Chakra Taisan Fūin ) - Chakra Confusion Seal

Description: A special tag that utilizes the mark of confusion. When placed upon an opponent and using chakra it burns into the opponents skin. This chakra tag causes chakra to flow towards that particular area, causing a disruption within the flow of chakra as well as making it harder to control chakra(adds -10 chakra to any jutsu that the opponent will use for 4 turns).
Note: This jutsu can only be used twice in battle.
It's a bit hard to pull off, but the seal disrupts chakra flow and makes it harder to control it. You can also self-use it but with the same drawbacks ofc.
( Genjutsu Fūin ) - Illusion Skill Seal

This seal prevents the usage of Genjutsus by preventing the enemy from molding enough spiritual energy to create a genjutsu.
( Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu ) - Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique

Description: This is a sealing jutsu that is placed upon the users body, setting it to activate on the users death. It seals everything within a large, nearby, spherical into the users body.

This is a seal that uses your body as a medium and is set to trigger on your death. It was used by Danzo. Its fast but still allows you to escape though in our rp, you can only escape through a technique which makes it harder to escape. It also seals implants (basically anything foreign to the user).

They then create a pyramidal barrier around them, trapping the opponent within. The barrier then explodes, sending the opponent high into the sky, badly injured.
Note: Can also be used by three clones.
The description and note are contradicting one another tbh..but, you must have two clones made prior to using this. As the clones get in place, you form a pyramidal shaped barrier around them, the barrier then forcibly explodes, damaging the enemy inside it.

Description: The user, or his clone, makes nine handseals and then claps his hands. This summons the Shinigami, who appears behind the user and wraps its left arm with prayer beads. The soul of the user is visible, bound to the Shinigami. The Shinigami then extends its hand through the user's chest, grasping the opponent if he is within short range, and begins pulling out his soul. Once the Shinigami has grasped the opponent, he is completely immobile, although he can use weapons, summonings already existing, etcetera to try and kill the user before the technique completes. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing, locking away the victim and the user's soul to battle for all eternity in the Shinigami's stomach.
Note: If used by the user himself, causes him to die.
Note: This technique can be used only a maximum of two times by clones, and once by the user himself.
Most powerful seal seen so far. It basically seals anything within the death god stomatch's. It was shown that Minato had a different way of using it by sealing the yang chakra of the kyuubi within himself by making the arm go through him and what not. Note that even if the clones use it, the user's main body becomes sealed as well. It will need to be edited accordingly to show this.
(Juinjutsu: Hayaguchikotoba Shīru) Cursed Seal Technique: Tongue Twister Seal

Description:
This Cursed Seal was the one given to all members of the ANBU subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about Danzō or the organization could fall into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines. The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.
Note: Usable twice
Now, this seal isn't explained as thoroughly as the others in the manga, so a lot of it's ideas and backgrounds on how it works is guesswork, but the core concept is you create a seal that uses your chakra in a way as to bind the target should they speak out against you (not sure if it works solely in this way in the RP) by the seal activating and spreading over the body, negating movement and preventing them from speaking. It can be broken by a strong release of chakra, which I interpret to mean either a Forbidden chakra surge or S rank and higher.

First technique it says the seal will increase the flow of chakra to the area where the seal is imprinted however, that doesn't really matter to the mechanics of the technique does it? I mean, regardless of where it's placed it will increase the amount of chakra that the opponent has to use right? Also for what purpose would one place the seal on themselves? Only thing I can really conceive of is to release genjutsu but there would be better ways to do it rather than this.

Third jutsu; whenever I see it in a bio I think "This person has a poor self-esteem, they're going into a fight thinking they're gonna lose." which many of them probably will.
Next jutsu, I could see somebody getting into short range and creating two clones precisly in the positions they'd like for this technique. Sure you'd need something to distract your opponent in the mean time so they don't just escape before the barrier is created or destroy one of your clones but meh, pretty standard barrier seal.
Already explained that one to you when you asked me earlier so yeah better off using the Reverse Four Symbols than this seal since that one at least has a bigger range. Not keen on the suicidal techniques.
Last technique: this was used in Sasuke vs. Danzo where Danzo simply placed the seal on Sasuke and activated it at will which suggests that the technique could be activated willfully by the user upon its placement. Though, like you said, it's ambiguous for our RP (though it probably should be clarified a bit more honestly). Fun fact, the actual seal seems depicts one of the Hexagrams in the 64 Hexagrams of Daoism and Confucianism I forget which one of it but the three solid and two broken bars, I saw the same symbol in the I Ching when I was reading it.

A stronger, more immense version of (Shisekiyōjin) Four Red Yang Formation, this is a powerful six-point barrier which can be erected to trap whatever confined within the six points similar to its parent technique. Like its parent technique, it requires immense amounts of chakra and requires even more skill to be able to use. When Obito Uchiha used this technique, he used six chakra receivers as the defining points of the barrier and then, channelling his chakra through them, was able to erect it. However, its possible to use the technique with 6 Kage rank ninjas or trough the use of the Massive Shadow Clone technique, albeit with its dangers. Like its smaller counterpart, the barrier is highly malleable, allowing the brunt of four Tailed Beast Balls to go upwards without being destroyed in the process. The barrier is impossible to overpower or destroy by force and to escape one needs to possess Space Time techniques or to be able to fly high enough to exit through the top (which is high enough to dwarf any being seen so far in the manga). However, if only one point of the barrier is negated, destroyed or disturbed, the barrier will disperse.
