Added lighting effects and a border...not much to work with.
Since your avatar is 150x200 I have to crop the image in a decent way and leave enough room for design...which isn't happening since there are few pictures of him on google.

What you want done: Any thing cool with Orange, Light pink, Neon Yellow and Black please. I would like my name, Sindy going downwards on the side. any color and style for the text doesn't mattter to me. You can take your time on this one, it doesn't bother me.
