i have a question guys... if obito or kakashi targets itachi with kamui while itachi is guarding with yata mirror would the yata mirror then morph into a space/time shield? because according to the [ ], yata mirror changes it's properties in accordance with the attacks attributes. so by this, yata mirror can indeed guard against attacks that distort even space/time.

No, It guards itself and its wielder against any attack, but Kamui is not an attack.

This ^^^^^
How can you adapt to Kamui properties really doesn't make sense.

Kamui by its physics would be a spiritual attack..... and Yata mirror is a spiritual shield, considering it changes based on the attack incoming, it should.

No, Kamui is teleportation. This is what people do not get. It is simply like Goku's IT or Minato and Tobirama's FTG.

What Obito would do is Teleport the Yata mirror, not attack it.

It is the same concept if Minato grabs you and does FTG. There is nothing to defend against Kamui. All its doing is teleporting you. You can dodge it or avoid it.. but you can't defend against teleportation.

I think it would still be warped. Kamui isn't an attack as much as specialized movement

Kakashi's kamui materializes on the target, it isnt a projectile of any kind. It would begin to form on the user inside Susano'o, most likely passing by the Yata Mirror no problem

This

Kamui isnt an attack, its a transportation technique, its like saying that yata mirror can defend from getting teleported, which makes absolutely no sense.

I think it depends on how Kamui is formed. IF it is created by sending chakra through the air to create a portal where you're looking with the MS, then theoretically it should be blocked by the mirror, but if it works in some other unknown fashion, then it could be possible that it bypasses it, although we've never seen kamui be used on something within a space the user is not occupying himself.

Its a S/T jutsu. Its unlikely chakra is "sent" through the air. Kamui materializes on the target, although youre correct in saying weve never seen it used to attack an enemy behind a barrier of some sort

We've seen it two times in a movement fashion, on deidara and chasing after asura path's missile

Well yes, clearly the warp is influenced directly by the focus of the MS. It doesnt change that it appears as if kamui materializes directly on the point of focus, if you were trying to say otherwise

I'm not sure... I can't picture any jutsu being materialized without chakra. Not saying it doesn't require chakra, but even FTG pulls the user through space using chakra present in the user and possibly the seal, the same with the summoning jutsu.

Take this scene. Minato summons gerotora unlike most summonings we've seen. He summons him at a distance of a few feet in the air. However, he still has to raise his hand, most likely to send his chakra to the spot in which he wants to summon. I would imaging Kamui works in almost the reverse. IMO kakashi's eye sends chakra to the point they are looking at, and then opens a s/t barrier of sorts on the target.

watch him not have them BAUHAHAHAHAHAHA

I think he does, afterall what powerup did we see Sasuke get? Nothing, how will he catch up to Naruto? you have to understand that Totsuka and Yata are already properties of his EMS, my supicion is Itachi unlocked them in Sasuke just before departing to the afterlife. Wouldn't you like to see if it will live up to its' hype? ;)

I personally feel as if Itachi's weapons match his personality and fighting style better than sasukes, and visa versa, I think he should keep his Enton blade and enton magatamas.
