1. This technique really depends on the context, if the opponent were stuck and the user of the technique was far enough away it could prove to be a strong technique. However it could prove to be disadvantageous if the user were near the opponent and attempted this, not only could the opponent dodge but the technique could hit the user.
2. The first benefit of this technique would be the fact that it could hit multiple opponents, or multiple projectiles. Since it's a relatively simple technique, as long as there isn't and water near the user during the attack and the user doesn't attack water he should be fine.
3. This technique would have to be my favorite, the user can control multiple swords to keep the opponent busy, this technique allows the user to attack from all directions and at his own discretion, and the attack can last for multiple turns. However the user is unable to use other techniques and must keep focus, plus chakra is deducted each turn.
