Worst Kage Reign known...

Yagura had the worst reign because Tobi was controlling him. Heck, kids had to kill eachother to graduate from the academy. There is a reason it's called the Bloody Mist.

No it was not even stated in the manga.. It was shown that they had STILL to talk. The "Elders" acted dictator type.. even though Sarutobi was the one who showed some real sense. Other 3 just worried about their power.

Danzo did not like the uchiha...He saw that as a threat to his power. If they uchiha were to be involved in the Leaf politics it would have reduced Danzo's chances of ever becoming Hokage..

Sarutobi was only acting that way because Itachi was infront of him, he was talking about a shallow talk which was over the moment fugaku refused his first offer, Danzo clearly told Itachi that Sarutobi would act like a Hokage when time comes, but in that case there will be war, he prevented that by eliminating Uchiha, read the manga carefully there was nothing to talk about.

So sarutobi stepped back in and took his title back, keeping peace for another 12 or so years until Orochimaru would invade the village. I could name off a couple of kages who were worse than him. Yagura for reasons with Madara, and 4th Kazekage (the dumbass allied with Orochimaru knowing what kind of person he was).

First of all the manga states.. they were GOING to talk to the Uchiha.. but the elders just wanted to get rid of them. Hes the reason??? really?

Uh dude Sarutobi was a allied with Danzo.......... So Kazekage with Oro is no problem.... Totally different villages. Konoha didn't give a shit about the Rain country. So everyone should give a shit about Konoha?? uh no.

Sarutobi LET the counsel take control of the Gov. to much. Which led to the likes of Danzo. He let Danzo roam free...and let him do w.e he wants. ALL that occurred under his reign. And not to mention the UCHIHA MASSACRE. smh. In stability in the Village was all time high when he cameback as a Hokage. Just sad sad sad reign.

Stupid points he clearly had the best I mean leading konoha through 3ninja wars keeping the ninja academy in with top standerds to produce great ninjas after him keeping konoha safe for so many years WITHOUT it being destroyed and also keeping konoha to being the strongest of the 5great ninja villages for along time I say little things like the UNAVIODABLE uchiha massacare can be looked over

2nd Due to Tsunade
