Blaze Release is when Sasuke used shape manipulation on Amaterasu during his fight with the Raikage. THAT is Blaze Release.

Blaze Release has ALREADY BEEN USED. Sasuke used manipulation of Amaterasu against his fight with Raikage. That, by definition, is Blaze Release.
