A nice jutsu, this can be used pretty nicely and stealthily, if not for the fact that the RP is more or less a metagame fest now. You apply a seal to a location and when the enemy gets closer it reacts to his chakra and explodes. Note that it says chakra and not person

This seems like an ordinary explosive tag that, instead of it exploding after a certian time the user can control the explosion. Can the user indeed control when said explosion happens?
Second can a user set up multiple tags like this up at once? If so would the user have to post that the tags are special (i.e post this jutsu) or can you, in a fight, just say you placed down some sealing tags and then you wouldn't have to post this jutsu until you actually commence with the explosion?

First question: Not exactly; The jutsu activates upon contact with enemy chakra, meaning it could be the enemy itself, or a jutsu that contains the enemy's chakra would cause it to detonate. The method of usage I prefer to use is combining it with a kunai and launching it high, aiming it to come down later on the target.
Second question: Each usage of the jutsu requires a posting of the jutsu unless you use the shadow shuriken clone jutsu. ANd no, you have to note that it has been placed, so you have to post the jutsu when you use it.

The user will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that connects them all together. As such, anything written in one scroll will appear written in all the connected scrolls. A very useful communication technique, it can connect scrolls regardless of the distance between them. To activate the scroll, the user needs to perform a key of hand seals that will be unique for each creation and only known to those the user wishes, preventing the use of the scrolls by those the user doesn't allow.
Easily explainable, this jutsu is really useful inside the Ninja World. You create two (or more) scrolls and give one to another and keep one. By forming a set of seals only you are the ones who are to be receiving the info knows, you create a message that appears in all linked scrolls, sort of a instant messaging system. After appearing in the scrolls for a moment, the messages fade away.

Boring techniques are boring. Sure I can find a way to use this in battle but I can totally communicate much better without this scroll in a battle sense or NB sense without this <.> Next one my good Oji-sama!

( Shikoku Mujin ) - Four Black Fog Battle Formation

Description: When the opponent is trapped inside a container of some sort, the user places five sealing tags, on each side of the container forming a rough pentagon shape. The opponent is then locked in suspended animation for one turn.
Note: If the opponent escapes the container or shatters it before all the tags are placed, he avoids the technique fully.
Works best if used with solid/matter based techniques. Once you place the tags, the container becomes invulnerable for the inside for one turn, during which the enemy is trapped inside. Pretty simple.

I see...could you throw them in a volcano so that, when the turn is over they'd die upon exit? I mean since you said you couldn't destroy it it pretty much provides the enemy with a barrier unable to be attacked. You can booby trap them however this doesn't seem to be battle applicable unless you're trying to capture them rather then kill them in which case I assume you can add additional tags later on for additional sealings
