As Tiashe was going in for the uppercut, it was defended against by his replica. His own left hand was pushed backwards. The replica then started to fall backwards, although he leaned on a pillar which extended from it's left hand to the floor. At the same time, it's legs would both come up in an attempt to kick Tiashe on his chin and to block him from attacking with his right arm. Tiashe thought that the most logical thing for him to do was to simply just kick the pillar, but Luffy explained something different to him.

Tiashe heard him, but did not have the time to respond as he was facing an attack. Remembering what his teacher had previously done, Tiashe moved his legs apart so that they were shoulder width apart, causing his body to become slightly lowered as he also bent his knees. As the kick to his chin came, Tiashe moved his upper body backwards so that the kick could not reach his face, and then started to make wide circular movements with his arms, hitting the replica's right leg with the back of his left palm, causing the replica to stumble. The attack from the left leg would not reach Tiashe.

Whilst the replica would be confused, Tiashe pivoted on his right foot, causing his body to swing. Aiming at the right moment, Tiashe lashed out his right fist at the replica, hitting it with the back of his fist. As he finished his spin, he then brought his left leg up, kicking the replica in the stomach.

OOC: Although it is common sense that in this specific situation you'd be spinning your body clock-wise, it is always best to include it into your description so the opponent doesn't take advantage of it. Theoretically, you could have spun counter-clockwise (Although not as effectively and very awkwardly), but still plausible nonetheless. Depending on the situation, it might even be the best course of action so that your vision is not blocked for a few moments as you spin and lose visual contact. As for the pillar, that was a failed description on my end. I worded it incorrectly as I meant to say that I used my hand as the actual "pillar" that held my body in place.

Straight Forward Kick/Kick Combinations

(Kikku) Kick
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 20

(Konoha Daisenkō) - Leaf Great Flash
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Charka cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: Similar to Tsunade’s Sky leg but the user user charges at their opponent and unleashes a powerful lateral kick aiming at the head that will send their opponent flying away.

(Doroppu Kikku) - Drop Kick
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will jump into the air or be airbourne and delivers a powerful drop kick that sends the opponent
flying.

(Konoha Senpū) - Leaf Hurricane
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 20
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark connecting to the rib cage area. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.

(Konoha Shippūdan) - Leaf Hurricane Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will launch a succession of high and low kicks dealing a several continuous kicks to the chest region alternating between both legs.

(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Leg Sweeps/Spin Kicks

(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:20
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

(Rīfu Shitamuki) Leaf Downwards Crash
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user swings low and performs a leg sweep. As he causes the enemy to fall, he jumps upwards and draws his legs in his chest, and then extends them swiftly, stomping him in the chest with great force.

(Konoha Arashi) - Leaf Tempest
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will deliver a spinning kick to knock the enemy into the air and continue with spinning around in mid air rising upwards and bombarding the target multiple times before they fall to the ground again.

(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

(Toripuru Dainamikku Entorii) -Triple Dynamic Entry
Rank:B
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user uses Dynamic Entry on the opponent and then appears behind them to use it again. They are blasted into the air where they use a third Dynamic Entry to knock the enemy to the ground with great force and speed.

Special & Hybrid Combinations

( Konoha Kanransha ) - Leaf Ferris Wheel
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user kicks the enemy into the air then kicks them again higher and jumps on their shoulders and spins the enemy into the ground.

(Konoha Dairetsukū) – Leaf Great Violent Sky
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user runs at the opponent, then kicking them into the stomach, following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to the upper body then follows up with a punch hitting the opponent into the sky. Once in the Air the user performs a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground where finally, they poses by raising their arms and bringing their legs together.

( Konoha Toppū ) - Leaf Gust
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 40
Description:
Using simple, yet effective movement when performing a counter attack or a freeform hand attack, the user will manage to spin rapidly and performs a strong rotative high kick to hit the opponent. The technique can be triggered in many ways and more than one kick can be delivered if the user manages to gather enough momentum.

Always thinking ahead and being aware of your distance and surroundings, very good, I liked that counter. That officially completed your Palm/Elbow session and we've already covered Punches, so it is time to move onto the most important, or one of the most important aspects of Taijutsu, which are Kicks. After kicks, you'll be learning Hybrid combinations of all other core foundations you've learned as well as "special" field which incorporate specific movements and combinations.

Under Kicks, I am going to divide it into three separate categories which are; Basic/Straight Forward Kick/Combinations, Leg Sweeps/Spins and lastly, Special Kick-related or Hybrid combinations of the aforementioned categories. Before we move onto the actual learning of the techniques, I want you to do some Shadow-Kicking combinations. From your knowledge and instincts, I want you to perform kick-combinations. I want you to begin with straight forward kicks, lateral, drop, raising, etc. Just like when you performed various variations of punches, I want you to do the same thing with kicks. (Be as descriptive as possible with your body motions.)

OOC: Aaaah, alright so that's what you meant by pillar lol. Haha yeah, I should have put a better description now that you mention it.

Tiashe was pleased to hear that he had completed two categories now.

Alright then, I guess I'll continue using this replica as a punching kicking bag then.

Tiashe decided to start off with a simple and straightforward kick like Luffy told him to. Standing with his left leg in front of his right, Tiashe lifted his right knee straight forward, slightly twisting his torso to the left. As his knee was in front of him, Tiashe straightened his leg out quickly, striking the replica on the chest with his foot, before quickly retracting his foot back. As soon as he put his foot back on the ground, he assumed his previous position with his right leg behind, and his torso also moved back. He then brought his right leg forward again, hitting the the replica's left side of the body as the kick curved from the side. As he did this, his left foot slightly pivoted anticlockwise, allowing him to make the curved kick. His torso also moved anticlockwise.

Bringing his leg back again, Tiashe shifted his body slightly clockwise so that he stood side on to the replica, with his left leg in front. Bringing his left knee up, Tiashe straightened his left leg out in the direction of the replica, making contact on its chest again. His upper body moved to the right as he did this. Bending his leg again, Tiashe brought it back. Shifting his body slightly anticlockwise and his left leg in front, he performed his next attack as soon as his left foot touched the floor. Twisting his torso clockwise, Tiashe brought his right leg around again to hit the replica's left side. Bringing his leg back, and in the same stance as before, Tiashe jumped off both feet and slammed them into the clone's chest, sending it flying. He did this by having his body almost horizontal to the ground. As he pushed off the replica, Tiashe performed a back flip, landing on the ground again.

Good, you've learned the traditional Kick technique! Now I want you to take advantage of the momentum and run towards the wooden replica and perform the Leaf Great Flash by charging towards him and unleashing a powerful lateral kick, with your preferred leg. You'll be striking the replica on the head this time around. Not stopping with the momentum of your combination as they are sent flying backwards, I want you to charge forward and perform a Drop Kick by jumping above your target, effectively going airborne as you bring down your preferred leg to strike from above in a way that would send them flying even further.

OOC: Yeah, haha. Okay so for this time around, I'll be keeping a close eye on your description for foot positioning, how you move them to get from point A to point B, and where you strike specifically. I liked your previous description with the pivots and such, you're definitely improving.

After finishing the attack on his replica, Tiashe listened to what Luffy had to say next. Standing in front of the replica, about 2 meters away, Tiashe jumped up off both of his feet. As his body flew upwards by about a metre, Tiashe had his right arm down and his left arm pointed up, and twisted his body clockwise to gather momentum. This momentum was released as he turned his body back counterclockwise, extending his left leg as he did so. With force, Tiashe struck the replica on the right side of it's head with his left foot, sending it flying backwards by a few metres.

Landing back on the ground where he had jumped, Tiashe did not give the replica much time to recover before aiming for the next attack. Running to the replica, Tiashe jumped off his right leg as he was about three metres away from the replica. Positioning his body in the air so that he was falling at a forty five degree angle, Tiashe had his arms up in the air during the fall, with his right leg extended outwards. None of his limbs stuck out of place; they were all in one direction. His left knee was slightly bent, and that foot would not touch the replica. As he came down, Tiashe's right foot made contact with the replica's chest, and because of the way he was angled during the fall, Tiashe managed to make the replica fly back a few metres again.

Great!, now we'll be moving onto the Leaf Hurricane & Leaf Hurricane Bullet techniques which are very similar in nature, so I'll only be having you perform one of them, the lesser ranked one. The former technique is a mode broad and free-form striking technique where as the stronger variation focuses on mainly striking the chest area with high and low kicks. Both techniques incorporate the utilization of successive high and low kicks in combinations. By mainly using the higher kicks asa form of feints to block the target's vision, it gives you a small opening to land your strikes with your lower kicks. I want you to do two different combinations, one utilizing one leg and doing a falling scale kick range, starting from high and ending low. The other combo will incorporate the alternation of high and low kicks with both of your legs to deal strikes. Bear in mind that you aren't limited to being in the same location, you are able to move around on the sides of your target and such.

Lastly, I'll be having you learn the Leaf Rising Wind technique which is something very similar to what the wooden replica tried to do to you, when you effectively blocked it before. This technique forces you to use your body similar to a string, by amassing power throughout as you fall slightly backwards and transfer that momentum and weight onto your rising leg (since your are falling slightly backwards). You'll keep the momentum of that rising leg going, as you attempt to deal a strike. The striking leg will extend all the way just above your head, so it extends pretty far up, further exemplifying how much it travels and momentum/force is gathered behind the blow.

As the replica regained it's composure after being attacked, it came back to stand in front of Tiashe, about a metre away. Standing with his left leg in front of his right, Tiashe jumped up slightly as he brought his right leg up. Twisting his body counterclockwise, he pretended to aim his right foot on the replica's head, but missed by about a centimetre. Letting the momentum of the kick rotate his body fully till he landed back on the ground in the same position he had been in before jumping, Tiashe twisted his torso slightly to the left, bringing his right foot around to hit the left side of the replica's ribs.

Returning back to his usual position with his left leg in front, Tiashe would use both legs to kick for the next attack. Doing the same thing as he did with the previous combo, Tiashe instead used his left foot for the lower kick instead of the right foot though. So when he landed back on the ground after the feigned high kick, he had his right leg before the left, and twisting his torso clockwise, he kicked the replica's right side of the ribs with his left foot. Straight after doing this, Tiashe used the momentum of the impact on the replica to twirl and land on the replica's right side, with Tiashe facing his back to it. Jumping off both feet, Tiashe twisted his body and extended his right leg, this time actually hitting the right side of the replica's head. Since he was twisting, it was actually the back of his right heel that made contact with the replica. As soon as he touched the floor, landing on the floor with his right foot only, Tiashe was still turning slightly clockwise from the momentum, and he used this to bring his left foot forward, aiming at the replica's right side of the ribs.

When the replica stood upright again, Tiashe leaned his body back slightly. Having his right arm pointed straight at the ground, and his left arm bent in front of his face to give him the momentum as he leaned, Tiashe brought his left leg up straight, delivering a powerful blow with his left foot to the replica's face. This would cause the replica to be sent flying upwards.

OOC: I liked your previous name, but I think I like the original more xD

Not seeing the feint coming, the clone is startled by the high kick as he is struck on the ribs shortly after. Being sent backwards and thrown on the ground, he recuperates and stands back up. He then sees Tiashe leaning back with his body, and hand outstretched. In response, the clone pivoted on his left foot whilst dropping his body down and bending his knee. In one fluid motion, he rotated his body clockwise whilst outstretching his opposite leg at an attempt to deal a low back spinning kick. His aim was to strike Tiashe's ankles, knocking out his feet from under him and sending them flying backwards slightly.

Shishishi, seems like the clone wanted some pay back for the time you countered his own spring attack! So as you may have noticed, the clone performed a simple leg sweep called Leaf Gale. Its a technique that I will not have you do, as you have experienced it first hand. Another technique I want to touch on that is simply an advanced version of a technique your previous teacher taught you is the Triple Dynamic Entry. Unlike the parent technique, this one utilizes three kicks in total, starting with the traditional entry, followed by flanking the target and striking them into the air and lastly the third one that knocks them into the ground.

Now moving onto the next set of techniques that you'll be practicing on the clone with. The Leaf Downwards Crash positioning your body in a low stance close enough to your target in order to perform a leg sweep. The way you rotate and which leg you use is entirely up to you, so long as you can cause the target to fall as you sweep. After that, you'll push off the ground and launch yourself into the air above your target. While doing so, you'll draw your legs into your chest, quickly extending them outwards upon nearing the target at an attempt to stomp forcefully on their own chest with great force. The Leaf Tempest technique is essentially a multitude of spinning kicks to knock the target into the air and continue spinning around as you rise and bombard them. I am skimming over this technique because the next one is essentially the same but it contains a "finisher" which is simply a last and final strike in the combination. Leaf Great Whirlwind is started by rotating your body as you extend one of your desired legs in order to begin the onslaught of kicks to the target. You'll start the combination with low kicks and move onto middle-height kicks and moving onto higher angled kicks. Naturally as the rotations pick up speed from your continuous momentum you'll gain a form of buoyancy which keeps you "afloat" as you continue to raise with your spin kicks. The combination will be finished by a heel drop kick, launching your target back down into the ground.

OOC: Yeah, it's fun changing names, but I always miss this name after a while. xD Congrats on Akatsuki btw. ;)

As Tiashe had been about to kick the clone on the chin, he suddenly saw the clone disappear, and before he knew it, he had fallen on his butt!

Ouch, what happened there? That hurt...

Getting up, he rubbed his backside, listening to Luffy's explanation of what had happened.

Oh, I see. So this technique can be used against an opponent even if they are using a much higher ranked technique?

As Tiashe stood in front of the clone again, it tried to attack Tiashe by kicking out with it's right leg. Bending down quickly, Tiashe spun around clockwise, pivoting on his left foot and having his right leg extended. His right leg made contact with the clone's left leg still on the ground, causing the clone to start falling. As this happened, Tiashe jumped up like a spring from his crouched position, with his hands that were on the floor aiding him in this. Once in the air, Tiashe drew his knees to his chest, and extended them as he came closer to the clone. This allowed his feet to slam into the clone, driving into the ground rather forcefully.

After allowing the clone to stand back up again to face him, Tiashe performed the next attack. Standing with his left leg in front, Tiashe started to spin around all of a sudden, during which he aimed a kick at the clone's stomach with his right foot, causing it to go into the air above. Still spinning, Tiashe followed the clone up where he continued to perform kicks on it. This technique seemed a bit strange to him, to be rotating the whole time whilst kicking...

Once they were back on the ground, Tiashe faced the clone once more, with his left foot in front again. Putting pressure on his bent left leg, Tiashe used it to jump up ever so slightly and twirled his body anticlockwise. Extending his right leg out, he kicked the clone at a low height as his spin allowed him to come to that position. Using the momentum of the kick, Tiashe moved a little higher and started spinning a bit faster, this time kicking the clone at mid height. Again, he used the strike to give him the momentum he needed to get higher and spin faster, after which he kicked the clone at head level. This time, he was able to get higher than the clone's whole body, allowing him to slam his right heel down upon the clone's head, sending it to the ground.

Tiashe then landed besides the clone.

OOC: Funny that you mention it, I was also thinking of changing my name for a few days to mess around haha. But my original name requires an admin to fix, so thats why I dont do it often. And thank you! =D finally received the ring I wanted.

That's right, with taijutsu rank interaction doesn't matter. This of course, is situational and common sense needs to be used. If the attack is coated in some form of chakra that aids its destructive power, and you try to grab the enhanced limb, with your bare hands, you'll surely get hurt. Its all a matter of striking sections that aren't enhanced in some way. You also have to keep in mind on whether or not the opponent has some form of enhanced strength naturally, or if the jutsu they are using to attack you gives them an enhancement. A simple leg sweep may not work with someone that has super enhanced strength on their feet and they are firmly planted on the ground with their stance. But for the most part, rank interaction isnt followed like the traditional ninjutsu and other ninja arts.

You gave the clone a nice beating. This time around, he will not be so lenient. We'll be going over the last three techniques of this portion of the training before continuing to the next branch. Next up is Leaf Ferris Wheel which is a simple kick towards the target, striking them in a way that launches them into the air. Following it with another kick to raise them even higher, you will follow through by jumping on top of their shoulders and spinning your body whilst tightly locking them in place with your own legs as you spin them into the ground like a drill. The Leaf Great Violent Sky technique is started by running towards your target and kicking them directly on the stomach. By pivoting on your foot and spinning, you will then deliver a rotational kick to the chest and follow it by a "One-Two" punch combination to the chest. Once winded from the strike, you will uppercut them into the air with the strike. Once launched, you will continue the combination by doing another spinning kick, striking them into the ground and finishing with an odd pose... And lastly, Leaf Gust is a very open ended technique that can be initiated by either counter-attacking, or simply incorporating it into a combination when you begin attack. It is essentially a strong rotational kick, that can be left as a singular or done multiple times.

OOC: Mine does too, so I just bug Zise to do it. xD

I see, I'll make sure to keep that in mind.

Listening to Luffy's explanation of the next three techniques, Tiashe looked at the clone who stood in front of him again. Standing about one meter in front of it with his left leg in front bent, Tiashe straightened it as he allowed the momentum to direct the kick from his right leg onto the clone's chest. He angled the kick so that it would be flung upwards into the air. As it was in the air, Tiashe jumped up after it, and kicked it again which made it go more up. He then went above the clone and jumped on it's shoulders before locking it's head between his legs. As he did this, Tiashe spun his body like a drill, so that when they reached the ground, the wooden clone was drilled into the earth.

As the clone restored itself back to normal, Tiashe ran towards it before jumping into the air a few centimeters from the floor. As he got close to the clone, he struck out his left leg, kicking the clone on the stomach. Landing on his right foot, he then pivoted on it clockwise, so that by the time he made a spin, he struck the clone with his left leg again, this time to the chest. As he faced the clone again, Tiashe started punching the clone in the chest with quick and fast punches, alternating with both hands. This would cause the clone to be dazed and pushed back. Taking the opportunity, Tiashe uppercutted the clone with his right palm so that it was flung into the air. Following it into the air, Tiashe spun furiously in the air, and as he did so, he put out his right leg and kicked the clone in the stomach, sending it crashing down to the floor. As Tiashe himself landed on the ground after his victim, he put his arms up and his legs together, a funny pose which made him look excited.

Once again, as the clone stood, Tiashe started to spin rapidly on the spot about a meter away from the clone. As he spun, he kicked the clone's head in a roundhouse kick motion. As he was still spinning, Tiashe kicked out again using the same form, except this time he kicked the clone lower down as he had lost some momentum. He then stopped spinning as the clone fell from the impact of the kicks.

Noticing Tiashe's kick extending, the clone crossed his arms out in front of him to dampen the strike as he is launched into the air. Seeing the student follow suit in mid air and extending his leg once more, the clone extended his arms and grabbed a hold of the striking leg's ankle, firmly grasping them. Arching his back, the clone forcefully swung the student over him, sending him into the ground as they both landed. Shortly after, the student launched himself towards him once again, only to strike him in the stomach which caused him to bend over. As he leaned forward slightly, he noticed Tiashe pivoting on his foot and extending one of his lefts. Raising his corresponding arm to the side of his body to guard the strike, the clone firmed placed his feet on the ground evenly spread apart. Tanking the hit, he proceeded to palm thrusting his opposite hand into the student's abdominal area, creating some distance between the two. The clone would use the opening caused by the striking leg against his guarding arm. Immediately afterwards, the clone was struck on the head by a roundhouse kick that he could not predict, leaving him in a completely confused state as the rest of the rotating kicks landed, damaging the clone.

Good combinations, you sure gave him a run for his money but he managed to guard this time around. The next group of techniques you'll be learning will be; Hybrid Combinations which consist of techniques that utilize specific limbs strikes that we have already gone over but all compiled into one fluid striking combination. The other group is what I call the Special category which consist of techniques that dont necessarily tie with anything that you've learned thus far. And lastly, after learning these two groups, there is a third and final one that will require you to know the Shadow Clone technique. If you don't know it, I will create one for you to practice with. It basically consists of using shadow clones to deal taijutsu combinations.

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

(Rīfu Oshitsubusu Bōfū) Leaf Crushing Storm
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60
Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful knee to the stomach, causing them to double over and he finishes with a strong elbow from the alternating arm to the back of the head. If successful, it will render the target unconscious for 2 turns.

(Seishun Furu Pawā) Youth Full Power
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 60
Description:
The user begins with kicking the opponent into the air. Once the enemy is airborne, the user will quickly follow, positioning himself to deliver a kick to the opponent in the face or upper body, disorienting him and using the movement to position himself above. Once above, the user will finish with a powerful drop kick that will send the opponent back down to the ground, with such might that from a 3rd person perspective, only a flash of light is visible coming down, ending in a crater and a massive dust cloud.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu specialists or EIG users

Special:
(Suiken) - Drunken Fist
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: This unusual taijutsu style is a unique style of combat Drunken Fist Fighters become human powerhouses who'll strike unpredictability, with no inhibitions, an explosive fury and without any second thoughts about their actions. The user can either make themselves drunk or imitate the method by use of swaying and uneven balance on their feet to attack their opponents a total of 12 variant attacks.

(Shishi Rendan) - Lions Barrage
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.

(Kage Buyō) - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 5
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

( Konoha Ryūjin ) - Leaf Dragon God
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu Specialists and EIG users

The Falling Embrace technique and the Thrusting Shoulder attack are essentially very similar techniques so I will only have you perform one of them. The foundational one being the falling embrace one. Its a very simply technique that consists of charging towards your target and tackling them with your desired shoulder. The way the strike is done should send them into the ground. The latter technique consists of jumping before performing the attack instead of simply rushing forward. The second technique is called Nirvana Fist and it is basically a combination of the aforementioned techniques and finalizing it with a strong punch. To finish off the simpler set of techniques this time around, you will perform the Rising Knee technique which is an upwards knee thrust, selecting where ever you want to strike, so long as you reach of course. Perform the attacks on the clone and see how you do.

As Tiashe performed his attacks on the wooden clone, it seemed that he had defended against most of them, but his last attack left the clone battered. As it recovered, Luffy explained what they would be doing next, to which Tiashe carefully listened. He got slightly excited at the prospect of not having that many left, so when his teacher talked about the technique with the shadow clone, Tiashe eagerly told him, as he seemed very proud about the fact.

Yes, I can make shadow clones!

He then listened to the specific details for the next techniques and faced the clone again. It seemed to have recovered by this stage. Standing about five metres away from it, Tiashe took a step forward before jumping off his right foot. He jumped up in a way that made the right side of his body more forward than the left. So when he came within a metre of the clone and was closer to the ground, Tiashe slammed his right shoulder into the clone's left side of the body. This was done from an upwards angle, causing the clone to fall to the ground.

As the clone stood back up again, Tiashe, who was about a metre away from it, took a fast step forward and this time slammed his left shoulder into the right side of it's chest by thrusting the left side of his body forward. His left leg was also forward and bent to give him more stability and strength. At the same time that his shoulder was making contact with the clone, Tiashe brought his right arm forward and punched his clenched fist into the clone's stomach, sending it backwards.

As the clone hunched over clutching it's stomach from the blow, Tiashe took the opportunity to again take a step forward and bring his right knee up to hit the clone's stomach hard. Two blows to the stomach would be quite painful.

That was a good combination, though I only have one thing to note. I noticed that you utilized your right shoulder to strike the clone's right one. What this means is that you aligned your torso directly in front of your target's body. This puts you in a more vulnerable situation as you have less control over the situation because your target could respond/assault you from either side. If you were to strike the opposite shoulder, you'd be passing through the side of the target. In this sense, you'd have more predictability and control over the situation, knowing where he could strike you from, most likely from the side that wasn't struck. You could also prepare by using your hands to tight or block the side you are passing by. At the end of the day, it all boils down to the situation you are in, and which method is more convenient. Now it's time to move on! It's a good thing that you've learned the shadow clone technique, it will be of use nearing the end of the lesson.

The wooden clone is completely destroyed by the attack, causing it to fall to pieces into the soil beneath.
From the ashes, a new foe is born. From a moisture in the wood, a clone made of water is materialized, possessing the Hozuki clan's abilities. The clone was not ordinary in the sense that it was highly compressed into a crystalline-like form, being more than capable in engaging in close combat just like its predecessor.

This will be your new training dummy. Now for the next set of techniques, the first one being Peregrine Falcon Drop technique which consists of grabbing a falling opponent by the ankles. You will then wrap your legs around their waist and forcefully slam them head first. To perform this technique, you'll actually have to force your target into the air in order to make use of the technique. The next one is called the Stumbling Turtle which involves kicking the opponent's knee, causing them to stumble on their movement and fall on the ground. Very basic technique, but can be break bones if used with enhancements. The last technique is quite interesting and goofy, its called the Monkey Flip. It essentially requires your target to have clothing. For this exercise the clone will be sporting my cloak. You're to grab the cloak and fall backwards, using the clone's weight to initiate the momentum necessary to fall. As you fall, you'll use your knowledge of weight distribution to flip the target over head. However as you do so, you'll kick them in the gut, either with one, or both legs depending on the situation. As you do, the kick will essentially be a forceful extension of your legs as you flip backwards and launch your target as well, using his own momentum and weight against him, propelling like a canon ball. You're free to perform the techniques in any order you deem fit.

Looking at Luffy with his knees still bent from the latest attack, Tiashe nodded at the information he was receiving. His attention was shifted away from the clone he just punched for the moment.

I guess that makes sense actually. True true, about that predicting thing. I never thought about it before!

This was quite an informative lesson. Tiashe found that he was learning many new things here. Turning his head to look at the clone again, he found that it had crumbled to the ground in pieces. Finally... It had stayed for long enough without dying. But just as he thought that, Tiashe noticed something move amongst the rubble. Something else was rising... Wait, it was him, again? No, it looked like Luffy actually. Tiashe looked at his teacher, a bit bewildered, before looking at the clone again. It seemed to be made of water. Oh well, at least he had something to beat up again.

As Luffy explained the techniques to him, Tiashe listened, although a little distracted as he constantly turned to look at this cooler looking clone. Nevertheless, he got the gist of what he had to do. Oh, and the clone also had a cloak on. Perfect.

Standing before the clone, Tiashe lifted his right leg and extended it forcefully, kicking the clone's right knee hard. As he did this, his left knee bent slightly to support him. However, when the kick landed, Tiashe had to do all he could to hide the pain in his foot. This clone felt really hard, even though it was made of water! Interesting. The clone did not fall, but it did stumble a little. Without wasting a moment, Tiashe straightened up again, before grabbing the clone's cloak just below the chest with his right hand. His left hand was free to defend from any potential attacks. Holding on to the cloak, Tiashe then started to fall backwards, carrying the clone along with him. As he did this, Tiashe used the momentum in his body gained from falling to flip the clone over his head. As soon as the clone was above him, Tiashe forcefully propelled both of his legs upwards, driving them into the clone's stomach. The clone was sent flying into the air, and Tiashe used the "push" gathered from this move to backflip and land on his feet in a half crouched position. This aided him in his next attack.

Propelling himself into the air kind of like a spring as he had been crouched, and so had more momentum, Tiashe came up to the clone who had just started its descent. Grabbing the upside down clone with both hands at the ankles, Tiashe then wrapped his legs tightly around its waist, making the fall even faster. Upon reaching the ground, the clone's head was forcefully slammed into the ground.

Grabbing the upside down clone with both hands at the ankles, Tiashe then wrapped his legs tightly around its waist, making the fall even faster. Upon reaching the ground, the clone's head was forcefully slammed into the ground.
His student's leg strike successfully lands, as the clone's leg is struck, causing him to lose balance and stumble. As he was off balance, Tiashe reached out with his right hand in order to firmly grip his cloak. The clone smirked in response as he saw an opening, a gap for him to exploit. The clone pivoted on his left foot, forcefully rotating his body in a clock-wise manner. This was done as a way to force his target to undo his grip on cloak, or at least, one half of it. (Cloaks are split in half from either side, and you're using only one hand to grab both, I assume.) In a swift and fluid motion, the clone would slip away from the confines of his on cloak whilst dragging his opposite foot against the surface of the ground for balance. Whilst rotating and un-doing his cloak, the clone would raise his right elbow, holding it paralleled with the ground, and his flexed fist hard pressed against his chest. This was done at an attempt to deal an elbow strike to the student's extended arm. Moments before striking, the clone would stop in its tracks and assume a normal standing pose in front of the student once again.

As you noticed, the clone took advantage of the way you grabbed his clothing. If the clothing had been a single piece of fabric, like a sweater of sorts, or perhaps a buttoned up jacket, it would have been wise to use one hand and defend with the other. However, in this particular case, he was able to make use of his own cloak, and find an opening due to the unavoidable spread of his cloak as he spun outwards in a forceful manner.

Now it's time for the meat of the potatoes! If you remember at the start of your training, the original clone used the Intersection method which is a counter-active method to stop an incoming strike by sandwiching the striking limb. This is done by forcefully bringing down your elbow and raising your knee as well, striking both from are side, effectively shattering the bone if done correctly. I won't have you do this technique until you find the right time for it. The next technique is quite dangerous in the sense that it has the potential strength to knock the target unconscious. You'll strike them with your knee in the stomach, forcing them to bend over. As they do so, you'll use your opposite arm to deal a downwards elbow strike behind the head causing great blunt damage. The technique is called; Leaf Crushing Storm. The last technique will be one that can only be performed in battle by Eight Inner Gate masters or users that specialize in Taijutsu. For the sake of the training, I will still have you attempt it to the best of your ability as you are not yet a specialist in the field. Youth Full Power is a technique that begins by kicking your target into the air, wherever you desire, so long as it is logically possible to launch them. You'll quickly follow them as they are launch in order to position yourself in a way that able to deliver yet another kick, but this time either aimed at the chest or face region. This kick is done as a stepping stone of sorts, launching your own body above the target's. Once above the target, you'll finalize with a drop kick with your desired leg, sending the clone crashing into the ground. For the sake of the clone's consciousness, I would suggest using the crushing storm technique last!

Just when Tiashe was about to start falling backwards, he was caught off guard when the clone suddenly pivoted clockwise, causing it to slip out of his cloak. At the same time as it slipped out of the cloak, leaving Tiashe a bit disoriented, the clone had placed his right arm against his chest. Due to his turning motion, the clone's elbow was set on course to hit Tiashe's right arm which he had not taken back yet. However, the clone stopped in its tracks before hitting him, resuming a normal stance. Whew, that was close...

Listening to Luffy's explanation, he realised that what he had thought would be wise was not so with this type of cloth. At least he knew now that he could do it with other types of clothes though. Listening to Luffy, Tiashe nodded. Yes, he had seen the Intersection Method earlier and remembered it. After the explanation, Tiashe chuckled at what he said last.

Alright sir! Btw I really like this Leaf Crushing Storm technique. I think it would be awesome to combine it with Leg Weights because it's so fluid in its motion that it can be done very well by dashing up to the opponent really fast.

Facing the clone, Tiashe took a few steps back to get ready for it. Doing a little dash forward, he then stopped about half a meter away from the clone on his left foot. Using the momentum he had gained, he outstretched his right leg, driving his foot into the clone's stomach with enough force for it to go into the air. Following, Tiashe also jumped into the air after the clone, when he used his left foot to kick off the clone's chest, allowing him to go higher. Once he was higher, Tiashe then brought his right leg up, before bringing it down upon the clone, sending it slamming to the ground. Tiashe also followed to the ground, to perform his next attack.

As soon as he touched the ground, Tiashe dashed over to the clone, slowing down once in front of it, but in the motion of moving. Keeping his left leg on the ground, he brought his right leg forward, bending it. As he did so, he forcefully jammed it into the clone's stomach, causing it to double over in front of him in pain. Raising his left arm in a bent 90 degrees position, Tiashe then brought it down upon the back of the clone's head.

Raising his left arm in a bent 90 degrees position, Tiashe then brought it down upon the back of the clone's head.
Studying his student's movements, the clone noted how Tiashe was distancing himself. Moments later he would launch himself towards him, seeing an aggressive stop on his left foot, his opposite leg began raising for a strike. In response,
the clone widened his stance more than shoulder width apart whilst whilst placing palms facing outwards, one top of of the other, directly in front of his stomach area. The clone allowed himself to be struck, but dampened the damage as he allowed himself to be launched into the air. Seeing his target extend his opposite leg, the clone outstretched his own arms and forcefully gripped onto the ankles of the incoming leg straight. In a fluid motion, he would arc his back at an attempt to throw the student over him and towards the ground. He would then proceed to land safely on the ground.

Once they both landed on the ground, Tiashe wasted no time to launch himself towards the clone once again. Just like before, he followed the same motion of stopping on his left foot and extending his right leg. Having just experienced that similar pattern, the clone didn't defend with his hands. Instead, he pretended to be hit by the strike, by letting it graze him, enough where it would give the indication that he was hit, at least the surface of his skin as he doubled over himself alongside the trajectory of the strike. While doubling over, he wouldn't stop in his motion and in a fluid and swift maneuver he would front-flip his body, placing his hands against the surface of the ground. In combination, he would outstretch his right leg, forcefully bringing down his right heel at an attempt to strike the top of Tiashe's head.

Woah, you two are getting into it, aren'cha?? Shishishishi~ Okay so now it's time to move onto a very popular technique that is called the Drunken Fist. The technique consists in entering a form of state, imitating being drunk, swaying back and forth and unpredictably. You'll attempt to perform a 12 strike combination while in your drunken state, while not necessarily landing all hits, as you aren't second guessing them, and just moving your body in a drunken-like style, losing balance and being very unorthodox. This style shines in being unpredictable, so be just that, unpredictable! I want you use it against the clone as he launches towards you and attempts to deliver a simple right hook to the chest. (Use your creativity for this one!)

Once again, the clone did not allow itself to just get battered around, but defended itself. When the clone did a front flip, Tiashe responded by grabbing the clone's legs around the shins with both his hands, then pulling his arms as well as his body backwards to throw the clone onto the ground behind him on its face. That would teach it!

He then casually brought his attention back to Luffy as he gave new instructions. So, he would have to act drunk and be unpredictable for this one... Never before had he done such a thing. But as the clone got up and launched towards Tiashe, he entered into a state of imitated drunkenness. Immediately, he started to sway in a strange manner, so when the clone's right fist came towards Tiashe, he easily evaded it by swaying funnily to his left in a drunk manner. The clone would find its fist meet thin air, and Tiashe lashed out his right arm to his right side, hitting the clone if it was in the way. He then brought his right leg up into the air and brought it down in a clockwise motion as if he was drawing an inverted U in the air. As his foot touched back to the ground, still swaying, Tiashe performed a funny looking roundhouse kick with his left leg, before falling face first onto the ground. Whilst on the ground, he rolled over abruptly so that he faced the sky, before suddenly making his right leg shoot up, then immediately bringing it back down and using it as a pillar to make himself upright again in a single step.

As he got up though, instead of becoming fully straight, Tiashe moved his body as if he was moving towards his right, but then he suddenly changed direction to go to the left. Turning to the clone, Tiashe dashed towards it in a wobbly manner before, without any warning, lashing his right fist out to hit the left side of its head. He then fell backwards, and as he did so, he extended his left leg underneath the area between the clone's legs so that when he fell, his foot would make contact with the clone (highly painful xD) and send it over his head. Meanwhile, Tiashe fell onto his back with his left leg outstretched on the ground and his right leg folded underneath him. Pushing the right leg off the ground, Tiashe's body was hoisted up and he did a low backflip, landing on his feet. Turning around and walking over to the clone in a drunken manner, he then stumbled and was sent flying, ramming into the clone and knocking it over again. Tiashe then finished off by rolling forwards and turning clockwise whilst crouched with his right leg extended, kicking the clone with it.

As he got up from finishing his attack, he couldn't help but keep swaying for the next few seconds.

Sensei, I- I'm dizzyyy @_@.

OOC: This technique is pretty long. Does it like go over more than one turn or something?

Luffy couldn't help but burst out laughing as Tiashe began acting drunk and completely stumbling and wobbling all over the place, completely making a fool out of the water clone before-him. All the assaults had successfully landed as the clone wasn't fully prepared for the unpredictable combinations. "Shishishi, that was very enjoyable and funny! The dizziness is something that you may, or may not get used to." said Luffy. Unexpectedly the clone stood back up and charged directly towards its creator, jumping into a front flip and outstretching its left leg to deal a heel drop kick at the top of Luffy's head. "O-once you..-" Luffy was completely interrupted by the incoming clone. In response, he materialized water beneath his feet from the moisture in the air. In combination, he entered a drunken-like state as his body leaned completely to the left-hand side, nearly horizontal with the ground, but still at an angle. Channeling chakra to the sole's of his feet, he maintained grip on the water that had been materialized beneath him. As the clone dropped on him, Luffy swung his right hand outwards, slapping away the kick whilst the water beneath him, circled around the clone, getting behind them as he seemingly slid on the surface. While doing so, he would forcefully straighten up his body and swing himself into the opposite direction, tackling the clone's back as they were on their way down, knocking them even harder into the floor. He finished the combination by hiccuping a barrage of kicks and punches, finalizing by falling directly on top of the clone, head-butting them. *Hiccup* "As I was saying, o-once you master Taijutsu as well as are well versed in the Water Element, you'll be able to combine the Drunken Style technique with the Suiton I just performed, materializing a source of water that allows you to increase the unpredictability of your movements by sliding as you deem fit. This gives you leeway for very unorthodox maneuvers. Because the Drunken Style requires no chakra to perform and its merely body movements, you are able to combine both with ease and not suffer any consequences."

(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid Step
Type: Defensive
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However unlike ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.

Note: Can be used twice per event.
Note: Must have mastered Taijutsu.

Next we will go over two techniques that more or less, work in tandem with each other. One of them is called the Lion's Barrage, and the other the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. The Lion's barrage is a variation of the Front Lotus technique, which is restricted to users that can open the Eight Inner Gates, the ultimate form of close combat and body arts. To actually perform the Barrage, you first have to learn the Dancing Leaf technique, so we'll go over that one briefly. The technique mainly revolves around following an airborne target as if you were their shadow, completely behind them, unable to be seen for the most part. The technique is usually initiated by fast upper kick that will launch the target into the air as you position yourself underneath/behind them. Now, the tricky part about this technique, that as it stands, it is generally used in a two turn step up. After you've launched your target into the air, you'll inflict a blow and await the target's counter-attack (should it be a tai one luckily). While doing so, you make it so you spin and rise further above them to continue releasing strikes. As momentum picks up upon falling, the damage will continue to be building up, finalizing with a kick to the chest, pinning the target into the ground forcefully.

OOC: The Drunken Fist technique is used throughout the course of a single turn, the 12-strike combination is old descriptions and people generally don't take it that far and just use it to avoid close range assaults. As for the Lion's Barrage and Dancing Leaf, just pretend my clone retaliates and tries you strike you as you shadow him. This combo isn't very suitable for our current RP and should likely be edited/updated. In fact, it has some form of metagamey feel to it as it predicts the target counter-attacking. As it stands, and due to its wording, you'd be forced to use the Dancing Leaf Shadow on one turn, and then the Lion's Barrage on the next one, hoping that your target retaliates with taijutsu and not some crazy ninjutsu explosion.
