WTF . who's the true leader of akatsuki

Madara started Akatsuki and is the only leader. Only Pein, Kisame and Zetsu knew who Tobi was. Pein was a puppet leader who had plans to betray Madara at some point. Kisame has always followed Madara since his days in the mist village. Zetsu, well he's the enigma...

even u said that kisame zetsu and pain knew tha tobi was madara but in the manga those 3 are the one saying that tobi was weak .. and useless

ok i get your point but in that manga they are acting different .... zetsu pain and kisame . i think that tobi / madara in one point control pain and zetsu to become leader ... but pain was the real leader of akatsuki

well they had to act as if he was weaker and didnt respect him or there wouldnt be any point in acting as Tobi.

And no Tobi/Madara was always the true leader in the shadows and pein was giving out Madara's orders
