-Scenerio1:*Coming across an enemy ninja, I decide to take him on and try out the new move. Since Suna is mostly sand, I wouldn't have any problem using 'this'. I start by gathering my chakra and have it scoop up the dust and sand around me as I mould my chakra into the wind nature type. After gathering a significant amount of dust and sand and with my wind chakra, I release it forward towards the enemy in the form of a large gust of wind with the sand being carried in it. Having it blast him and temporarily blinding, as the sand hits his eyes. Taking advantage of this moment, I create a shadow clone and have him and Aika fuse into a two-headed wolf, only this time having them go in for the kill. They take off towards him before, jumping into the air and having their right paw land on-top of him crushing him and splattering his blood everywhere.*

Furthermore, using techniques in addition to this gives birth to an extraordinary power of destruction.
NOTE:Must be a member of the Inuzuka Clan.

-Scenerio2:*After creating three shadow clones to train with on top of the trees of a forest area, I start by gathering and manipulating my earth chakra, sending it into the ground and with a wave of my right arm, I cause a small wall of dust particles and sand to rise from out of the ground in front of me. I then, thrust it forwards by punching forward with that same arm. Not stopping there, I combine my wind chakra with the dust and sand that I summoned, combining them into a large wind gust of dust and sand to blast my clones and blind them. While they are blinded, I set up a second trap by releasing a gust of wind, layering the trees in loose sand and dust, making it difficult to have a good footing while jumping through the trees. Once they fall for the second trap and lose their balance I would throw a kunai one for each targeting their stomach, neck, or heart before they fall and then take off after.*

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.

-Pros: I can use this as a cover to lay a trap, taking advantage of the dust and sand that was gathered. By blinding them I can follow up with another attack and sneak up on them as well as make it difficult for them to defend.
Cons: Well its pretty useless if the terrain didn't have any dust or sand or simply not enough of it. With a stronger wind technique the enemy can blow the sand and wind and would be the blinded.
-How do you defend from it? I would use Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball to overpower the wind and incinerate my opponent or use Wind Release: Rotating Ferocious Wind to stop it from advancing towards me then, use Wind Release: Violent Whirlwind to send the dust and sand back at them.

-Scenerio1:* Practicing on a training puppet, I start by charging at him. Once I am within range, I jump upwards in flip forward, using my right foot to launch myself. Using that same foot, I deliver a downward kick onto the puppets head using the heel of my foot. Following after that and retrieving my leg, I bring my right arm in with my right hand clenched into a fist before, punching the dummy on the left side of its face. I raise my left arm after delivering the punch, and bring it downward onto the dummies shoulder in the form of a knife-hand strike. Landing back down having my back turned, I perform a reverse leg sweep with my right leg/foot, knocking the puppet off its feet. As it falls, I place my left hand on its right shoulder while, getting above it in mid-air and with my raised right foot, I drop it right into its stomach as it hits the ground. Continuing with my attack, I grab the dummy and toss it into the air in order to pursue it by planting my left foot and then my right foot, kicking it in the stomach/back while in mid-air. Momentarily landing touching the ground with my left foot, I jump once more to follow the dummy as it flies back by clenching my left hand into a fist and delivering a strong punch to the chest. I finish up by clenching my right hand and reeling it back while channeling my wind chakra before, punching into the dummies stomach to release a powerful whirlwind that knocks the puppet backward several meters away.*

-Scenerio2:*Practicing on a training dummy, I start by creating a shadow clone in my left. Feeling the excitement, my clone first throws a lighter that has an open flame onto the ground. Focusing his fire chakra into the lighter, he creates a wall of flames from the lighter, that is used for protection or to burn small objects thrown at us. As he was doing this, I was preparing my move as well by infusing my right hand with wind chakra. Without delay, I make a fist and bring it in before punching forward and releasing that wind chakra in the form of a giant adaptable whirlwind, that pushes the flame walls outward and incinerates anything caught in its path.*

-Pros: Makes a good combo move when used in conjunction with Hurricane fist. Its also a useful technique in aiding ones own taijutsu, creating a devastating attack.
Cons: Other than, the limited range since it can't go beyond ten meters, It would be bad if lets say you do the fire/wind combo and the enemy sees this they can fire their own technique to have the flames hit you instead before you can launch the fist.
-How do you defend from it? I would use Leaf Rising Wind if we were fighting in close range so, I would kick their arm upward, altering the trajectory of the their attack and moving it away from me or use Fire Release: Fire Breath if I was at mid-range.

begin to knead your chakra and convert them to wind natured chakra by changing its property to that of sharp and thin, then proceed to channeling it to your dominant hand while using shape manipulationg to form a giant claw starting from your hand. Many thing you can do with that sharp and dangerous claw.

somewhat similar to the above however instead of forming a claw of wind, you coat your entire dominant hand with wind and use it to attack your target in many versatile ways. Mustering up the wind itself is powerful enough to cause the ground to split around you and cause your enemy who is close to you to loose focus or slip.

-Scenerio1:*Practicing on a special puppet, I start by creating a shadow clone on my left. We each then, focus our wind chakra into our hands(my right hand while, he does it in his left), condensing mass amounts of wind to form two massive demonic like-claws. The puppet performs [Lightning Release: Lightning Release Wall] to protect himself. We proceed to reach out, piercing through the wall by form our claws in the same form as third Raikage's four finger cross beam hand and then, grab the dummy from opposite sides using both claws. Once we have a grip on it, we start to pull, tearing it apart from opposite sides until it was completely separated.*

Landing back down, I gather wind chakra into and around my right hand as I hold it up towards my clone to form a massive demonic like-claw, which I use to reach forward and to strike and grab my clone. My clone performs [Wind Release Basic Technique] to propel himself backward. Seeing this I channel even more wind chakra into the claw before swinging it from right to left in order to release a wave of wind that slashes at my clone, dispersing him upon impact.*

-Pros: Its useful for capturing/restraining the target while dishing out damage. I can use this for melee purposes as well as follow up with another wind technique in case I miss striking the target or fail to reach them.
Cons: It isn't a technique that surprises or sneaks up the enemy since its something large and powerful the enemy will easily notice this and move away from it with a tech unless they are distracted. It can be overpowered by B-rank and above fire.
-How do you defend from it? At close range I would counter using the same technique to 'wrestle' with them and stop their attack from advancing. From mid-range, I would use water pillar thrust to evade upward and then, use [Fire Release: Great Flame Flower] to shoot three giant bullets of fire to destroy the technique and blow the target away.
-Questions: I can adjust the reach of the claw right?

-Scenerio1:*Training with my second clone and fighting in short-range, he starts by performing by jumping upward and deliver a downward kick onto my head using the heel on his left foot. I see this and dodge it by rolling to the right side. Not giving him the chance to attack again, I turn around while coating my right hand in wind chakra and attack them with it, thrusting it forward. My clone sees this and kicks off the ground using [Wind Release Basic Technique] to move away towards the right. Seeing this, I quickly channel more wind chakra into the same hand as before and swinging it towards him in the form of a massive demonic-like claw. My clone launches himself upward using [Wind Release: Wind Stream] to evade the claw. Having Fatal horn in my left hand and knowing full well he would move upward, I aim and use the built in mechanism of the hammer to extend it and have it 'ram' into him and send him flying backward.*

Description: Is a hammer with the appearance of a Ram's head as the hammers face and has a chain linked to a spiked metal ball. The head is gold in color, and the 'horns' of the head have a silver color, while the ball's 'shell' is blue with white spikes. The weapon is made of a sturdy, durable metal that can deflect regular weapons (kunai, shuriken, wind mill-shuriken, regular swords etc.) without receiving so much as a scratch. Fatal Horn has the ability to crush/break through 'solid' techniques such as ice, steel, and earth techniques up to B-rank. The spiked ball is placed/rested on top of the hammer like the Kendama. Originally it belonged to a famous warrior from Sunagakure who participated in the third ninja war and died fighting. When the hammer and ball are together, the weapon is used by bouncing the ball on the Hammer's sides before batting the ball towards the target. The Hammer and ball can be disconnected to perform separate attacks. The hammer's handle has a built-in mechanism that allows it to extend to mid-range (6 meters) to 'Ram' the target and send them backward or to smash them.

Restrictions
-Can only be wielded by Fang.
-Each hammer-based technique counts as a move.
-The hammer and ball cannot separate and form back on the same turn.
-Only one hammer technique per turn.
-The user can separate and connect up to two times.
-Extending the Hammer can be used up to three times.
-When the hammer is used to extend and knock the target backward or to smash them it is only C-rank.

-Scenerio2:*Finishing up the spar with the last clone, I create another clone on my right aid me in the next move. Leaving my clone behind to back me up and charging at my clone, I infuse my right hand with wind chakra to use it and attack my clone by forming my hand into a 'spear' and thrusting it forward. My clone moves to the side to evade and counting on it, I gave a smirk as the ground under him from the thrust of my hand splits and buckles around him in order to have him lose his balance. As he begins to fall or when he moves further away from the ground that was breaking down underneath him, my clone channels his earth chakra into the ground to create a few spike pillars behind the clone we are facing and have them skewer him upon contact.*

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.

-Pros: I can take advantage of the fact that using this technique will not only allow me to damage the target but, also have them caught off guard so, that I can follow up with another attack that leaves them little to no time to react. This can also make my taijutsu much more deadly.
Cons: Problem is that I have to get up close and personal to strike them with the attack and the target can easily defend himself if there isn't anything distracting him. With a close range or defensive fire technique, I can finish them off or stop the target from getting close.
-How do you defend from it? I would use the [wind release basic technique] to move to the side or backward away from the attacks range or use [Wind Style: Infinte Sand Great Break Through] to stop their attack/slow them down from advancing with the sand blinding them and wind pushing them back. If they approach me I can catch them by surprise using [Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique] to burn them away or use [Fire Release: Flame Wall] to block their attack then, follow up with the hurricane fist to finish them.

-Scenerio1:*Moving on to the next puppet(this one was bulky), I run towards it while coating my right hand in wind chakra. Once I was within range, the puppet attempts to deliver a punch with its right hand. Seeing this, I thrust my 'spear' to break through its hand. I then, jump into air, getting above the puppet and over its head on its left side but, not before gripping its head (since it didn't have a neck) using my legs in an crossed manner in order to bring it down using the weight of my body as I flip forward and using my leg strength to flip them over onto the ground landing on their stomach. The puppet gets up and attempts to throw another punch, coating wind chakra into and around my foot I kick upward in the same manner as leaf rising wind, using my entire body as a spring by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. As the kick destroys its hand. I finish by charging wind chakra into my left hand before, punching into the puppets stomach releasing a giant adaptable whirlwind that blasts it away.

We proceed to kick forward, having our attack tear/shred into and through the puppets body.*

Cons: The user would have to get up close to use this and target will take advantage of this and use a fire elemental attack to incinerate the user before they could even land a hit so, a distraction or more can help overcome that disadvantage.
-How do you defend from it? I would counter using hardliner gale chop and deliver a punch or hold out my hand clenched into a fist to block their kick. Any movement technique would work to avoid be split in two. I would also counter using [Fire Release: Flame Wall] to defend myself from their attack.

Should they resist and to increase the damage, my clone unsheathes his sword to infuse his wind chakra into it and swing it downward to release that chakra in the form of a large gust of wind to hit and enhance the hurricanes suction ability.*

Cons: Without a fan it would take longer to perform unless you have the element as specialty. The technique can easily be stopped by a fire technique C-rank and above. If they tried to enhance it then an ally would be needed to deal with the other wind technique.
-How do you defend from it? Its fairly easy to counter using any fire or wind technique. I can counter using [Fire Release: Demon Lantern] and have the swarm overpower it or use [Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado] through my fan or [Wind Release: Twister Shot] to stop it from advancing or pulling me in.

Lol, I'll definitely try that one some other time. I just wanted to work on my description.

-Scenerio1:*Practicing on a training puppet, I start by expelling mud from my mouth to create a clone on my left. My clone then starts things off by weaving the tiger hand-seal to transform the ground the puppet was standing on into a river of mud, throwing the puppet off balance and carrying them away. While the puppet is caught off guard, I take out my giant fan and channel my wind chakra before swinging it, releasing a single spinning disk of wind that was larger than its weaker version towards the puppet. Moving fast and giving the puppet barely any time to deal with the mud and wind, the demon shuriken slams into the puppet and bisects it.*

I grab and unfold my giant fan to channel my wind chakra and swing it, releasing it in the form of a single spinning disk of wind that is larger than its less advanced version. Before it left the smoke screen, my clone had thrown a giant shuriken underneath the wind disk, hiding it in its shadow so, that they would be unaware of the second attack. The enemy having dodged the attack through some movement technique, moving to the side and the smoke having already vanished, My clone manipulates the large shuriken that was hidden in the shadow of the wind disk using a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable by leaning his left arm forward into the string (the way Kushimaru uses Nuibari to bend the wire and stitch or hang his victims), bending the string as he pulls it back and is held in his right hand, turning is body towards his left while on his left knee and using that knee to turn, in order to have it move in the enemies direction to slice him in half.*

-How do you defend from it? I would use [Earth Release: Earth Flow River] to turn the ground into a mud river to make them lose their balance and having them mess up their performance on the attack. If they manage to release it I'll defend myself using [Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet] or if its close I'll use [Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm] to block it.

-Pros: Well I can use this to repel an ally or a large summoning that my opponent may throw my way and have the thrown target hit my opponent, damaging two opponents in one attack. I can use this catch my opponent off guard while damaging them and then, follow up with another attack or use a technique in conjunction with this one so, that they can't avoid the wind.
Cons: Despite its incredible power its range is limited and can't go beyond 10 meters. It can be easily countered with a C-rank or above fire technique since, by itself it doesn't possess any element of surprise and its execution is pretty straightforward.
-How do you defend from it? I would use [Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation] to create a vortex around myself and block the attack if it was close or use [Wind Release: Shock Blade] to cancel it by releasing a gust of wind to cancel it. If I want stop it but, also overpower it to myself on the offensive, I'll use [Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball] to release a big-sized sphere of fire to blast right throw and carry off the target and cause a massive explosion on impact.

Nope, No specific rank of summon, only an exception is if the summon specifically can resist specific ranks of attack, like Manda who is unaffected by A-ranks and below.

If I miss any puppets then, it won't be problem since the rain is 'showing' me where they are.*

Cons: It would be nice if it a can extend to long range then I would have a greater reach to attack but, sadly it can exceed past 10 meters. It can be easily defended against with a C-rank or above fireball or a flame attack that is continuously fueled.
-How do you defend from it? I defend myself using [Fire Release: Small Fire Stream] to stop it from advancing. If I had to deal with my own combos then, I would along with my enhanced senses use [wind release basic technique] to dodge the swings by channel and releasing the wind under my feet and with some acrobatics avoid it. For the deflected move I would use [Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation] (although I'll probably be knocked away with this one but, not dead or seriously injured)or [Water Style: Water Replacement] to protect myself since I would only have a small amount of time to react.

The next is like a helper, after using your suiton, this wind jutsu comes into play. Its severs as an enhancer of sort. First you release a wave of water towards the target using your suiton knowledge, then you focus on your wind chakra and enhance it with a surge of wind to increase its destructiveness.
Note that you first of all use a suiton wave then you use this jutsu as both damages now add up.

Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

-Pros: I can use this other water wave based techniques to strengthen their destructive power and also use the water for other purposes should the attack miss by using the remaining water source.
Cons: Its pretty straight forward to defend against if the technique isn't aided by other wind or water techniques to overwhelm or surprise them.
-How do you defend from it? I defend myself with a basic B-rank defense which would be enough to block such as the earth style: mud wall, wind style: peacock whirlwind formation, or water style: destruction torrent.
-Ask Questions: Does this count as two moves? Does the fire weakness still apply to this one even though it has water?

-Scenerio1:*Fighting with a bandit short-range from him, I start by delivering a reverse sweep kick while, channeling wind chakra into the leg I was using(right leg), moving it towards my right and then, releasing it in the form of a blast that causes my opponent to lose his balance and be thrown upward before hitting the ground from a distance. Before he touches the ground, I take off towards him while coating my left leg in wind chakra to kick him further into the air, possibly breaking his back in the process since I was targeting his spine. Following up with the kick, I jump upward while, charging my right hand with wind energy in order to punch him straight in the gut as his stomach was facing the ground, releasing all the wind energy inside my fist in the form of a wind blast, sending him flying into the air.*

The enemy sees this and channels wind chakra under his foot to launch himself into the air by releasing a blast of wind energy. Finding the opening I needed, I use the wind release basic technique to propel myself to the right side of the enemy and grab his neck on the left side with my right hand as I swing over, putting him in a head-lock with my right arm while, charging wind chakra into my left hand. This causes his head to lower as I pull his neck and the rest of his body down to me while, in mid-air. Without delay I punch into his gut with the wind infused hand, releasing my grip on him to let the energy that was stored inside my left hand to blast him further into the air.*

-Pros: I can use this and combine it with my taijutsu to make it more deadly and with other wind-based physical attacks to overwhelm and take them by surprise.
Cons: Problem use you have to get close to your opponent but, they won't make it easy and allow it if you don't distract them and have them let their guard down.
-How do you defend from it? I would counter using [wind release: peacock whirlwind formation] to push the fist away from me or use [wind style: hurricane fist] to clash with his fist, although the force would probably push us both back.

Yes it counts as two moves as you are required to use a water jutsu first. Water+this wind = 2 moves.
Because of the water, fire is now weak as the water drowses the fire and continues onward.

-Scenerio1:*Clearing the path of dangerous and wild boar to let the suna nin at the outpost escape, I start by unsheathing my sword. The large boar attack using their tusks to hurl logs at me and seeing this, I channel wind chakra into my sword before swinging and releasing it in arc in the form of gust that repels the oncoming logs being thrown. Exhaling wind infused chakra onto the sword I throw it at one of the large boar who sees it evades by jumping backward but, while he is in the air he vulnerable to attacks from behind. I finish it by, channeling wind chakra and emitting it in the finger tips of my left hand, materializing a near invisible 'long sword' that I swing from behind the airborne boar and slice him in half in a gust of wind.*

Without delay and with a hand gesture while, emitting wind chakra through my finger tips, I swing my right arm and release 4 wind projectiles in rapid succession each one an C-rank towards the target. Should they evade the attack my clone will swing his fan releasing a single spinning disk of wind that resembles a demon wind shuriken and have cut through him. If they attempt to evade the shuriken or tell the help my clone ensure that his attack connects, I channel water chakra into the ground in order to have the water rise up from out of the ground and push the clone from behind into the disks line of fire.*

-Pros: Since its barely noticeable and insanely fast, the target will have no time to defend if they aren't aware of the attack and if used with other techniques to distract such as using genjutsu, clones, or traps will help insure that. It can defend against at least S-rank lightning techniques.
Cons: It can countered with a fast enough fire technique that doesn't require hand-seals or a neutral of the same rank or lightning but, one rank higher. Fast moving targets like the Raikage, Swift, or EIG users would be hard to hit with this jutsu unless you box them and give them no chance to escape and the technique has to be able to withstand their attack if they choose to break through.
-How do you defend from it? As the description suggests and since its barely noticeable and fast, I would use an evasion technique such as [water style: water replacement] or using the light weight techniques to dodge so, long as I can see the blade or projectiles or a fast elemental ninjutsu such as [Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind] to push it away from me and stop assuming I have fire as my specialty or [Fire Release: Fire Breath] if I don't have the time to weave hand-seals and combine it with my chakra sensory to see the chakra being swung at me or listen using my inuzuka senses to determine where the blade is coming from and act fast with using my reflexes.

I guess the time I saw this is when its used my one of kakuzu's mask

knead chakra into your core then convert them into wind natured. Channel them to your lungs as you inhale then spew out a massive blast of wind that would level anything on its path.
Quite destructive that you need to be careful not to be caught in its blast radius.

Hope I'm not thrown in the middle....

-Scenerio1:*After creating two clones, one on my left and the other on my right, my clone on the left makes sure to keep a visual on the target while, I and the clone on my right mould our chakras respectively. Once we were ready, the clone on my left, weaves the necessary hand-seals and slams his right hand to summon large amount of rock pillars to and surround the target, creating somewhat of a prison. As he is caught off guard and after weaving the necessary hand-seals, I release the wind chakra from my mouth in the form of a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path, towards the target. Should they evade by moving upward, the clone on my right will take out a scroll and toss above them before, weaving the snake hand-seal and summoning a large cat statue that drops down and crushes them. If they try to go underground then, the clone would proceed to use the swamp of the underworld.*

-Pros: Since the blast goes everywhere it would be hard for the enemy to evade this instead of defending from it. I can use this with other techniques to box them in and make it almost impossible to escape. I can combine it with intelligent hard work to amplify the power of the blast and overpower standard defenses such as the water wall. Can be used to take out many opponents if one wouldn't have the time to deal with them individually.
Cons: If I'm not careful I can be seriously hurt and I also have to watch out for my opponent as he might try to use a technique or strategy to draw me or pull me into the blast. Despite its impressive power, I have no control of its direction and I can't adjust the amount of wind or change its form. It moves at tremendous speeds so, one would have to act quick before they get caught.
-How do you defend from it? I can counter with this using the Typhoon water vortex if I new wind style: rasengan like in the example or a fire technique of equal strength [Fire Release: Great Flame Technique]. If I can't use the typhoon I'll use [Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar] since the standard one can only soften the impact but, wouldn't be able to stop it.

While wielding a giant fan, knead you chakra inside the fine while using nature transormation to make the chakra into wind. Then swing the fan at your target while causing a giant vortex of wind to swirl around them and lift them to the sky. Then you quickly cause 3 lightning bolts to zap them from the sky. I will say you can't use this if you don't have any lightning training.

First of all, make a wind blade that flies towards your target, then before the wind blade hits its destination you imbue more of your chakra into it into a hurrican that draws nearby targets into its slashing frenzy. 2 ways: its either you use the wind blade jutsu before hand then this jutsu, or otherwise, everything is imbued into this jutsu alone meaning the sending the wind blade and turning it into an hurricane is still this jutsu.
A nice strategy but hard to pull off would be send the wind blade(the jutsu) and if it happens
that the opponent dodges or evades without blocking the jutsu itself, then you use this jutsu to turn the blade into a hurricane and continue your assault.

-Scenerio2:*Dealing with one of those mountain bandits, I start by creating a clone on my left. My clone takes out his giant fan and unfolds while, charging his wind chakra into it and around it. He brings it in before swinging it forward, releasing the wind chakra in it and using shape transformation to form it into a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts the bandit into the sky. My clone then proceeds to send three bolts of lightning to shock the bandit using his rai chakra. As he falls covered in a black smoke, I weave the ram hand-seal, moulding my chakra into lightning nature type before, crouching down and slamming both hands onto the ground, releasing the lightning chakra along the ground. Focusing that lightning under the target, I have it rise violently in the form of a column of lightning that shocks and numbs the bandit as he rises before, ending the technique and simply let him fall.*

Description: A stronger version of Lightning release: roaring earth. The user forms the ram handseal and concentrates their lightning chakra all throughout their body. Once the target is within close range, the user slams their hands on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down.

Restriction:
-Physical contact with the ground must be made
-Can be used up to 3 times
-Can only be taught by fang

-Pros: If I use this in a combo with other techniques, I can keep the target in the air, attack from any angle, or attack using taijutsu as they vulnerable in the air (completely forgot before I wrote this >_>). It is naturally strong against lightning techniques A-rank and below despite having lightning and since it does I believe it can overpower someone who has encased themselves in earth chakra such as the earth armor or earth spear.
Cons: Since this can only be done mid-range, its safe to say that if the user performed this short-range they would be ensnared and lifted into air before electrocuted, same as the target. It is naturally weak against fire techniques and can be overpowered by A-rank and above.
-How do you defend from it? It would be tough if it was in short-range of me so, I would have to get away from it instead of trying to take it head on. I would use a fire technique such as [Fire Release: Great Flame Flower] to jump backward and release three giant meteor-sized bullets that combine and erupt into a geyser or [Fire Release: Flame Pillar Technique] releasing flames below the hurricane and have it erupt into a large pillar of flame .A wind technique of equal rank that would allow me to release a tornado/hurricane that has a short-range distance to repel the attack or if I'm caught I would use [Wind release: Grand war prison technique] to protect myself.
-Ask Questions: So if one doesn't have training in lightning they couldn't use this and at what rank should their lightning be, just to be sure?

The enemy being a sensor evades by launching himself upward using the wind release basic technique. Once he lands back down, I try once more and as he evades my blade of wind using the same technique and using his acrobatics to spin to the side, I focus more of my wind chakra into the blade in order to transform it into a giant hurricane that pulls the enemy in using its suction ability and violently slashes them as they are swung around.*

-Scenerio2:*Practicing on a training dummy, I start by gathering and emitting wind chakra into the fingertips of my right hand before, swinging my hand/arm from left to right, releasing a near invisible blade using nature transformation to assault the dummy in a gust of wind but before it gets into range and slices the dummy, I focus more wind chakra into the jutsu, transforming it once more into a giant hurricane that draws the dummy into, delivering cuts all over it. As the dummy rises, I finish up by hurling kunai with pouches around the hurricane and explode on impact, releasing countless explosive tags that rain down on the target, some being sliced by the wind but, that was fine. I finish the move by throwing one kunai with an explosive tag that explodes and ignites the other tags, creating a fiery explosion that wraps around the hurricane and combines, burning to a crisp and ripping the dummy apart.*

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

-Pros: If I use an explosive tag or fire technique to increase the damage and make it difficult for my opponent to escape. With the wind blade, the user can deceive the target by making the initial attack a feint and increasing the chances of the second attack, the hurricane to hit the mark.
Cons: It can't be done short-range otherwise the user will end up getting caught and dragged in by the hurricane leaving them as good as dead from the sharp wind currents and possibly any attacks thrown along with this. It is naturally weak against fire techniques A-rank and above.
-How do you defend from it? Its kinda tricky but, once you 'see' the blade and evade using the wind-release basic technique to propel myself 10m on either side and the hurricane forms and starts the pull you in a fire jutsu of B-rank or above should be enough as long as it doesn't require hand-seals such as [Fire Release: Soaring Flame Bullet] using defensively or [Fire Release: Fire Breath] if I'm not in short-range.

Do I need to describe the next one for you? This is the wind variant of the norma rasengan, where you focus chakra and imbue it into your palm while facing upwards, fingers clawed. Then as the chakra buils, you tranform it to wind and use shape manipulation to give it shape and motion so that it forms a mass of wind ball that is spinning.

(Fūton: Rasengan) - Wind Style: Spiral sphere

for it to work.


Imbue chakra in your lungs after the handseals and inhalation, then you exhale through your mouth, wind that is shapes into several small bullet. Disperse them into a wide range so that your target would have quite a hard time evading.
