Skipping the chakra molding part I hastily perform the hand seals: Tiger → Hare → Dragon. After that a large gust of wind that is rotating like a vortex carrying a huge amount of sharp and lethal petals from the surrounding area is aimed at senpai's clone. With more petals being picked up along the way in the cyclone the clone is hit by the cyclone. First it gets blown away upwards and back a little. The wind vortex continues to violently rotate the clone while inside it gets cuts and bruises which result to the clone going poof.
As i said, the petals are created with your chakra. Its a little odd but not unheard of. The same thing is done with this jutsu:

Yup pretty much odd and hard to believe. I mean its not easily believable for a person to use chakra to create something purple like those cherry blossoms. When Sakura used that one I thought she cut off some of her hair to give the illusion of those cherry blossoms. One of those jutsus that are just here because they were used in Naruto. I think I got it now senpai, the only way to correctly use this jutsu is to say you create the flower petals from your chakra not picking them up from the environment because when it was used in anime there were no flower petals. Secondly flower petals may not be in every terrain we fight on.
Since you understand let's move on. For this jutsu, take out a sword and imbue it with your wind chakra. Then swing the sword and release the chakra as a cutting whirlwind made of several strong gusts. There's your target.

No problem then I will just get into into it. That jutsu though I will have to spam it because of how hard it was to understand.
Peacock Whirlwind
Naori takes out her sword thta was at her back all this time. She then marches forward to the forest where the said pain is hiding with the fan in tow.
She takes out three kunais with tag bombs attached to them and sends them to the forest. They are aimed in the middle, the rear and the upfront of the forest. She then concentrates chakra to her sword chakra that she first transformed its nature to wind. With the wind chakra molded and waiting to be fired she waits for any movements in the forest. She also concentrates chakra to her feet and jumps above the forest like 4m high to have a clear look. The surprise she finds is the Pain was heading out of the forest because the forest was on fire because of the explosions. She increases the chakra concentration on the sword again and this time she swings the sword diagonally while the momentum of swinging that sword makes her spin clockwise as well. She aims it to the pain down there. A powerful and sharp whirlwind is formed that cuts through a bunch of branches and leaves before it takes the pain out of the forest with a violent rotating wind that pushes the Pain to be smashed on some branches and cuts his body with a lot of tiny cuts on the body.
Wind Spinning Blade Technique
Ahh.. senpai I wanted to use a sword you know.. Naori looking at her senpai with a dumb and unsatisfied face. But since she respects and adores her senpai so much she reaches to him and takes the fan. She continues forward and mold her chakra and transforms it into wind chakra. She then concentrates most of her chakra to the fan. She then gets into a position to swing a fan, she swings the fan forward in a horizontal arc like motion that out of it a gust of wind forms. She then uses her windd manipulation to increase the intensity of this wind jutsu, while she uses shape manipulation to make it sharp as possible. The result an arc like slash wave that resembles a demon wind shuriken but with greater cutting ability is aimed to the Pain on the tree which he barely escapes as the jutsu only took out his arm. But anyway mission successful since the Pain did get down from the tree to the ground.
Question 1:Is it safe to assume that this jutsu can cut down both D and C rank doton jutsus? Or maybe it may depend on C rank doton jutsus?
Rising Tempest Wall Technique
The Pain mad because I cut off his arm, furious he charges towards me despite the blood oozing out from his injured arm. She runs towards him at high speed which she calls meeting the enemy halfway. She then brings up her fan and holds it horizontal as it closes. She thrusts the steel end of the fan into his stomach cleverly from the side that has no arm. He gets hit and is launched into the air. She proceeds by unfurling the fan, concentrates the wind chakra into it. Then swings it towards the Pain with its amplified gust of of wind that further pushes back the Pain because its only a blunt force wind. It knocks the Pain back and sends him flying into a nearby tree.
Question 2:So Basically I always have to hit the person with a fan first before I swing it? Because that's kinda of a drag to do you know. Also since I release the wind at close range does this mean its impossible to dodge if you have been knocked into the air by the hilt or end of the fan?
Gale Blast Technique
Naori takes the challenge by trying to fly away this 80 kilo dummy. She unfolds the fan and concentrates her wind chakra unto the fan and then releases an amplified gust of wind that forms as she swings her fan diagonally upwards. The 80 kilo dummy gets airborne and is pushed back to the nearest trees which there it falls unpleasantly
Question 3:Looking at this jutsu I think it would seem impossible to use on a person. So can I use it on a large single object like a boulder and lift it to the air using this jutsu then attack an opponent with it? Also use it to defend against stone that are send towards me?

2. It's convenient when your opponent is too close for you to release a wind jutsu so you just hit him with the fan itself. And yeah, its difficult to evade anything both at close range and in midair.

Violent Whirlwind
The way I see this jutsu to be used at its best is when I use it prior to some fire jutsu and use it as a combo. Because it requires very less amount of prep time and hence pretty quick technique. Which ultimatelyleads it to be useful as a surprise attack as well, like using it to drift my opponent away using wind, when he is attacking me using tai/kenjutsu. But then again naturally its weak against most fire jutsus because it wind which can be effective when trying to counter such a jutsu.
Naori prepares herself this time, she quickly gathers and focuses her fuuton chakra in her throat and then releases it in the form of a simple stream of wind directing it towards the Pains that are running in front of her. These pains get blown away once it reaches at mid range. First their swords get blown away from them some hold them but the ones blown away also mistakenly stab those pains and they get blown away as well while also experiencing breathing difficulties.
Peacock Whirlwind Formation
Well.. even if technique itself causes no much damage, but I can use it to redirect multiple weapons including shurikens, explosive tags and sealing tags etc. It can also be used to deflect lower rank wind attacks and can be used to push away the clones, especially during close combats. What makes its awesome also is that it can help to avoid kicks directed at vital points or kenjutsu attacks channeled at vital points.As I have mentioned above the technique itself is harmless, but talking about defending from objects thrown by me redirected at me, I can always use armors provided that time frame is on my side. Also I can use powerful wind attacks to blow away the vortex itself.
After listening to the description Naori returns back to her original position and then draws out her blade. She then focuses, gathers her wind chakra and then channels the gathered wind chakra through the blade increasing it's cutting power, she then uses shape manipulation and then converts the chakra into vortex. After that she swings the blade in front of her and sends the vortex towards the kunais. The vortex is harmless, but pushes the dust and the kunais around her outwards with no aim really as they violently spread outwards.
Vacuum Blade
For starters this jutsu can be used very well along with kenjutsu techs techs to increase their sharpness. Can also be used with various shuriken ninjutsus and blazing shuriken. Since jutsu has mid range, it can be used to improve range of various ninjutsus, whose range is limited to short range. And maybe it can increase its range if you put the kunai enhanced with this jutsu in a bow and shoot it as an arrow.
Naori draws out her kunai as she then gathers chakra from all parts of her body and then focuses it in her throat and exhales wind-infused chakra in the sword. She then applies shape manipulation to make the kunai extend its reach and make it to the size of a sword. After that Naori faces the coming pains which she first throws a flash bomb to the Pain infront while the one behind closes his eyes she slashes through the partially blinded Pain infront diagonally in his chest. Then as the one opens his eyes she tosses some sand into his eyes making his eyes to hurt then she first slashes the right arm that was holding the sword and then stabs him right through the middle of his chest which it partially grazes the Pains heart.
Question 1: Can I put a kunai enhanced with this wind chakra and put it into a bow then shoot it like an arrow which I would be able to do in long range which seems impossible when looking at the jutsu range, or perhaps the bow compensates for that?
Answer: I don't think that would work, both shooting it like an arrow and making it reach long range. The effect would fade before it gets there.
Ok. Now i want you to exhale a stream of wind from your mouth and make it spin rapidly as it travels to form a twister that should toss your target around in the vortex as he is blown away from you. There's your target.

Twister Shot
Mhm... simple enough jutsu to describe. For starters it can be used along with fireball or other short range fire jutsus to increase it's range and it's destructive capabilities. But also can be essentially used at mid range, to knock my opponent further behind or to catch him in already set up trap. Another thing is I can use it to direct weapons towards my opponent, which will be difficult to dodge as wind is shape manipulated in the form of twister. To defend myself I would use powerful wind techniques, to cancel out this wind technique(such as wind cutter tech) or I can redirect it towards my opponent, fire jutsus can be helpful as well. Or maybe block myself from getting knocked out, by using powerful doton techs such as doton armor, or other doton defenses.
Naori starts by first moving to mid range from the bored Pain. As she stands there she focuses and gathers her fuuton chakra in her chest which she then focuses in her throat. After she had focused enough amount of chakra she then releases stream of wind infused chakra from her mouth. Which she then shape manipulates and converts in the shape of a twister, which she directs at the Pain playing cards which is at mid range from her. Effectively, she sends her opponent a little further up the sky as he violently rotates to the sky with no sense of direction. The Pain falls down from the sky after the jutsu has ended and get further more damage fro falling to the ground and also damage from the twister.
Question 1:SO does this jutsu posses any cutting powers, or it just a blunt wind attack? I really cannot tell.
Shock Blade
This one well just like mentioned in the description I can use it to cut down the weapons and after cutting down the weapons it will move towards my opponent and may deliver a powerful slash, enough to harm him. I can also use it along with kenjutsu attacks, especially if opponent thrusts me a bit backward,(to mid range) typically to save himself using the range as advantage. When defending myself I would just block it via armors is the best way to deal with it. Or maybe use a similar attack
Naori standing there as the Pain approaches she holds the sword in front of her using both of her hands. She focuses for few moments and gathers the wind chakra through her body, manipulates it, focuses it and then channels it through the sword. Now without wasting a moment, she runs and upon reaching the mid range removes her left hand and using right hand swings the blade in the air. Forming an arc which in front of her starts from right top corner and ends at left bottom corner directed at the upper part of his opponent's shurikens where the Pain aimed. This arc is made out of wind chakra, giving it a deep penetrating power and deflects all the shurikens he threw while the jutsu attacks the Pain and cuts him in the chest vigorously.
Question 2:Since the jutsu description does not dictate how many hands you use, does that mean I can do the same jutsu with one hand too?
Well notes taken... but seriously.. a sword technique that cannot cut :hyper: very rare. Okay let me start afresh...
As the girl is standing there holding her sword with both hands, as she sees the Pain Path approaching and throws shurikens towards her. She holds her sword like she has sheathed it on her left hip while she concentrates a lot of chakra into the blade. After a few milli secs she transforms the chakra inside the blade to wind nature chakra. She then swings the blade in the air forming a blunt force arc wind jutsu which she launches horizontally towards you. The shurikens get blown away some towards you, but most deflected sidways, and a little blunt force wind reaches you blowing you a few inches back but not entirely and with no cutting power.
You got it. Now just channel wind chakra into your sword and swing it, releasing the chakra as a big gust of wind. Nothing new. Clean this place up.

Rotating Ferocious Wind
Nice jutsu ovarall it even extends to mid range because of the sword range reach. Since its fats I would use it at a nick of time especially if my opponent uses jutsus that would make me go upwards.
Naori now with a gloomy look on her face thinking that now she is on cleaning duty looking these Paisn who have made the trash accumulate around this space. In her annoyed mood she builds up chakra by first merging her spiritual and physical energies. She continues by transforming her chakra into elemental wind chakra and transfers the chakra she infused to to the sword she was lifting up with with both hands. As she swings the sword down she creates a little gust of wind, but because she released the wind chakra in her blade the gust gets amplified by this wind natured chakra and it blows away all the papers and what not that was polluting these place. The pollutants especially the Pains get blown away violently like they are part of the trash too xD
Question:1 I suppose it doesn't cut anything this one too? Just a gust of wind... like the last one? Anyway since it says the user slashes their sword down to produce the gust, is it valid to say I would do the opposite of that which is to slah my sword upwards and make the opponent fly upwards instead of them moving away from me horizontally?
Great Slashing Tornado
Annoying jutsu because it needs a fan to use. Well the hand seal stuff is just forced on my point of view because when I look at it takes away the advantage of the wind jutsus which are known to be fast when they are used. But nonetheless its a great jutsu just that I wouldn't use it >_>. Although I might consider because its one in many wind jutsu that actually cuts people
Okay when Naori is about to perform this jutsu she molds her wind chakra like before but now concentrates it into her chest. She does that while she makes the four required hand seals for the jutsu and exhales the necessary fuuton chakra for the jutsu. The wind form her mouth she uses shape manipulation and creates a minor tornado that ensnares the incoming Pain with scissors damaging and cutting him and then leaving mid air which causes him to go down crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides.
Wind Return well this is new to me a jutsu that actually counters jutsu that are of the same element with it. Now I am starting to believe why people say they would fight fire with fire, kinda ironic because now its fighting wind with wind XD.
Noari after defeating that Pain he sees Sensei's clone for the first time.. She was surprised that it was not a Pain Path so because of that the clone got enough time to make his wind jutsu. But because she never took her eyes off him she made a few hand seals as she was molding her wind chakra properly she slashed her sword horizontally which created a wind recoil barrier which made the wind jutsu that was directed at her get deflected back to the Pain whom as he is in awe because of that he barely reacts to the recoil I did and gets hit by the wind and gets the damaged which is the same as the jutsu he used.
Question:2(a) It says a series of hand seals.. but can sensei tell me how many and which are these hand seals that are required to do the jutsu or is it ambiguous like this so it would defeat the arguments about the speed this jutsu is formed? (b) Another important thing, since it deflects most jutsus does it deflect even those jutsu which have low scale and high penetrative capabilities like the Oro's Daitoppa jutsu? (c) Does the user use the sword to deflect the jutsu or they can just exhale the whole thing? The jutsu description is not really clear on that part. (d) When the wind jutsu is deflected does that mean the opponent gets affected by the jutsu based on the jutsu properties that was propelled?
1. Yep, just a gust. It specifically states a downward slash so you can't do it another way.
2a. The handseals are unknown since it was only shown being done with a sword.
2b. Correct
2c. A sword isn't needed. You just create the wind with your chakra or exhale it.
2d. Correct
Try the last jutsu again. It doesn't create a shield. Instead it cuts the attack in half, just like Wind Cutter, and redirects what's left of it at the target.
I see that makes some sense thanks Senpai *_*. Although something is confusing that a jutsu would cut another in half but return it stronger then the original. But oh well let me re do this one.
As the Pain creates that mad slicing tornado Naori molds and merges her spiritual and physical energies together to create raw chakra. She inhales air inside her chest and transforms the chakra she concentrated on her chest to wind chakra. She performs a series of hand seals as she inhales the air. After that as the slicing tornado approaches she exhales a sharp wind infront of her that cuts through the Pain's jutsu into half and redirects the other half to the Pain. While doing that she reinforces her wind jutsu making it a little powerful then the jutsu the Pain sent. The Pain gets blown away while he gets sliced by the wind before he gets smaked down as the wind passes.
Much better. Now stand somewhere with alot of sand or dust around and blow a strong wind gust at your target which carries the sand with it. The sandin the wind makes the attack more damaging. Punish these slackers.

Average technique in my book, its not weak nor powerful. I guess its one of those jutsus that depend too much on how you use them. It becomes formidable if its combined with a fire jutsu. Also since it blows away dust the opponent can see it coming meaning they can use something tangible to block it. Its a blast of brute force embodied in a wind so a rigid enough earth wall would withstand it.
Naori gets close to her target standing at mid range form them, she molds her spiritual and physical energies together creating raw chakra. She concentrates this raw chakra to her chest while she changes it to wind chakra. She inhales some air, without making any hand seals the Pains spot her and they come for her head. Naori exhales the air and her wing chakra amplifies the wind because of her wind chakra. She spews out a gust of wind that quickly blows away the sand in the ground and some minor particles present there. The send and wind mic together and they attack the Pains as Naori aims it. They are blown away back to the sea and get soaked in water also with some irritated eyes and minor bruises from falling after the wind pushed them away.

But it has one big disadvantage that if you really wanna use its full power to the enemy you must launch it at close range. Other then that its the obvious one that it just produces a blunt force wind with no cutting capabilities meaning its equipped to stop most B ranked water jutsus.
Naori molds her wind chakra via the above process but this time she concetrates her chakra on her right fist. She then proceeds and punches the Pains sneaking away when enough chakra accumulated in the fist. The wind chakra in the fist expnads as she punches, but to make it to become a vortex Naori uses shape manipulation and rotates the wind chakra creating a vortex. This vortex impales the Pains and violently sends them back to the sea as well.
Alright. This one's pretty unique. You need to hold out your hand and condense wind in the shape of a large demonic claw extending from your hand. The claw can be controlled and functions just like an actual hand with great strength. Try breaking through this wall. Doton: Doryuheki!

In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Beast Tearing Gale Palm
Mhmm what a monstrosity of a jutsu one so diabolical that it seems like it merits tearing enemies into shreds of meat pieces as a good thing. Anyway I'm happy to know that it can be used as a regular hand like perhaps launch myself upwards.
Anyway Naori prepares for this jutsu by firstly molding her wind chakra as she sees you built this enormous earth wall. She proceeds by concentrating that wind chakra into her right hand. Then creates a beast claw using shape manipulation. After the claw is made and the chakra around it stable she wonders if she should punch or crush the wall, but instinctively she punches the earth wall and follows up by crushing it using this inhuman hand.

Onr of the jutsus that I think if I were using them in a fight I feel like I'm a ninja for real. Anyway great jutsu to use at short range.
Naori molds her wind chakra via the complicated long process I've mentioned before. She then moves forward by concentrating it yet again to her right hand as the Pain path is approaching to attack her. She proceeds by extending that hand full of chakra towards the pain. Causing the Pain to fly backwards a few miles as she strikes him on his torso. Which also promotes the land beneath them to split and become rubble.
Revolving cut
Wow the naming too of this jutsu just has that feeling. Anyway looking at how the jutsu concentrates the wind chakra at only the leg it makes the other parts of the body venerable to petty attacks for example the stomach. But nonetheless its a great jutsu.
After launching the first pain seeing that another is coming to attack Naori prepares by first molding her wind chakra and concentrate most of that chatora to her left leg which she spins around and kicks the Pain to his left cheek. The Pain is also severely damaged to his cheek and the neck and some bruises around the body as he launched away because of the kick.
Good job. For the next one, perform 3 handseals and generate a small hurricane that carries your target away as it travels. It's nothing new but you can combine this technique with other elements by absorbing them into the hurricane. Hit him with some unexpected weather.

A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.
For this jutsu simply generate a huge gust of cutting wind launched at your target. It's cutting ability isn't great but it could push back large and heavy objects like giant summons. Here's one now.
