"Hmph." DIO looked on, his face expressing a completely lack of amusement as Vegeta once again executed a dodge. The lightning in his hand, DIO would close his eyes, once again tuning into the Natural Energy around him to sense Vegeta's movements as he rocketed back towards the land. Bringing his arm back, DIO would hurl the lightning bolt as planned with one slight alteration; rather than aiming for Vegeta directly, the Jinchuriki aimed for the ground right below the Hyuga. Using his speed and impeccable sensory, DIO timed the bolt to strike into the ground a split second before Vegeta was timed to land, the once proud warrior slamming directly into the lightning bolt rather than the ground itself, blowing him to hell.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake handseal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Having the same sensory abilities, DIO's clone would also alter his kick, instead redirecting the course of his blow so that the surge of Natural Energy would go off a few meters in front of itself, dissipating into thin air. At the same time, the clone would manifest its chakra into the air around it, forming numerous assassins five meters above Vegeta at the moment where he would drive himself into DIO's lightning bolt. The assassins stood in wait, ready to strike should the Hyuga somehow survive as DIO's clone landed on the ground harmlessly a five meters away.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of mist with a slight blueish hue. This is the brother technique of "Wind Release: Leap of Faith" and thus has very similar applications to that of its wind brother. However, it does contain some slight mechanical differences due to its watery composition. The assassin's may be able to disperse themselves into mist, or form into their regular shape at any time, and passively may do so. This allows them to effectively evade physical based attacks and continue their assault. However, they may not attack in mist form. But when in mist form, they do possess a defensive capability to sustain their presence of the field. This mist form allows the assassins to supplement what its brother technique could not do, and that was block against attacks. When used in offensive purposes, the mist will condense its water droplets tightly and essentially "turn" into a water form, quite solid, and able to pierce, stab, and slash the opponent in similar methods to its wind counterpart. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

As he's about to slam the ground, Vegeta see's the bolt of lightning about to hit just before he hits the ground as well. This was it, he had no way to dodge this. He felt a quick burning sensation then the world flashed brightly. He felt his seal activate to help save him some harm, but he was laid out on his back staring at the sky. His body feeling the effects of the electricity coursing thru it, writhed as Geets waited for his body to work on its own once more. Suddenly, his phone vibrates so he pulls it out, reading the sent from Sado explaining the bounty on them and everything going on..

It's seems he really needed to get out of here and head back to defend the lands, Geets was in a bad spot atm..

Description: This technique is a general, sealing-assisted execution of the hard style martial arts exercise known as the ‘Iron Shirt.’ The execution of Hagane Hie no Ikkō requires the user to find his central equilibrium using Zhang Zhuang and then aligning his breath, movement and chakra circulation. This immediate stress plus the spike in heart rate, will activate a small seal that is passively applied to the users chest. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. These actions and chakra flow, combined with the user’s general physique and resistance to damage, can lessen the damage taken by the physical elements of an attack by 20 damage points. The seal functions autonomously, requiring no input from the user.
