ok well first off tell me everything you know about Wind release, ways to use it, strengths and weaknesses characters who specialize in it etc.
Wind Release: is one of the five basic elements in the narutoverse. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind Release is mainly used as a offensive technique that combine brute force and sharp precision to deal cutting and slashing damage.
Ways to use it: Out of the elements, wind the most versatile of them all, being able to form blades, tornadoes, or push people. Wind techniques can be performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced by using this method as well. Another unique factor is it can also be channeled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range as shown by Asuma in the manga. And you can also infuse it with raw chakra like Naruto did with his rasengan. Using wind with fire will fuel the fire, which will cause it to go up a rank and spread a wider target. Wind is also the second element needed to create Ice release in conjunction with water.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Wind is strong against lightning because it is a natural electrical insulator, but it is weak against fire because the flames are fueled by air.

Although that being said, that will not work that way. If a wind and fire technique collide from opposite directions, depending on their rank, they will cancel each other out and they will never fuel each other, instead the fire will continue forward at a weakened state.

I listened and followed the instructions from Professor Sarutobi. I sit down in front of him Indian style as he created a vortex of his wind chakra around us. I closed my eyes and mediate. After a minute of focusing and familiarizing myself to the wind force of the wind around me, I manifest this feeling within my chakra in hopes of my chakra to mimic the way the vortex is moving.
As I focus on my chakra, I gradually channeled it out from around my body and move it around in the insides of the vortex.
This caused the vortex to move faster and I know this because I could have felt the wind around me picking up speed. When I felt the presence of the wind chakra with my chakra, I stopped channeling out more and focus on my chakra to consistently move around the vortex without disrupting it. From the outside of my mind I looked clam and focus in front of Sarutobi as I waited for him stop me.
As I focus on my chakra, I gradually channeled it out from around my body and move it around in the insides of the vortex.
This caused the vortex to move faster and I know this because I could have felt the wind around me picking up speed. I heard the sound of fingers snapping, so immediately assumed that Sarutobi was ready for to stop. I got and told Sarutobi about my experience with the wind.
It was cool and refreshing.
I could have felt my chakra streaming through my body like the side of a sharp blade. I also felt calm and relaxed while I was controlling my chakra around the vortex. You could almost say I was one with wind. *laughs*

Good, sounds like you were able to get a feeling for it so next step *takes out a piece of paper*
This is chakra paper, remember the feeling you had while meditating, that is the feeling of molding Wind chakra. Now harness that feeling again while holding this between your hands and try to control your chakra to flow down your arms and into your hands then through the paper, done correctly your chakra will physically cut the paper, the more chakra the bigger the cut.
(remember when Kakashi and Naruto did this, same thing lol)

while manipulating Wind chakra, Imagine splitting your chakra into two and grinding them together. Do it so that the two chakra fields sharpen one another into fine pieces. The thinner and shaper, the better. Do this then channel it into the leaf, it has a thicker physical make-up then the paper and isn't naturally chakra conductive like chakra paper is so this will be more difficult but will serve in helping you control the chakra better in the end.

I walked to the nearest tree and picked up a leaf from the ground around it. I then walked back to Sarutobi to prove to him that I wind chakra thing down. As I remembered the advice Asuma gave to me, I channeled a good amount of chakra in my right arm. I separated the chakra in two like two thin pipes paralleled to each other. As I channel the chakra to the leaf, I collided the two streams of chakra together so they can sharpen each other as they head for the leaf. This caused the leaf to be cut in half cleanly as if I used a pair of scissors to cut it.

The wind gathered up dirt, twigs and pebbles from the ground and in what look like a dust storm. Sarutobi was completely out of my sight, so I stopped the jutsu and went looking for him.

Good job, don't forget Earth jutsu can be used to block wind pretty well too and cause the dust to only block your vision and back fire the jutsu on you.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

It is very fast yes, and don't worry we've got some skilled med-nin waiting nearby for when...I mean if, you get hurt
as for killed, well I know a Zetsu who would enjoy a snack lolGood job, next is the one of the few D ranks you'll still be using even after you've mastered all the basics and pretty much for the rest of your RP career
(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
You mold a small amount of wind chakra into your lungs and release it in a stream of wind from your mouth, it can be maintained for short periods of time allowing you to escape dangers below or stay in the air for a while and of course move at high speed in mid air and dodge attacks, very versatile so you should have no problems finding 3 strong points for this one.
I mold a small amount of Wind chakra into my lungs and release a stream of wind down at the ground causing a dust cloud to be kicked up around me and hide me from your vision.
I then charge chakra into my legs and leap into the sky out of the cloud and release another stream that pushes me backwards in the air, maintaining the stream I demonstrate as it can be used to control your movements in the air for short times, changing directions and moving a decent distance before I gradually drop down to the ground.
can you tell me off the top of your head who used this jutsu?

-Its a great jutsu to use in a life threatening situation, such as avoiding a jutsu that removes the ground from beneath your feet or an attack you know you can't counter with another jutsu.
-You can use it while you're in the air to doge an attack.
-Can use it to conceal yourself from your opponent.
Weak Points:
-Since the wind comes out from one direction then the user can only go in a straight forward direction. Which mean your opponent can easily predicate where you'll be going and that area beforehand.
-When using it to conceal yourself from your opponent, you yourself cant see where your opponent is. And its even more dangerous if your opponent is a doujutsu user.
- Since the jutsu moves you backwards, you wont see whats behind you. Which mean can easily set up a jutsu behind you without you knowing.
Combinations and Strategies: Here is a nice combo I just came up with. You would first use the jutsu to conceal yourself from your opponent. During that time, you create a shadow clone and make it use the jutsu to fly in the air. Naturally, my opponent will assume that is me and attack. While my opponent is distracted by my shadow clone, I will use a long range(or mid range, depends where you are) jutsu and jump out from the dust to attack him.
Ways to Counter: If my oppnent is a doujutsu user, he/she can easily attack with accuracy. If I use to fly in the air, my opponent can easily predicate where I'm going and use the proper jutsu to attack my blind spot.

As Sarutobi demonstration of the jutsu was finished, I stand back 10 meters from him so I could try out the move myself.
I gathered and mold some wind chakra in my lungs. As I was finished inhaling, I exhaled towards the ground creating a huge dust cloud around the area. I then turned my back from where Sarutobi was standing and jumped in the air and blew out a stream of wind again. I flew above the dust cloud and landed safely behind Sarutobi.
I'm behind you Sarutobi.

you release a huge stream of wind (as opposed to a small one like before) big enough to lift rocks off the ground and mix with it giving it a tangible attack to an otherwise intangible element.
I gather wind chakra in my lungs as I inhale then exhale a large, widespread stream of wind that lifts several decent sized rocks off the ground that are carried with the wind current until they smash into several trees, damaging the trunks.

you release a huge stream of wind (as opposed to a small one like before) big enough to lift rocks off the ground and mix with it giving it a tangible attack to an otherwise intangible element.
I gather wind chakra in my lungs as I inhale then exhale a large, widespread stream of wind that lifts several decent sized rocks off the ground that are carried with the wind current until they smash into several trees, damaging the trunks.
Strong Points:
-Its a good substitution for a Earth technique, if you don't have any training in Earth.(like me, so this is useful)
-It carries your opponent into the air, so when he/she is busy defending the rocks you can follow up with another jutsu that catches them by surprise.
- Can use it as a defense and protect yourself from ninja tools and C rank or below Lightning.
Weak Points:
-A very useless jutsu when you could just use a real Earth jutsu.
-Can be easily defended.
-Its only useful in a terrain that has small to medium size rocks.
Combinations and Strategies: While fighting, you can secretly place paper bombs disguise as rocks(I don't know if that an actual jutsu, but if its not, I guess I found my first CJ =D) and use this jutsu to scatter the bombs at your opponent. Your opponent might thinks its just regular rocks and counter them with a close range jutsu, which would then of course damage them.
Ways to defend: Any A rank or above jutsu would defend against this jutsu and still go forth and attack the user.

I once again stand ten meters in front of Sarutobi and gathered and molded wind chakra in my lungs. I inhaled after gathering enough wing chakra and exhaled a huge stream of wind that quickly gathered rocks of small to medium size. The rocks were heading towards Sarutobi at medium pace.

-Its a good substitution for a Earth technique, if you don't have any training in Earth.(like me, so this is useful)
-It carries your opponent into the air, so when he/she is busy defending the rocks you can follow up with another jutsu that catches them by surprise.
- Can use it as a defense and protect yourself from ninja tools and C rank or below Lightning.
Weak Points:
-A very useless jutsu when you could just use a real Earth jutsu.
-Can be easily defended.
-Its only useful in a terrain that has small to medium size rocks.
Combinations and Strategies: While fighting, you can secretly place paper bombs disguise as rocks(I don't know if that an actual jutsu, but if its not, I guess I found my first CJ =D) and use this jutsu to scatter the bombs at your opponent. Your opponent might thinks its just regular rocks and counter them with a close range jutsu, which would then of course damage them.
Ways to defend: Any A rank or above jutsu would defend against this jutsu and still go forth and attack the user.
