I know you probably have your own teaching method, but is there any way you can teach me the Summoning Jutsu next? I learned Snakes and their Ninjutsu without the actual Summoning technique, when it is required to know so. I couldn't/ didn't ask before cause we weren't at B-Ranks, but now that we are, can you do me this liquid solid? I just want to submit my CSC without fear of being found out... >__>

One/three advantages:
  • Certainly good if you want to avoid damage, but it also looks like it has some nice espionage qualities, using this to listen in on conversations without being detected. Another thing I can see this used for, but it's a bit more controversial, using this to hide in an object that you have someone else carry, friend or foe alike. This is controversial because I don't know if there is a limit to the size of the object you can fuse with, or what happens if the object is destroyed, or has Chakra channeled into it. All these things are important when considering how to use this Jutsu.
One/three disadvantages:
  • I'm assuming that it carries the same risks as techniques like Hiding like a Mole technique. If you merge with the ground, like Madara did, and say someone uses Earth Shaking or something like that, I assume it would affect your link with the ground, and you'd suffocate.
  • Fighting anyone with a Doujutsu, and using this, is like putting your head on a chopping block, because unlike Hiding like a Mole, you can't use other Jutsu when merged. They will be able to see you and attack you, and you won't be able to counter/ defend yourself.
How you would use it in battle: If anything is coming at me and I don't think I can defend from it, this would be a nice way to avoid it. Besides that I don't really see myself using it, unless you can use it to merge with small objects and have someone carry them, but once again, that carries risks and could have problems, like in a war. Would it be fair if you merge with an item someone holds during a war, and they progressed through different stages until they made it to the Kage mansion. That wouldn't be fair, as 2 are progressing, but only one is fighting.

How you would counter it:Best way if they are merged with the ground is to use something like Chidori Nagashi, to disrupt the ground, and shock/ paralyze the target. Besides that, there isn't much need to prevent the opponent from using this, as it would usually come after you use a technique, meaning to prevent the opponent from using it, you would have to stop using what technique you used, and focus on another technique, but that would break time frame as the opponent's using that move relies on you using what move the came before it. (I'll stop now cause I'm getting carried away... :|)

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather Chakra throughout my body and use it to establish a link between myself and the ground, merging the two. As I use my chakra to facilitate my egress into the ground I make sure and keep a balance between the parts that are merged, and the parts that aren't. As I completely merge with the ground I can still tell where you are and other features of the terrain, which is handy. Like a neutral version of HLAM, only you can't use Ninjutsu of any kind while merged with something with this jutsu.

All good. xD

I'll let you explain this next one.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu) - Summoning Technique
Rank: B
Type: Defense/Attack/Suplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description:
To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on his hand, perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram handseals and then touch the ground or another object, where a sealing formula will appear. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete, most summoning uses use a solid surface, though in some cases it can even be done mid air. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. The user must have signed the contract with the creature he wants to summon but the technique can be used to summon a generic creature of that contract (B-Rank) which will have no special traits or abilities beyond those normal to the rest of the animals in the contract. The animal is always summoned on the mark that appears upon slamming the users hand or, if not the case, always in short range of the user.

Everyone wants to learn this one as of late, everything is in there. Perform the seals, and then what?

(Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.

I want you to grab out a scroll from your pocket, and it's a special one that has an iron dome kanji on it. From there, I want you to place the scroll on the ground, and slam it with your hand, of choice from there you will use your chakra to summon a large iron dome from the scroll, the dome can protect you from incoming attacks, and everything besides attacks directed from beneath, and obviously lighting will rip though this dome.

The Summoning Technique is one of the most diverse "normal" Jutsu in the series, allowing the user to teleport a Summoning Animal or a person across unimaginable distances, and all it takes is a small offering of blood. By biting their thumb, or through various other methods, like swiping blood off of an earlier wound, then by rubbing it onto their palm, and weaving the signs Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram, the user then slams their palm into the ground, or some other medium, and creates a Summoning Seal, through which the teleportation takes place. This is usually accompanied with a smoke screen, or a large gust of wind, signalling the arrival of whatever the user Summoned. There are other methods, like Orochimaru's Summoning Tattoo, which negates the need for hand signs. By wiping the blood directly onto the Tattoo, then by slamming his palm into a medium, he summons various Snakes from his Contract, like Manda. More unique summons have varying factors, like Sasuke using the air as a medium for his Hawk, proving that flying summons don't need to be summoned on the ground, or Pain's Six Path Summoning Jutsu that doesn't even need blood or contact, he simply makes one hand sign then the Summoning Seal appears at a remote location, like when he summoned his Lobster Summon, he wasn't near the back wall, but that's where the Summon appeared. It's obvious that larger summons require more Chakra to allow them to be summoned, as shown when Jiraiya was poisoned by Tsunade and tried to Summon Gamabunta, and instead just summoned Gamakichi/ Gamatatsu (I forgot which one xD).

Things that should be noted:

One needs to have Signed a Contract with an Summoning Animal Contract, Canon or Custom for this Jutsu to be effectively used in our RP. If they sign Toads for example and use this technique, they summon a small generic toad that can take/ deliver messages and stuff like that, but it's also required for larger Summons for Contracts. Can't summon something as strong as Manda from nowhere, right?

If the user has a Tattoo for their Contract, they can bypass the need for Hand Signs, right? That's the whole point of a Summoning Tattoo, to allow easier Summoning of Animals in your Contract. Suigetsu also used a Scroll to bypass seals, using Sasuke's blood and his own Chakra to Summon Manda after Sasuke's fight with Deidara.

It says on the Wiki...

Wikipedia said:
In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner.
And...

Wikipedia said:
In the anime, it was shown that if a user attempts to summon an animal without first signing a contract, the user will be teleported to the home of the animal they have a natural affinity for.
Are these both possible on NB? I can understand that both have the power to be abused, I simply wish to know in case. ;)

One/three advantages:
  • Besides allowing the user to Summon Animals that they have signed a contract with, this Jutsu has no Advantages/ Disadvantages that I can think of.
One/three disadvantages:
  • Except maybe the fact that Summons aren't contractually obligated to help you... The Wiki says they could be more of a hindrance than a help, and that can lead to some (h)awkward scenarios.
How you would use it in battle: To summon the super-awesome Maned Wolves!! But honestly, questions like this don't really apply. It's the Summons themselves that should be analyzed like this, as this is just the method used to get them on the field, which isn't very relevant when there is a massive Toad appearing from thin frigging air. xD

How you would counter it: The best way to prevent someone from using the Summon is to stop them using Hand Signs, something like a Shuriken would do the trick. Another way is to remove any "medium" they can use for the actual Summoning, like launching them into the air as they weave the signs. Finally, you could simply toss a high powered Jutsu their way. They will be more inclined to prevent the incoming attack, and less likely to summon whatever summon they were about to.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I bite my thumb and wipe a small line across my palm. Then I perform the seals Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram and gather Chakra in my arm to initiate the Summoning Seal. Then, as I slam my palm into the ground, I release the Chakra and create a Summoning Seal. From this Seal pops a small, generic Snake from the Snake contract (As even though I'm dropping it, I still have it until my Contract is officially Approved.) The Snake simply looks around, then slithers up my leg, coiling around it, before slithering up the rest of my body and resting it's head on my shoulder. With a wave of my hand it poofs away, and I get cracking on the next Jutsu.

One/three advantages:
  • Being able to deflect any Jutsu of an equal or lower Rank (besides Lightning) is pretty damn impressive.
  • And the fact you only need to pull out a scroll and channel Chakra into it makes it really quick.
One/three disadvantages:
  • It's another bloody tool Jutsu... When will this madness stop?
  • Really though, besides not being useful against attacks from below and Lightning Style, I don't see anything wrong with this Jutsu.
How you would use it in battle: To defend lower Rank Jutsu, like tools and weak Jutsu. Lower Rank Elemental Jutsu would be easily blocked too. Would be good to use this to defend, then use Hide Like a Mole Jutsu to surprise the enemy.

How you would counter it: Since it's defensive, there is no real need to "defend" against it, since it will be used to defend something you used. But it would be pretty easy to slice the opponent in half using Chidori True Spear on the dome in the right range. or toasting them alive in a pressure cooker of their own creation with a high power Fire Style Jutsu could be just as satisfying. xD

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull a scroll from the pouch on my back and place it on the floor. I then gather Chakra in my hand, preparing it to activate the seal on the scroll. I then slam my hand into the scroll, summoning a massive iron dome. After a few moments, the dome disappears.

There is a reverse summoning technique. The second one, I am not too sure about.

You are correct.

Yes also correct. The tattoo bypasses the handseals, you just wipe blood on the tattoo and there you have it.

Any other questions, mate?

Alrighty then!

(Fuda Chūshutsu no Jutsu) Tag Extraction Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
After doing the Ram seal, the user will put his palm close to a hidden explosive tag or sealing tag and will draw it out towards his hand. If the tag is inside a solid object it will warp through it towards the users palm. The technique disables the tag as it draws near the users hand in the case its an explosive tag.

Okay so I am going to hide a paper tag in the ground next to you, you will know where it is. I want you to perform the ram hand seal, and place your palm close to the paper tag in the ground, by doing this you chakra in your palm will suck the tag out of the ground, this always disables the explosive, so you do not take damage. Don't really see the point of this. Still a neat technique though.

(Bodi-en no Jutsu) Ninjutsu: Body Flame Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
This technique is used in a similar way to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being engulfed by flames, disappearing from view slowly, masking the users own high speed movement. In essence, the technique is simply an elemental variation of Body Flicker technique and thereby follows the same restrictions and possible uses.

Pretty much the body flicker technique, only difference is that it looks like you get engulfed by flames, in the end you cannot use this in battles since you can't use the normal body flicker technique.

One/three advantages:
  • It's only advantage comes from the fact it can be used to disarm hidden explosives. I had a peek at some of the later Ninjutsu, and if this technique could disable more than a single tag, it would be more useful, but as it stands, it's very situational. Although, if the revamp lets us take over areas of the map, and arm them with explosive traps and trip wires, this technique would be more handy. :)
One/three disadvantages:
  • The technique is very limited, only allowing you to disarm hidden tags. Even though this applies to both explosive and sealing, it's still pretty useless in most fights.
How you would use it in battle: I'd only use it if I knew the opponent has hidden tags on say incoming kunai. Besides that, maybe in the revamp, when entering enemy territory, keeping this in mind for traps and stuff like I said before. :/

How you would counter it: No need to counter a technique that's only use is to disarm tags. Doing any offensive action would force the opponent to counter that instead, and thus, if you've hidden an explosive tag, it could go off. But, like I said before, very situational jutsu.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I watch as you hide a tag near me. I walk over to the area where the tag was hidden and knead chakra in my hand. I then channel my chakra from my hand to the tag, through the ground. Using my chakra, I pull the tag out of the ground. If it was explosive, I would have been in severe trouble if I didn't have this Jutsu. xD

One/three advantages:
  • It's a nice way to show yourself in an RP (Non Battle) fashion. You could pop in in a stream of flames like a boss, so long as it's only in RP, such as in the NW. Other than that, no point as any battle implications are null due to the technique it's based on being banned.
One/three disadvantages:
  • It can't be used in battle, which is a shame. Would be nice to use this after a Fireball Jutsu to possibly make the opponent think they are in a Genjutsu. But yeah, RP only. Not allowed in Battle.
How you would use it in battle: Can't, but if I could, to mess with the opponent mostly. Evaporating into thin air, in a sea of flames no less, would be cool/ scary as all hell. xD

How you would counter it: No need to, but since it's a high speed maneuver, it would be tricky anyway. You'd need to use something large scale that leaves no room for the opponent to "slip" through. Like Chidori Nagashi, but that's only omnidirectional in Short Range. :/

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):

I gather Chakra throughout my entire body and release it from all my Chakra points simultaneously. I then Shape Manipulation to make it "appear" as though I am slowly turning into flames. In actuality, I am long gone. I have escaped my Ninjutsu training, never having to endure another stupid tool-based Ninjutsu technique... After a few seconds though I appear behind you, two bowls of Ramen in hand. Speaking through a mouth full of Pork Miso Ramen, extra Pork, I say...

"What?! I got hungry... All this Ninjutsu stuff is tiring work you know. Here. So, what's next? Oh, wait, lemme guess... Tools?"

I hand you a bowl of Ramen while thinking about how many more Tool Based Ninjutsu techniques I have to endure... The look on my face couldn't be any more unimpressed...

:| < This is the face of someone who gives a shit when compared to the face I make when thinking of Tool Based Ninjutsu... xD

But seriously though, it's Shadow Clones next, right? :p

Good.
Now one of the techniques everyone has been waiting for.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Rank:B
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Okay so like the elemental clones, I want you to half your chakra and make a real copy of yourself, the clone can use any technique you know, but the clones can be destroyed with much ease.

(Kuchiyose: Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Rashōmon
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: This summoning creates a demonic form of the main gate of old Kyoto, which is capable of blocking almost any attack. The Rashomon stands tall and wide covering a range of about 10 meters in width and height.
Note: This technique can only block B rank and below.

With this, I want you to slam your hands on the ground, which will summon a large gate that is able to defend against b-rank and below techniques, the gate is rather large and both width and height, I do like this technique though.

One/three advantages:
  • Creating perfect, physical replica's of yourself comes in handy in setting up combinations. Even though you split your Chakra among the clones, having more than one of yourself at the same time, with separate bodies to channel Chakra allows you to use more than 1 nature at the same time, for some devastating combination attacks.
  • Also good for Taijutsu/ Kenjutsu. More hands to punch/ kick/ slash with. Plus, attacking from separate directions and stuff like that is always a good way of pressuring your opponent.
  • While not necessarily a major aspect of the Jutsu, you learn what your clones do. Using them to gauge the opponents abilities is a nice way of seeing if you are capable of taking on a stronger opponent, like that OP son of a gun Nathan. I fought him and he has trashed my ass so hard, I've been afraid to go back to our BA thread.
One/three disadvantages:
  • You have to evenly distribute your chakra among them, so it means if the clones remain on the field during a long battle, you could potentially run out of Chakra and have to undo the Jutsu, just to continue to fight. Because of this, it's best to use this Jutsu sparingly, as people can easily pressure you into using up all your Chakra.
  • Besides that, it's a pretty cool, if overused, Jutsu from Naruto's Ninja Handbook. Can't wait to start kicking ass with this.
How you would use it in battle: I gave some examples above, like for creating collaboration's or combo's, gauging the skill of a tougher opponent or simply attacking the opponent from more than one direction. Maybe even a combination of two of those. Like using elemental attacks that attack the opponent from above, below and in front of the opponent.

How you would counter it: No real need to counter clone Jutsu, but almost any physical damage has been shown to dispel the Jutsu. Any lethal hits also do the job, like with Kunai or Shuriken, even a small explosion can dispel the Jutsu. Hell, even Litmus Finger could kill a clone. :/

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather Chakra throughout my body as I make a seal with my hand. I have both hands doing a half-Tiger Seal/ Seal of Confrontation, but one of them is horizontal and it looks like I'm making a "+" with my hands. Then I use the Chakra I've gathered with the seal, releasing it next to me, using Shape Manipulation to try and create a few physical replicas of myself. A large screen of smoke appears as a single clone is *poofed* into existence. I sigh as I realize how little I can do at the moment, then make the seal again, dispelling the Jutsu.

One/three advantages:
  • Being able to Summon a large, metal "thing" to avoid B-Rank and below damage? I could swear we just did this one. >__>
  • Really though, the more things you can block shit with, the better. Too bad this won't work on giant water dragons that explode in your face. xD
One/three disadvantages:
  • It incorporates the Summoning Jutsu, which means you need to do the 5 seals, but the Wiki says you only need to use the Snake seal, and no seals if you master it. If you could clear that up, that would be great.
  • Besides that, it's just a defensive technique, nothing really "disadvantageous" about it, since you'd only use it on a technique you know it will work on.
How you would use it in battle: The games and anime depict it as being summoned from below the ground, so it could be used offensively in that regard, knocking the target into the air. Besides that, just to defend weaker Jutsu, as it's the only way this can really be used.

How you would counter it: Since it's defensive, it'll usually be used after your own Jutsu, thus making "countering" it impossible. To beat it, simply use something large with enough force to break through it. Can't expect something the size of a normal Fireball, even if it's of a higher rank, to break through it. It needs to have a certain "impact" if you want to hit it with something small in scale, like 4/ 6 Tailed Naruto's Fake Fox Canon.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather Chakra in my hands as I perform the Snake Seal (It's the one used on the Wiki, if you need to use the Summoning Jutsu's seals, just tell me and I'll remember). Once I have gathered enough Chakra, I slam my hand into the ground, summoning a massive demonic gate from the depths of the Earth, or so one would think. It towers above us for a few seconds before dispelling.

Did we already do the Rashoman? :|

(Ninpo: Kagonome) – Ninja Art: Wire Cage
Rank: B
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Range: short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user can manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome. This dome is capable of repelling most basic Taijutsu attacks up to A rank. The user can reshape the wire within the dome, changing it to a binding string with ease, however it is weak to lightning based techniques.

Pretty much like a steel release technique, but not. I want you to grab out a large amount of steel wire from your pouch from there, I want you to perform the hand seals, and channel your chakra into the wire, from their I want you to manipulate the wire to form a medium sized dome around you, this can protect you from taijutsu techniques up to A-rank, but leaves you wide open for lighting techniques.

(Ninpo: Akuma Kaze Bakudan) - Ninja Art: Demon Wind Bomb
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user after creating a shadow clone and grabs it then transforming into a Fuma Shuriken that is then thrown at the enemy the shuriken then turns back into the shadow clone who then punches the target in the face.
Note: Can also add kunai for extra damage and must create one shadow clone before use.

So. I want you to create a shadow clone, and have it transform into one of those large shuriken things, then from there you will use said shuriken, you will throw it at my own clone, as the shuriken gets closer to my clone, your shuriken should transform back into your clone, and punch my clone in the face. Pretty neat technique, you can also use kunai and small shuriken for extra damage if you wish. Thing with this technique is that you need to make a clone before you can use this.

Did we already do the Rashoman? :|
Nah, I was referring to Summoning: Iron Protection Wall. xD

But, hey, look at what's up next... Another B-Rank defensive Ninjutsu... :|

One/three advantages:
  • Ninjutsu that's effective against Basic Taijutsu? Don't mind if I do.
  • It's quick and easy to use, as all it is is filling Ninja Wire with your Chakra, then using it to shape a successful defense against incoming attacks.
  • Would be awesome if this could be used as a defensive layer of armor, worn under your clothes, but I think that would be a bit unfair if you're fighting someone who doesn't have the skills to get around it. Plus, I don't think you're allowed to do stuff like that with Jutsu like this.
One/three disadvantages:
  • The wire conducts Lightning, so when using it you need to be aware of your opponent's moves. Lightning attacks will also cut straight through it, so once again, make sure to keep an eye on the opponents moves, their seals, their Chakra if you can etc. Of course, since this is a defensive technique, you'd only really be using it in retaliation to the opponent's move, so it makes this point kinda useless, if they aren't using Lightning Release, they need to change natures to overpower it. If they are, you wouldn't use it in the first place, would you?
  • Besides that, it's okay. Just another Defensive Jutsu, nothing particularly pops into mind.
How you would use it in battle: If you are able to mold it into more unique shapes than just a "dome", it could be very useful in general battle. You need to be in the cage, that much is clear, but what isn't clear is if you can mold the cage into other shapes than a basic dome, for other purposes, like restricting your opponent inside/outside the cage, or stuff like that. Of course since it's a defensive technique it wouldn't do damage, but it could be a nice way to restrict the opponent's movements.

How you would counter it: It's only B-Rank, so just about any B-Rank or above Elemental Ninjutsu attack can overpower it, especially Lightning. If you do use Lightning, not only will the wire conduct the lightning and shock or numb/ paralyze the target, you'll be able to carve through the wire, providing the technique you're using has the correct property/ properties.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull some Ninja wire out from my back pouch and channel my Chakra into it. I use the Chakra to control, shape and manipulate the wire into a dome shape that is sturdy enough to withstand the impact and general power of most basic attacks, especially Taijutsu.

One/three advantages:
  • There isn't anything about this technique I actually like. You can simply toss a large Shuriken at the opponent, at no cost I might add, and if they dodge, you can always do something else. Using 2 moves, one to create the clone and this one to turn them into an overgrown Shuriken, is just unnecessary. But I guess you can have that clone do something after it's punched the opponent.
One/three disadvantages:
  • You're using the Clone Jutsu and an inanimate transformation in tandem to create a weapon that turns into a clone to attack your target. That's pretty basic, and to be honest, pointless. Not only do you need to create a clone for the sole purpose of turning into a giant Shuriken, you also don't really do much with it, besides toss it at the opponent, which is a waste of Chakra and effort, unless you're only toying with someone. Sure it was cool way back in episode 10 or whatever, but now we have so much more variety and frankly cooler Jutsu to rely on in battle. This Jutsu is rather pointless, unless you jump through hoops to conceal your moves from the enemy, only to... Punch them in the face. Yeah.
How you would use it in battle: I don't think i ever will. Too much effort for too little payoff.

How you would counter it: It's a basic Ninjutsu of B-Rank, so any Elemental Ninjutsu of C-Rank or higher can easily overpower it, and take out the clone too.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I gather Chakra throughout my entire body and perform the seal for the Shadow Clone Jutsu. By using half of my current Chakra to replicate my body, I create a Shadow Clone. From there I grab it's arm and perform a Pseudo-Transformation Technique to turn it into a large Shuriken. I look at a far off tree, pull the Shuriken back and toss it at the tree. As the Shuriken begins to carve into the trunk, the transformation technique dispels and the clone pops out, punching the tree's trunk. The clone asks sarcastically...

"That good enough? Can I go now?"

"Yeah, whatever."

And with that, the clone dispels the Jutsu, returning the Chakra that it was holding back to me.

"Next?"

Well then, you'll love the next one. :|

(Sōgu: Maruchiken Ranmyaku) - Manipulated Tools: Multi-Blade Chaos
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user uses two scrolls and makes multiple weapons come out from them and float in the air. After the final blade causes the opponent to fly up into the air, The user uses a chain to bring their opponent down to the ground and then hits them again with the weapons. Using this attack allows the user to summon more weapons than usual for subsequent attacks.

Get out two scrolls from there send your chakra into them, to summon a large amount of weapons that will come out of them and float in the air, then all the weapons get sent towards my clone, as the last blade from the summoned scrolls hits my clone, it sends my clone high up into the air, the last blade has a chain connected to it, so you can control it in a sense by using the chain, you will control it so that the blade smashes the clone back into the ground, then from there by using the same scrolls you can summon more weapons to attack my clone while he is down.

(Sōgu: Sōninju) - Manipulated Tools: Weapon Gun
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user summons several weapons connected together by strings and jumps into the air, reeling them together to stack on top of each other. They then stands on the top weapon on one foot, and twirls backwards, shooting the string-wealed ninja tools at the opponent like a machine gun.

I want you to grab out another scroll and send your chakra into it, summoning a mass of weapons connected by strings, from there I want you to jump high into the air, while in the air, using the strings attached to the weapons, I want you to reel them in like a fishing rod, but so they stack together so they look like a clump of weapons on top of one another, from you will stand on top of the weapon, and you will start to spin/twirl backwards, thus shooting the ninja tools towards my clone.

The way you describe this one, it sounds different, but I thought this one was based on ... The premise is the same, you're just knocking the opponent into the air, then pulling them down with a chain. The way you describe it though, you hit them with the tools, pull them down, then summon more tools. Is this the right one, or is it simply based off of it, and not directly connected to it? <__>

One/three advantages:
  • I guess the sheer number of the tools makes up for the fact that this is just another Tool Ninjutsu.
  • It could have some potential for turning the entire battle ground into one big arsenal of ninja tools. No need to draw them from your pouch, there's plenty on the ground. xD
One/three disadvantages:
  • Another Tool Ninjutsu... When will they end?! D:
  • But yeah, basic disadvantages apply. Even though there's more tools, they're still easy to carve through with Elemental Ninjutsu.
How you would use it in battle: I probably won't, but if I did, it would be on a drunken dare. :|

How you would counter it: It's easy to counter Tool Ninjutsu, as Elemental Jutsu can beat Ninjutsu techniques one rank higher than they are I believe, meaning a C-Rank Elemental Jutsu would easily cut through the tools, but the sheer number means it would have to be a large scale Jutsu, can't take out a swarm of tools with a Fireball the size of a Tennis Ball, can you?

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull a scroll out of my back pouch and proceed to open it. From this I summon a massive amount of tools, all connected to wires on my fingers. Using these wires I direct them towards your clone, and as they buffer your clone, they lift him into the air. Using a chain connected to the last tool, I pull your clone back down to the ground swiftly, before pulling all of the tools back down, peppering the entire field in Ninja Tools. (If this isn't that technique, slap me.)

One/three advantages:
  • I guess it's cool that you can fire a stream of connected Kunai at the opponent like a machine gun.
  • Being hands free, you can like, drive, talk on the phone or eat something while using this. Or even better, throw more tools while using this!! OMG, I can't wait!!
One/three disadvantages:
  • Another Tool Jutsu? My prayers have been answered. #Sarcasm
  • Short Range only? It's like you guys are daring me to die using this. >__>
How you would use it in battle: it could be cool for momentarily escaping a Jutsu that covers the ground in something. Using the tools as a platform for a moment to avoid any immediate danger sounds like an okay idea. Besides that, I probably won't use it, as Manipulated Tool Jutsu are pretty much obsolete when compared to Elemental Jutsu.

How you would counter it: Since the tools themselves are linear and come one at a time, it makes it easy to predict their pattern speed and where the user is aiming, making counters easy. Just perform an Elemental Ninjutsu to overpower the single file tools.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull out another scroll from my pouch and channel Chakra into it, activating the Generic Sealing Formula on the scroll and summoning several Kunai, all connected by a threads. I leap into the air and weave the thread, forming a pillar-like structure out of the tools, which I then proceed to step on for a second, before performing a totally boss and manly flip, causing the top Kunai to be "fired" towards your clone at high speeds. I quickly spin round and round, kicking more and more Kunai at your clone as I go, before all the Kunai are spent and I drop to the ground. Your clone looks like Peter Weller from the opening scene of "Robocop" while I await the next batch of Jutsu. XD

Yeah it's not connected. Or it is, I don't know this weapons one are dumb, and I will be removing them from my teaching method I think. >_> but after I finish all my current ninjutsu students. >_<

(Sōgu: Kaien Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Spinning Swallow Show
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user hits the opponent with a pair of tonfa, then tosses a scroll in the air to summon a bo staff and hits them with it. When the opponent is lying prone on the ground, they summons a huge spiked club and crushes them with it.

Okay so take this pair of tonfa I hand you, from there I want you to hit my clone with them a few times, and that is happening I want you to grab out a scroll and throw it into the air, which you will send your chakra into the scroll to summon a bo staff, that you will grab and hit my clone once more, hit him so that it hits to the ground. Once more take out a scroll and throw it above my clone, send your chakra to the scroll to summon a huge spiked club that will crush my clone. Honestly this technique has too much going on, and would be super hard to actually use.

(Sōgu: Tenkosai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Steel Disaster
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Like Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction, The user unrolls and throws thier large scroll over the enemy. They summons countless Kunai from the scroll to rain down on the enemy before releasing four large chains to force the enemy to the ground as the chains collapse on them.

Grab out a large scroll and throw it up into the air in the direction of my clone, send your chakra into the scroll to summon a massive amount of kunai that will rain down on my clone, as the kunai is raining upon my clone. Four large chains will also be released from the scroll, each chain grabbing one of my clones limbs, so tying him down, as the kunai rain down on him.

Since most of them are the same, you could just put them all in one big post and tell the student to give basic information about each of them without a template. You can still say they were taught the Jutsu, they haven't been bludgeoned with templates and it doesn't take 20+ posts to get through all the Tool Ninjutsu, therefor not bogging down the training. :)

When you decide to spring this MASSIVE wallie of never-ending Tool Jutsu on your innocent unsuspecting student is up to you.

One/three advantages:
  • I guess the cancer this Jutsu inflicts on the opponent could kill them in a few years...
  • But yeah, there is nothing good about this technique. You are essentially performing a few attacks with Tonfa that knock the target into the air, using a scroll to get a Staff, then smashing the target with another weapon, this time a Kanabo. Not only is it sequential, it "requires" that you be proficient with these different weapons. You wouldn't be good with a weapon the moment you picked it up, would you? I think it's just worth more hassle than necessary.
One/three disadvantages:
  • It has way to many stages to be performed without the opponent being able to counter, meaning it's almost completely useless unless you are fighting a vegetable with a brain. (The more stages their are, the more opportunities there are for countering it, therefore making it dangerous to use against a normal opponent.)
  • It uses three completely separate weapons for something that could easily be done with just one of them, but I guess Tenten needs to show she's relevant in as many ways as possible. xD
How you would use it in battle: Let me be clear, if it was a choice between using this for victory and dying... Better get the measurements for my coffin ready then, eh? But really, there are no possible combinations for this, there is no room for on-the-fly changes in how you use it, it's just a headache in Jutsu form.

How you would counter it: The fact the opponent would be coming at you with a B-Rank Ninjutsu that starts off with a weapon that is restricted to close range is enough to make anyone use an Elemental Ninjutsu, but you could also counter with Taijutsu, as that is essentially what the beginning step of this Jutsu is. Then in the air, the opponent is summoning a staff, you could, once again, use Elemental Ninjutsu in Close Range for devastating effect, or counter the staff with Taijutsu, as it's just another Physical attack. For the final step, you could use something to soften your landing, or set a trap, like covering the ground with Starch Syrup Capture Field, or using Hiding Like a Mole to escape the final, more powerful, attack in this Jutsu where most of the actual damage comes from.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I take the Tonfa you hand me and get accustomed to their feel. I then attack your clone, starting with an elbow smash with my right arm, using the Tonfa to increase the force and overall power of the attack, before using the top of the Tonfa in my left hand to smash your clone up into the air. I grab a scroll and toss it into the air, before I myself follow. I channel Chakra into the scroll, activating the Generic Sealing Formula and a scroll pops out, which I use to club your clone back down to the ground. For extra damage, I toss the staff at your clone, the end of which drills into it's stomach, while I activate the seal again, this time getting a clubbed club (aka, a Kanabo). I let myself fall back down to the ground, using gravity to increase the force of the attack with the Kanabo.

One/three advantages:
  • It looks like it has some promise, using the chains to restrict the opponent's movements. It's also an attack that hits the opponent from above, so you could potentially chain (get it?) in with other attacks, like restricting the opponent to the ground, and use the Fire Release Jutsu that creates an underground explosion.
  • Dat Range Doe. >____>
One/three disadvantages:
  • It's just another tool Jutsu, so it's effectively weaker, but since it doesn't require seals, it's faster, possibly allowing you to disrupt an opponent's attack. Besides that, not much to say really.
How you would use it in battle: Like I said before, using it to restrict the movements of your opponent is pretty cool, especially with large chains. It can be used to set up attacks that require the target be within a certain area, like the Earth/ Fire combo that creates a giant oven and bakes them.

How you would counter it: The moment the scroll is tossed into the air, you should instantly recognize that the opponent is about to use Tool Ninjutsu. Best way to stop the Jutsu is to remove the possibility of the tools being summoned, so burning/ cutting/ destroying the scroll would be the easiest way to stop the Jutsu. Other ways could be dangerous, like trying to burn massive chains with Fire, where are they going to go? Yeah, what's worse than chains falling on you? Burning chains falling on you... So, yeah, stop the scroll and remove the possibility of being buried under loads of tools.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I pull a large scroll from somewhere and proceed to open it, holding on to the end of the scroll as I toss it into the air high above your clone. I then send Chakra through this massive scroll, simultaneously activating all the generic seals on the scroll. They all glow a faint blue before Kunai rapidly rain down on your clone continuously for several seconds, before four chains get fired from the scroll, crushing your clone into the ground and digging the Kunai further into your clone (as if Kunai raining down on you wasn't bad enough). The chains then detach from the scroll and fall to the ground, crushing your clone with an extreme amount of weight, under hundreds of Kunai that would indeed be stuck into your clone.

You know, I think that second one is one of the only Tool Ninjutsu I don't want to murder you for teaching me, simply because it doesn't make me want to kill myself. :vincent:

Yeah that's what I plan to do actually. :p

Good, and remember you did try to kill me once, and how did that turn out again? xD

Last B-rank!

(Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.

Okay I want you to create two shadow clones, once you have done that I want you to get the clones to perform the handseals Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands, as soon as they both clap their hands, I want you to tell them to get out many shuriken which they will throw, and by the clones using their chakra, they will be able to multiply the thrown shuriken to do more damage to my clone.

If you tell anyone, I will deny everything. :|

One/three advantages:
  • You can use the clones to surround the opponent and barrage them, an attack from several directions could remove my usual pet peeve with Tool Ninjutsu, that they can easily overpowered, but with this, only omnidirectional attacks would work.
  • Besides that there isn't much good with it, average range, damage and area of effect.
One/three disadvantages:
  • It requires you to either perform the Shadow Clone Jutsu or have it used in the past.
  • The end result is just more Shuriken, sure they are effective at stopping an opponent using hand seals and stuff, but when you think about other combinations and actions you can perform with 2 Clones, this seems a tad inefficient.
How you would use it in battle: I'd surround the opponent and use this as quickly as possible, before trying to use something else, or I may use this after other techniques to improve it's killing potential. An example of this would be using Starch Syrup Capture Field to remove the opponents ability to move out of the path of the Kunai, or if you catch more than the targets feet, prevent them from moving at all.

How you would counter it: If they're all coming at you from the same direction, then it's a simple case of using something large scale and destructive, perhaps a A/S-Rank Jutsu to completely overpower this and carry on, defending yourself and attacking the opponent at the same time. If it's from multiple directions, you require something omnidirectional, but it has to be something that has physical properties, so Chidori Nagashi would be a bad choice for this.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I perform the Shadow Clone Jutsu by doing the Cross-Shaped Hand Seal and creating 2 physical clones of myself. I then perform the seals Dog → Rabbit → Monkey and clap my hands. While gathering Chakra using the hand seals, I pull put several shuriken from my pouch. The gathered Chakra is channeled into these Shuriken, which I then throw all at the same time. Using a similar process to the Shadow Clone Jutsu, I create dozens of physical clones of the Shuriken I just tossed. They cover a large area as they travel towards your clone, before stabbing him in many places all over his body. He then *poofs* away in the usual cloud of Smoke.

Going to love me for this. :|

Top three B-ranks and why? xD

I also have proof. lol
First B-Rank Jutsu that I liked would easily be the Shadow Clone Jutsu. I think this is Number 1 for almost every other Nin student, well, after the Rasengan that is. But yeah, the ability to create multiple physical clones of yourself has many uses. Naruto uses them for basic Taijutsu attacks, but others have used them for their ability to use multiple elemental affinities at the same time, or to increase the strength of a Single Elemental attack, or simply perform techniques that require another person, like the Jutsu I just learned. By increasing the number of people on your side, even if they are clone, you gain the upper hand. You can use them to distract the target, outmaneuver the target, surround, overwhelm and otherwise give you the edge in what appears to be an even fight.

Second is the Summoning Jutsu. Because I can now Summon Animals, whereas before I was restricted to only their Ninjutsu. Not only that, I could finally submit my CSC without fear of not being able to use them. But anyway, the ability to Summon giant, powerful animals to aid you in battle is one that has been shown many times in the series, and never fails to show something cool or unique, like Manda using it's Skin Shedding Ability to escape a Toad Oil Firebomb, AND use it to distract Gamabunta, as it took a while for it to burn away.

Finally, even though I liked the Heavenly Chain Disaster technique, I liked the Wire Cage Jutsu even more . It is immune to up to A-Rank Taijutsu, which is as strong as the Leaf Dragon God, and that is a massive dragon created from a spinning kick and the manipulation of the wind it creates. It's a Defensive Jutsu that can really defend you from stuff, except Lightning, since the wire is conductive. But it can also be used to bind things when it's not being used to defend from attacks, so it's versatile, allowing you to either defend an incoming Taijutsu attack, or restrain the target there and then.

Would you look at that. I got through that without a single Tool Ninjutsu. XD

Good picks. U_U

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

Okay so I want you to perform the seals, from that slam your hands on the ground, and by using your chakra you will be able to send a crap load of paper bombs though the ground, and use your chakra to keep them hidden from sight. Then you send the paper bombs towards my clone, they move though the ground without disrupting it or anything, as they get close to my clone, they will start to come out of the ground, and crawl up my clones legs and soon his whole body, you can detonate them at anytime. You can also put this in your own earth techniques, make them so much more powerful.

(Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Triple Rashōmon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This summoning is an upgrade of the standard Rashomon in which the user summons 3 of these demonic forms of the main gate of old Kyoto. Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.
Note: This technique can only block A rank and below.

Similar to the parent technique, but this time around you are able to summon up to three Rashōmon, and each gate has a duty. Though, this can only block A-rank and below attacks.
