Pros:
- Its a water and wing combo, so its strong against fire or lightning techs.
- I assume the wave of water is huge enough to defend aganist wide scale techs.
- You dont need any type of water traing to use this move.

Cons:
- It takes long to setup.
- Can only go up to mid-range.

Combos and Strategies:
- Can use it to defend aganist a lightning tech and use it aganist my opponent, and it will also be harder to defend since its a mixture of water, wind, and lightning.

Ways to Counter:
- Use a stronger and wide scale water or wind tech.

Focus wind chakra into your hands and slam your fist into your target's stomach at the same time, unleash the wind to send them flying, good set up jutsu (although you could probably get the same result with hurricane fist, which makes this being on the jutsu list redundant)

Since you aren't using a Kakuzu bio, that was the last B rank on the list.

It's about the size of a circular saw blade, the only way i've seen it in the manga/anime was the suna jounin baki (or w/e his name was) made it between those two fingers, he could make them one after another but in the RP that would require multiple uses of the jutsu so it's possible to fire three per turn but you'd be unable to combo other jutsus at the same time.

Pros:
-It takes one hand seal to execute the move.
-It moves with tremendous speed and can level anything in it's path.
-It can reach all the way to long range.

Cons:
-Even though its moves with tremendous speed, a doujutsu user can avoid it if done correctly.
-Since its hard to control the user must be on flat surface that allows him to plant his feet to fire this move accurately.
-The move takes time to develop since it requires a sufficient amount of chakra.

Combos and Strategies:
I would summon a shadow clone to utilize this move and combo it with a Fire tech or attack my opponent from a different angle.

Ways to Counter:
Using Doujutsu to help you avoid the attack or creating a barricade that is S rank.

Actually only very fast bios such as the Raikages or a jink using body flicker would actually be able to "dodge" this, since its mid range wide you wouldn't be able to run that far that fast with normal bios such as a sharingan user even if you saw them getting ready to use it ahead of time.

Swing your fan and release your wind chakra through it to create a giant vortex that surrounds the target and lifts them up into the sky where they are hit by three lightning bolts caused by your chakra (like making storm clouds with chakra) they then fall down and give off black smoke from the bolts.

This one requires a Giant Fan *pulls one out so we can learn just cuz* So in case you want to use a fan in battle later on we don't need to revisit each other, although you can still stop by if you want anyway XD

-Raises opponent to the sky.
-Paralyze opponent for a little after being hit by the three lighting bolts.
-The wind is instantly made at mid range and doesn't have to travel towards target.

Con:
-You need a giant fan.
-It gives off a black smoke that covers your vision from your target.

Combos and Strategies:
Before the target reach the ground, I could fire an attack at him while he's vulnerable.

Ways to Counter:
There is a move that makes you heavier, so you can that to prevent yourself from being launched into the air.


Pro:
-It reels in your opponent into the violent hurricanes that makes deep slash marks on the target.
-Can be use to reel in more than one person

-Only mid range

Combos and Strategies:
To add more effect to the hurricane, I can combine a fire or lightning jutsu with it to make more devastating. I could also throw a pile of explosive tags at the hurricane while the target is still in there. I'll also use it when my opponent use shadow clone jutsu.

Ways to Counter:
Use a stronger wind or fire tech to get rid of the hurricane.

Questions:
Do you have to control the hurricane throughout the whole thing or can you summon it and let it go to work on its own?

Doesn't the hurricane draws you in as well?

No thats why it's Mid only, you can only make it Mid range away from you, any closer and you'd be drawn in as well. Just like Mountain Smash is Long only because any closer and you'd crush yourself. As far as I know it is self sustaining as I've seen other hurricane jutsu like severing pressure triggered and then they move on to another jutsu as the tornado descends.

Well it seems we've come to the Wind Rasengan in our list. And from my papers (your threads) You don't have Ninjutsu training. But because I'm such an amazing sensei *roar of applause* I'll teach you both the Normal and Wind Rasengans :D


Now then, this is very hard to explain to someone who has little training in ninjutsu. It is a three step process

The first step *throws you a water balloon that fits in your palm* learning how to burst a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once using only the user's chakra, which emphasizes your chakra rotation.

Once you complete that. *Throws you a rubber ball the same size* The second step is to burst this rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker, and air is completely different from water, it forces you to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasizes power but you'll notice that you'll be moving it quite a lot in your palm as you try to pop it.

The third and final step is to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside this new balloon *throws you a 3rd balloon once you popped the others* without moving the balloon itself, emphasizing stability of the sphere shape.

This will take a while. So feel free to take as long as you need. This is just for the normal rasengan as well. Once you have this down we can add elemental chakra to it.

Difficult!? Bo-bobo said with disgust. Are you forgetting I'm from the noble Hyuga Clan of the Leaf. Chakra manipulation is Ninja Academy to us, so you better put "butt in seat" and prepare to be amazed by my natural skills.

Bo-bobo caught the balloon filled with water and began to focus his chakra into it. In his mind he pictured his chakra infusing with water and rapidly spinning it around the balloon and trying to burst it open. Bo-bobo realized that he's not going to burst it open if he only moves the water in one direction. He tried again but only this time he expanded his chakra outward throughout the whole balloon instead of moving it within. In less than 5 seconds the balloon burst open and splashed water all over Bo-bobo's face.

One down and two more to go. Now toss me that rubber ball and a napkin please so I can clean my face from this water.

Bo-bobo wiped his face from the water and then focused his attention to the ball. He tried the same method he did with the water balloon but the ball only expanded a little bit and went back to its original size. Bo-bobo thought back to what Hiruzen said when he told Bo-bobo that he be moving his chakra a lot more so he can increase the power of his chakra. He squeezed the ball a little tighter and channelled his chakra into the ball. He began to swirl the chakra a lot more faster while expanding it to help burst open the rubber ball. Outside you can see the strain and struggle on Bo-bobo's face and the veins pulsating on his temple. Bo-bobo poured in more chakra as he tries to overwhelm ball to the point where you can see the pores stretching apart on the ball surface. Bo-bobo then expanded the existing chakra one more time and in the split of a second a loud pop sounded off and sent Bo-bobo flying back to the ground. The rubber ball ripped into pieces and got blown back into the woods from the chakra that got released.

My hand, it burns!!! Bo-bobo rived in pain as Hiruzen tend to his bruised right palm. Hiruzen then hand him another balloon and told him this time to stabilize the chakra within the balloon. Bo-bobo took one deep breath and got up slowly as he grab the balloon from Hiruzen hand. He slowly channelled his chakra into the balloon and created a small dense sphere in the middle of the balloon and use that to create a bigger sphere to spin around the inner surface of the balloon. He continue this same process without the balloon and he managed to create a weak version of the rasengan.

Its not perfect but its still a rasengan, and I promise that I'll master it when I attain more knowledge of Ninjutsu.

A simple and unique wind jutsu. A down side is that it has hand seals eh? :/ Well, just perform the hand seal, inhale and shoot out several wind bullets at your opponent. Turn your head in the different direction when shooting out the bullets to make it go in various direction, making it harder for someone to evade. If you just say you release it normally, people would think that you release it in a linear path ._.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Very nice jutsu right here though, analyze this for a moment. Imagine 4 clones coming at you from four corners? BOOM use this xd
Ok, so perform the necessary hand seals, then to a quick rotation while releasing the air from your mouth. See the range? 'Short-Mid- range. Know what that means? It travels. ;)

Pros:
~It can pierce through the flesh of your opponent, therefore killing or severely injuring them if one of them hits an vital organ.
~You can fire multiple bullets.
~Can be fired at a wide range.

Cons:

~It requires three handseals
~It cannot reach long range

Combos and Strategies:
Right before you exhale and release all of the bullets, you can throw a smoke bomb to cover up the paths the bullets take. This will give your opponent less time to react and since this move can attack on a wide range, it will be near impossible to miss your target when your vision is cut off from the smoke. It works better if you have a Byakugan(which I do U_U).

Ways to Counter:
A wide range fire jutsu, B rank or above, should easily counter it or an earth wall.


Pros:
~An offensive move that can actually be used as a defence if Wind is your speciality. It's kind of like the Hyuga's Rotation but with more range and sharp properties.
~Can hit more than one target. Great move to use when surrounded by shadow clones or if you're in a handicap match.

Cons:
~Requires four handseals
~The user have to spin around which mean he has to take his focus off of his opponent. The opponent can use hiding like a mole and interrupt this technique by grabbing his legs.
~I'm pretty much sure it takes awhile for the wind to reach mid range.

Combos and Strategies:

I don't see any good combos you can utilize this jutsu in.

Ways to Counter:
A large fire jutsu should do the job.

Luckily this had no hand seals ;) So send your chakra into the sky, to manipulate and darken various storms clouds above your opponent. By doing this, the enemy might notice the area loosing its light (due to no sunlight breaching through the cloud) Then, shortly after a tornado will drop with strong cutting winds swirling around and around. Be careful not to summon this close to you though.




(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado

Description: A stronger version of the original Wind Release: Great Slashing Tornado technique. The user creates two localized tornadoes by flapping their Giant Fan. The first tornado ensnares the opponent in it and the second tornado combines with the first to create one giant tornado that slashes the opponent to death with razor sharp wind pinions. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a sequence of 7 hand seals to perform the technique.
Ok, so if you have a fan (like temari) you can channel your wind chakra in it. Then swing it horizontally in both direction, to create to small but strong tornadoes to form. They will go in which ever direction you make it go (the direction of the swing ofc) and will merge together to form one bigger and much stronger tornado. If you don't have a fan you must perform 7 hand seals. (if your specialty in your bio is in, its only gonna be one hand seal) After the hand seal (s) you swing your hand, like how you would of done with the fan and create the two tornado.

~Its the size of an actual F5 tornado.
~The tornado haves slicing properties.

Cons:
~It will take time for the tornado to come down
~Can't reach to long range

Combos and Strategies:
I would use it to attack a large summon.

Ways to Counter:
Stay out of range or use a 360 degree defence.


Pros:
~It traps the opponent in one tornado and then kills him with the second tornado.
~Requires no handseals if you have a fan.

Cons:
~If you don't have a fan it will require 7 handseals to perform.
~Can only be used at short range.

Combos and Strategies:
I can't see none with this technique.

Ways to Counter:

Use a fire jutsu to escape the first tornado.

Without a fan, this move is useless. State in your bio that you have a fan, a regular one of course. Swing your fan to create a tornado of wind to rush towards an enemy. The tornado will lift the enemy into the air, and with the use of your fan you can swing down to cause the strong winds within the tornado to bring down the enemy with strong force.




(Fūton: Tsuyoi Kaze Nami) - Wind Release: Powerful Wind Wave

Description: The user after performing a small sequence of four hand seals Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram shoots from their mouth a blade of wind 2 meters long that takes on the form of a powerful wind gust.
Perform the necessary hand seals then swing your head in a direction to release a blade of wind. Do it once more, at the same speed to release another blade that will collided with the first to make a powerful gust of wind
