contact with the dummy the gust of wind easily knocked it over blowing a bit farther away. Next to it lied another dummy for the second use of the jutsu. This time however Yusei threw a barrage of kunai towards the dummy first then quickly clapped his hands while focusing his chakra to cause the gust of wind to to enhance the velocity. Causing the kunai to pierce the dummy and continue on wards until getting stuck in the trunk of a tree. " Nothing much to say, basic technique. Reminds me of the earth tremor technique in how and when I would use it. Im guessing I could extend the gale palm towards the ground in order to get me air borne right? if so roughly how High up would I get?

(I dont remember weather you said this was a streaming tech or not but Im gonna go on the assumption that is it, correct me if Im wrong). Yuse takes out two kunai, unique in the sense that they were actually made of pure gold. Actually they weren't he just spray painted them gold because he thought they looked cool. Upon taking the kunai out Yusei infused his wind chakra into the weapons as he threw them maintaining control over them while at the same time causing them to spin wildly towards the dummy ripping it to shreads. " This technique almost seems like a wind variant to Lightning Levitating Blades, I like it seems useful, it actually gives me an idea for a custom technique, but it would need to be at least a B or A rank wink, wink."

Yusei proceeds in preforming the final technique. Doing some hand seals as he focuses his chakra to manipulate the wind around him in order to manifest a heavy wind current towards the final dummy picking it up sending it a flying a short distance away. (No ripping or shredding in the description so I assume its just a blunt current of wind pushing them back"). " This just seems like heavier version of gale palm minus the weapon part. Essentially focusing on the whole blunt push back aspect. Nice technique for the most part I like it."

Next tech has the user first perform the Ram hand seal before releasing a gust of wind that forms several small tornadoes within short range of the user. This technique can be combined with a certain fire technique in order to create large flaming hurricane on the battlefield.

Lastly, you'll just need to perform 3 handseals to create and release a vortex of wind towards the target in order to inflict slashing damage. This jutsu can be combined with an earth and fire technique in order to create a furnace like construct with the target in its midst.

Yusei remarked at what he thought was a contradiction, " a Vacuum that blows things away, who names this stuff"? Regardless as to what or why he felt the need to make the remark, it was just yusei being yusei. As he focused chakra within his lungs and exhaled a sphere of air at the designated training dummy. Upon making contact the sphere easily blew back the dummy as it did also some small object around it such as logs and a few rocks. " Why am I required to asses these techniques, any four year old could tell you what this technique does by looking at it. All it does is blow things back. I guess despite being that simple it is still somewhat useful against a primary lightning user. I also see some potential for strategy with this tech, such as throwing a few paper bombs as you exhale the sphere pushing the paper bombs back with the target."

"I like the sound of this tech "Divine" why is it I relate so closely to that word, who knows?" Yusei then once again focuses his futon chakra as he preforms the ram hand-seal. In doing so Yusei releases a gust of wind by swinging his arms that he further manipulates to take on the form of several tornadoes of wind short range in-front of him. Which he disperses after showcasing it to jakai. "I dont like the technique honestly despite you mentioning the whole able to engulf it in fire with a specific technique thing the real turn off for me is its lack of range. Being a Mid-Long range fighter. I just dont see myself using this technique or very rarely at that. Though it could possible equate to a fast defense for an opponent rushing towards you, so maybe if the situation calls for it, I could indeed find a use."

"So basically a suped up version of the last tech where we make a single vortex rather then several tornadoes." Yusei preforms the 3 hand seals as instructed by jakai and releases a vortex of wind larger in size then the several shown before that he directs mid range away from him towards yet another practice dummy. Upon contact with the dummy the vortex greets the inanimate object with a introduction of rapid slashes that rip the dummy to shreds." I like this technique more then the previous one its range as I mentioned was a big factor in my initial dislike, aside from the increased range I like that this technique makes one vortex keep all the power and size to one making it both bigger and stronger the individual tornadoes last see. Mind giving me a quick rundown as to the level of slashing damage each rank of wind can do, for me to get a better picture in my head."

By freely manipulating the gale brought forth by her Giant Folding Fan, the many air currents collide and create vacuum pockets which she can manipulate to create sharp or blunt winds. The person enveloped by this gale is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body or pushed back with great strength. Also, the strong wind power will blow away all incoming projectile weapons and will even make the opponent unable to stay on their feet. Temari has also shown the ability to manipulate the form of the gale, creating a tornado to envelop and lift her opponent, while also cutting them several times. After Yusei would finish with the other techniques, Jakai would then focus his chakra and inhale deeply. He then gushes out a stream of wind towards Yusei, intending for him to counter with the first technique.

Yusei starts off by preforming the second technique mentioned. preforming 3 hand-seals, Yusei creates a cyclone of sharp winds and petals that he directs towards the training dummy in the distance. Upon making contact with just as one would expect the sharp winds and petals begin to rapidly rip through the dummy."You were kidding about it being straight forward, you know what isnt straight forward lightning. Like, it can do anything. You ever watch that movie where they used lightning to bring that monster to life, that pretty much proves that lightning equates to life. How many times has wind brought something to live or given someone superpowers ... never. ( this doesnt really need an analysis imo.)

After completing his utterly pointless argument, Yusei begins preforming the third technique mentioned. Focusing his chakra as he swings both his arms to produce a rather large wave of wind.He release it towards the target which both rips and blows it back. "Im sorry this technique is just to difficult to asses or put into simple terms. This is the epitome of an advanced jutsu, I mean how can one just release a wave of wind at somone? I think this might be a bit too advanced for my current level" He said with a sarcastic yet seemingly serious tone, he didn't go to acting classes for nothing.

Finishing up the last jutsu Yusei took note of jakai releasing a stream of wind towards him. Prompting him to preform the first technique he learned in the heat of battle. As he quickly release an extremely sharp blade of wind that cuts through jakais stream on impact. "Favorite wind technique thus far"

So you'll start by holding your sword and swing it towards a target while releasing wind chakra through it. This will create a whirlwind of sharp winds that will cut up the target it hits. As far as this jutsu goes, visually think of it as a blast of rotating sharp winds released from your sword.

For this technique, you'll need to swing your fan towards the target as you release your wind chakra through it, creating a spinning disk of compressed wind that resembles a demon shuriken. This tech can easily cut through its target.

This jutsu is a combo of fan mele and wind release in one. Once in close range to a target, you'll strike them with their fan before releasing a blast of wind that delivers a concussive blow, pushing them away from your location.

So to reiterate. Perform the jutsus, analyze them with appropriate strengths and weaknesses. I'd appreciate if you also stated possible counters and/or situations in which you could use the tech. Hell, it'd be great if you even gave your opinion on the techs like you have for some of them."

Yusei's face was clearly annoyed at such a request, did he really expect him to be in possession of a giant fan, the audacity, the ignorance, the Jakai. It was all to much. "Im just gonna preform that first tech and we'll see how things go from there".

Yusei swiftly takes out his sword, infusing his wind chakra into it as he does so. Taking a quick but heavy swing of his blade he releases the wind chakra in the form of a whirlwind of sharp rotating winds. That makes contact with the training dummy and effectively rips it to shreds." Yet another simple technique but I will entertain you with possible strength and weakness associated with it. An ideal strength of the technique is the potential transition ability in battle. Allowing the user to go from a CQC kenjutsu oriented style of fighting to seemingly take a few steps backs and releasing the whirlwind towards the opponent, though that would require some skill in timing to pull off correctly. Another strength I feel could be mentioned is its deceiving quality, If Im mid range and I pull out a sword that could indicate I plan to to take the battle to short range and rush at you while in reality im really going to send sharp winds at you. A weakness of the technique is one it requires a sword but thats just stating the obvious really, so a real weakness I feel would be the fact that the technique woud be hard to pull off in short range. Being that the user needs to pull of a clean swing the opponent if within range is easily able of countering strikes by the sword disabling the user from pulling off that one swing as hes channeling chakra. So there is somewhat a level of difficulty imo in regards to using it in short range. A counter to the technique is rather simple when you realize the true effect of it. Once the blast of win is released you can easily evade it or counter it with a jutsu of your own, specifically fire due to the natural advantage it holds. A situation hmmm, well what if your home and your sitting on the couch right and theres a bag of Red Hot flavored Utz potato chips on the dining room table. You're too tried to get up but you have your sword beside you, all you would have to do is preform the technique and it would rip the bag to shreds .... you know what bad example umm I thin i covered this with the first strength I mentioned being the transition of ranges in battle going from short range to long range. My opinon is this technique is only worth something if you yell out getsuga tensho as you preform it.

OOC- Not really this training would be a lot more in depth if I actually liked wind z.z BTW you like the changes I made to my ava All I did was tint it in a white color then get tone really light and it went with my premy bar amazingly I also tinted his eye a red color rather then purple

At that moment in time Yusei seriously considered renouncing his right to use fan based wind ninjutsu, but then memory of a conversation he had sparked up. It was a conversation with a fellow uchiha member, shayde. Shayde had mentioned to Yusei he should get a gunbai and that it would be very useful to him. Although Yusei didn't really feel the need, as he called it "unnecessary" Shayde seemed to know he would regret it and gave Yusei a gunbai his own. Yusei remembered him mentioning that gunais were able to be substituted for fans, and thus thought that he would rather use a gunbai then a fan. So it was then that Yusei preformed a hand-seal and seemly teleported to his house and back in a matter of seconds, being the specialist of space/time techniques he was. now holding a gunbai that donned the crest of the uchiha. He was ready to get things over with.

Taking a firm grip of his gunbai, Yusei proceeded in swinging it swiftly. As he was doing so he was flowing his wind chakra into to the gunbai. The effect being once the gunbai was swung, a disk of compressed spinning winds was manifested appearing in a manner similar to that of the Demon wind-mill shuriken." Well yeah, not too advanced. The user focuses his chakra into the weapon and releases it in the form of a compacted disk, that is easily capable of ripping through the opponent. In terms of strengths, its pretty basic a Cranked wind technique able to cut through things easily. Great for an incoming attack like rat violent quake when split. Weaknesses some what limited in range, going only up to Mid. I'm not sure about the general size of the technique but I assume its around the same as a normal Demon windmill shuriken, if so that might hinder its ability to counter techs that envelop a large/wide area. A situation I would use this technique in a similar situation as I briefly mentioned for an incoming attack similar to rat violent quake meaning a counter for projectiles especially that of lightning nature. My general opinon on the technique and all techniques that require me to have a fan or gunbai, is not an opinon you want to know."

Looking at the field, it seemed Yusei had destroyed every single training dummy that jakai had set up. That being the case, Yusei created a clone of himself made of pure lightning that he had transform into jakai. Using the clone as a dummy, Yusei quickly struck the image of jakai with his gunbai sending him into the air as he proceeded to release a blast of wind towards him. Effectively dispersing the clone. " Eh I actually kinda like this one. The strenght I noticed immediately was the potential it had in cqc combat especially when fighting a kenjutsu user. One could use the technique to essentially counter a swing of their and overpower them sending them to the air to the larger size and mass of gunbai compared to most swords. Able to counter their move and build on it sending to the air then following up with a wind blast. A weakness would be, one obviously has to get to close range to preform the technique which may be detrimental depending on the users skill level and the opponent in regards to CQC. Aside from that their should be a small interval of time for the opponent to be able to pull off a technique while hit, for example hitting the opponent sending them to the air, one would easily be able to preform a full body surge technique like the earth technique that harden the skin to take the impact or use the time to initiate an attack before the release of the wind which can be done although difficult.
