Thank you for answering my question, and apologies for the late reply

(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
Rank: B
Type:Supplementary/Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 (+5 if attack is send back)
Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Strong points

  • Counters up to B-rank wind techniques!
  • Splits a wind technique and creates a vortex, and when used properly, can be powerful as a combination technique.
  • Redirects wind techniques and does extra damage if the technique is successful!
Weak points

  • Requires hand seals How many hand seals are required?
  • The user's hands are occupied during this technique's performance, which can be bad for chaining together combinations quickly and simultaneously.
  • Can't block stronger techniques and the range isn't as ideal as we'd like it to be.
Combinations-strategies Splitting a wind technique could be beneficial, ensuring my safety. By forming a vortex in front of me, it should also counter certain projectiles.

Ways to counter: Obviously, I'd use a higher ranked wind technique to defeat this, otherwise, fire and Earth techniques should suffice as well, as long as the rankings are equal or above.

Does using this technique with a weapon remove the hand seal requirement?

(Fūton: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa) - Wind Style: Infinte Sand Great Break Through
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: Originally Gaara's technique, for other characters the user will have to gather the dust or sand of the environment around him and then combine it with his elemental wind affinity. A large wind gust with dust or sand will get created capable to push away the opponent or medium sized objects.

Strong points

  • Can be used to blind or push away an opponent.
  • A good counter for Earth techniques, as per the description!
  • Requires no hand seals and is quick and easy to perform.
Weak points

  • Doesn't work on larger sized objects, such as large summons.
  • The dust can be a disadvantage if I'm not careful; I'll get caught in it as well.
  • Doesn't work in terrain that doesn't allow for the formation of dust and sand, such as an urban arena... or a grassy field. Bascially, setup is required...
Combinations-strategies I'd use this by first free forming the whipping up of sand and/or dust, and following up with this technique. Good for blowing away powerful Earth techniques that may hurt me, or pushing a pesky close range opponent away. I can control my opponent's position and footing as a result. Exactly what can this technique blow away? In terms of rank, element, etc.

Ways to counter: If my obstacles are powerful enough to obstruct the dust cloud, I should have no problem countering this technique. Otherwise, I could also counter with a more powerful wind technique!

Does this technique have sharp wind cutting properties?

-Only if you have a Kujaku bio will you then be able to use the jutsu without hand seals and only use your sword. It doesn't say a specific number of hand seals, so when performing it just say something along the lines of; "I string up a couple hand seals and..." yea you get the drift.
-It can blow away a variety of things actually. Rank isn't always a determining factor when it comes to size remember than. For example the rasengan is S rank yet it is the size of the user's palm like a small tennis ball. The A rank golem is the size of a human, or a lil bit bigger but it is of lower rank. So yea, this jutsu can blow back almost anything within reasoning of course. Nothing big as gamabunta or other boss summonings. Humans, small summonings and maybe jutsus as big as the A rank rock golem. Always keep in mind that it is simply a B rank wind jutsu. and no cutting properties.

Hope that cleared up everything, but any other questions?

(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind
I think this is the shortest description for any canon jutsu but the most unique one lool
So yea, simply channel chakra to one of your fist and punch in any direction you want to release a miniature tornado. If you punch on the ground, it can launch your airborne into the opposite direction.

(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
This is just simply a wind claw form from your hand that can reach up to mid range.

That was really helpful, thanks for answering my question with details, senpai ^_^

(Fūton: Senpūken) - Wind Style: Hurricane Fist
Rank: B
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:20
Damage Points:40
Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind

Strong points

  • No hand seals. Quick and easy to perform/use
  • "Adaptable" implies a lot of different possible strategic combinations.
  • Can even be used as a supplementary technique to defend or evade.
Weak points

  • Fire techniques defeat it pretty easily.
  • Doesn't seem that large and powerful, not as effective for larger techniques.
  • The range is alright.
Combinations-strategies Good for pushing an opponent away, or blocking projectiles. Quick and easy to use in a pinch, can be combined with a fire technique for a stronger attack.

Ways to counter: Taijutsu would be a good counter to this, as it would keep my opponent occupied and unable to concentrate on the execution of the technique. Otherwise, keeping my opponent's hands busy or using a more powerful technique to block the whirlwind or dissipate it would be pretty effective.

A question, senpai:

1. Can I control the direction and strength of the whirlwind?

(Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō) - Wind Style: Beast Tearing Gale Palm

In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Strong points

  • A very powerful extension of the user's fist
  • Can break apart and dislodge solid objects.
  • Anything in its path gets destroyed!
Weak points

  • Seems unwieldy and large.
  • The force of the technique is dependent on how the user uses this technique.
  • Being attached to the user, a smart opponent can use this to their advantage.
Combinations-strategies I'd combine this with Taijutsu, or as a weapon to attack and defend. It seems like there are a lot of offensive and defensive options available for combat. Can deflect plenty of attacks and weapons as per the description.

Ways to counter: Use a higher ranked technique or tire out my opponent by staying out of range. The user will most likely be wielding this with focus, so I'd try and break that in order to stop their assault.

Can only control the direction when its being release, not after release so it more or less goes in a linear path. It has a moderate strength, rank wise. (In regards to your question on the first jutsu)

_________

(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: By Covering their hand with wind-natured chakra, The user attacks the enemy with it. The power of this attack is capable of causing the ground to split and buckle around them which could be used to throw the enemy off balance.
Basically release your wind chakra to have a wind coating around on arm of your choosing. Great to use in close range fights.

(Futon: Kōha Senkaigiri) - Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user covers their leg with wind chakra and strikes a powerful kick to the opponent. This kick was powerful enough to slice through a mechanical puppet.
Basically the same as the jutsu above, but instead this one is the leg version to it.

Description: By Covering their hand with wind-natured chakra, The user attacks the enemy with it. The power of this attack is capable of causing the ground to split and buckle around them which could be used to throw the enemy off balance.

Strong points

  • A great compliment to Taijutsu techniques, can be used to cut and slash at the opponent, increasing the range.
  • If used creatively, can stop most powerful close range lightning techniques.
  • Requires no hand seals and is useful in a pinch.
Weak points

  • User will have their hands occupied with this technique.
  • Very powerful, but can be disadvantageous if the user makes a bad move.
  • Needing to get into close range for this technique's effectiveness is a con, especially if your strategy doesn't revolve around close range encounters.
Combinations-strategies I'd use this to get the upper hand in a Taijutsu fight, or to defend against any close range lightning techniques. Can be used in conjunction with clones in order to confuse and overwhelm my opponent.

Ways to counter: If I use a fire technique to set the user's hands ablaze, they're in for an unpleasant surprise. Also, keeping out of range of this technique seems pretty straightforward.

Strong points

  • Similar to the previous technique in terms of utility, except it can free up the user's hands.
  • Kicks are very strong; OP if combined with Leg Weights, etc.
  • Sharp; pushes away opponent with each attack.
Weak points

  • User has less control of their leg versus their hand; larger target for opponent to counter.
  • Isn't as strong as some better wind techniques; purely situational.
  • Weak to strong fire or earth techniques.
Combinations-strategies Taijutsu based, mostly the same as the previous technique. Maybe I could perform them both simultaneously, for some awesome combinations; cut up an opponent with my hands and slice them with my feet!

Ways to counter: Stay out of range; pretty much similar to the previous technique.

These techniques are pretty cool, wind based taijutsu!

Do these techniques add some form of speed boost?

Nope, no speed boost o-o

____________

(Futon: Kibishii Shippuu Kabe) - Wind Release: Severe Hurricane Wall
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will swing their Giant Folding fan or Giant War fan at their target to create a small but powerful hurricane that drags the target with it several meters. Normal users can perform this technique by use of 3 hand seals before creating the Hurricane.
First off, if you don't have a giant fan you will need to do 3 hand seals (If you have wind as your main elemental affinity you only use one hand seal). So release a small but strong hurricane that hits the enemy(s) with slicing winds, this tornado also carries your opponent a distance away.

(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba Rendan no justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade Barrage Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: A more advanced version he user uses their Giant Folding fan or Giant Fan and swing it forwards at the target creating a single spinning disk of wind that ressembles a demon wind shuriken. A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.
Pretty straight forward here ._.

Strong points

  • Dragging the target with the hurricane can allow for strategic positioning and placement, pushing my opponent to where I want them to be.
  • Has a really awesome range.
Weak points

  • Requires a Giant Folding/War fan to use.
  • The user's hands will be occupied while performing this technique.
  • Even if I don't have equipment, I have to weave hand seals to perform this technique, critical in the time frame.
Combinations-strategies I'd use this to stagger an opponent and push them away to lay the pressure off me. I could combine this with fire and weapons to create a powerful blaze. Can redirect or block certain wind techniques, or push myself away.

Ways to counter: I could block the whirlwind or split it and break it apart by allowing solid objects to obstruct it, such as earth techniques. By stopping the setup of the technique (disrupting the fan setup, or interrupting handseals), I can overcome my opponent.

A non wielder of the Giant Folding Fan or Giant Fan can perform this technique with use of four hand seals and releasing wind from their mouth and using shape manipulation to form the disk of wind.

Strong points

  • The demon wind shuriken is powerful and is a spinning disk that can cut!
  • A good frontal attack that's fast to perform and would require that my opponent be on the defensive, allowing it to be good cover from the front side.
  • Generally more powerful than the previous technique.
Weak points

  • More complicated, I need to have my mouth free in order to fire the disk. Also requires more hand seals.
  • Still requires fans and is better with them.
  • The range of this technique is weaker than the previous one; a tradeoff.
Combinations-strategies Good for stopping more powerful lightning techniques, and a fast way to get a hit in if supported properly.

Ways to counter: Staying out of range, although it can generally be countered in a similar way to the previous technique.

(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will create a large surge of wind that is capable of pushing a target back and dealing some small cuts to them. The wind technique is also strong enough to push back a large summoning creature.
Channel wind chakra into your body and release it to bring forth a surge of wind that is strong enough to push something of greater mass back and also deals some cut to them.

(Fūton: Rasen Kazedan) - Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.
Just breathe wind chakra on your hand to create a ball. So just make a lil rasengan and through it lol

Strong points

  • Requires no hand seals.
  • Can push back summoning creatures, so I assume that it works on larger scale techniques.
  • Bigger in scale compared to its other B-rank counterparts.
Weak points

  • Fire style.
  • Range is alright for a wind technique.
  • Doesn't seem as damaging if all it does is push my opponent away or cause small cuts.
Combinations-strategies Can use this to stagger an opponent and blow them away to a range I want them to be. Injuring them with cuts can prevent them from trying to get close range since they'd be injured. Works well on midair opponents.

Ways to counter: Fire techniques to block (Fire Wall?) or higher ranked Earth techniques in order to stop the wind.

This technique seems to be very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock. They can be launched in rapid succession.

Strong points

  • Fast.
  • Power is underestimated; can defeat certain Earth techniques.
  • Good damage, essentially, a wind rasengan >_> without the rasengan part.
Weak points

  • Hands will be occupied when using this technique.
Combinations-strategies Can combine with a fire technique to create FIERY BALLS OF DEATH. Lol

Ways to counter: Counter with the "return" wind technique, or use a more powerful technique/dodge in some way.

(Fūton: Fūsui Ranha no Jutsu) -Wind Release: Wind Water Wild Wave Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will first release a wave of water at the opponent, and then the user will enhance the wave's destructive capacity with wind.
Now this is a very strange technique that I don't think belongs in the wind list...well eh maybe. The rank of the water wave would be a weak B rank and the wind would be a weak B rank wind too, so its just a strong B rank technique like others.

( Futon: Uzu sentou ) - Wind Release: Vortex Punch
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user charges up wind energy on his hands and attacks eventually slamming a fist into the foe's gut and then unleashing a blast of wind energy that sends the foe into the air.
Straight up jutsu here, nothing hard to understand. Channel wind into your fist and punch the opponent while simultaneously releasing the wind chakra to send the opponent flying some meters back.

Description: The user will first release a wave of water at the opponent, and then the user will enhance the wave's destructive capacity with wind.

Strong points

  • Combines both a water and wind technique; elemental combinations are pretty rare on the canon list, from my knowledge.
  • Water's speed is increased, allowing for more damage; maybe the water becomes razor sharp.
  • This "elemental layering" can actually be beneficial and cancel out certain drawbacks of the technique.
Weak points

(I have some questions here)

  • Does the wave of water require a water source?
  • Since this is a wind+water combination, does the fire weakness of wind get cancelled out? How exactly do the elemental strengths and weaknesses work here?
  • Is the wave capable of a wide spread, or is it more concentrated? Like, can it be fired in a conical fashion?
Combinations-strategies The technique in itself is a combination, but perhaps I could trap my enemy's feet with a technique in order to ensure they can't avoid the following attack. I like that it doesn't require hand seals and seems fast to perform.

Ways to counter: Earth seems the best counter, since water is weaker to earth, and even with increased destructive capacity, it's still a B-rank technique, so solid objects or high level Earth Techniques should be able to stop it.

Strong points

  • Sends an opponent up in the air, leaving them incredibly open for a follow-up attack.
  • The blast can cause concussive damage, and is powerful.
  • A good finisher in Taijutsu combinations.
Weak points

  • Requires the user to get within close range of their opponent.
  • Does the blast of wind hold up the opponent in the air, like a tornado?
Combinations-strategies I'd use this at the end of a Taijutsu combination, and when my opponent is in the air, I'd follow up with a fire/lightning technique to finish them off.

Ways to counter: I could use the Added-Weight Technique to make myself incredibly heavy, making it much harder for my opponent to pull off this attack.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.
This technique is much more deadlier in short range. So yeah, gather up wind chakra into your index and middle finger, then swing it in whichever direction you want to release a blade of wind that travels fast towards your opponent. Imagine using this in short range behind your opponent, a sure kill ;)

(Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage
Rank: A
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points:60
Description: The user does the Ram handseal and inhales, kneading his chakra into his lungs, exhaling a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path. Can cause major damage and requires a sufficient chakra level to perform. This large wind blast moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.
Inhale air from the environment then perform the ram hand seal to add chakra to the air in your lungs. Then with one exhalation you release a massive wind sphere that can go up to mid range.

Strong points

  • Has a variety of functions, from weapons creation, projectiles, etc.
  • Can counter the strongest lightning techniques.
  • Fast, can't be blocked by standard weapons.
Weak points

  • User is left open because they're focusing on the hand gestures.
  • Can be detrimental if thrown back to the user, or countered.
  • Technique is fast, but the performing/usage may not be as fast.
Combinations-strategies I'd first use a simple fire attack (fireballs, etc.) towards my opponent, and then launch the wind blades as projectiles behind it. Since the wind blades are super fast, they would mix with the fireballs, turning into flaming wind blades.

Ways to counter: A higher level elemental ninjutsu, or even a powerful Earth technique. Evasion wise, something in the wind/fire categories would probably work.

Strong points

  • Great for all ranges.
  • The wind blast is incredibly powerful and covers a large area.
  • Very fast.
Weak points

  • User will get hurt if they are caught in this.
  • Can't be controlled; therefore, has a linear path.
Combinations-strategies Combine with Katon: Zukkoku for absolute pwnage.

Ways to counter: Block with a stronger elemental tech, something solid, or otherwise try and use a more powerful jutsu to overwhelm them. Try to pull in the user into the range of the technique, as well.

It's pretty straight forward I hope. I wanted it to be more theoretical rather than looking at strength and weaknesses, since there'd be a lot of repeated answers xD either way let's kick it

(Fūton: Boufuu Gekido Kabe) – Wind Release: Gale Raging Wall
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user swings their Giant Fan and creates a giant vortex that swirls around and lifts the opponent into the sky. They are then zapped by three bolts of lightning before falling to the ground, giving off black smoke.
Note: Must wield a Giant Fan.

I've been searching everywhere for at least a picture of this jutsu since it seems to be extraordinary but to no avail, oh well we can comprehend it. xD For one, it requires a Giant Fan so here *throws you a fan* Get accustomed to that, since it's like my best friend and I'm trusting you with his safety. u.u The basis of the technique is to utilize wind through the usage of a swing with your giant fan, to create a vortex that initially does no harm but alters the positioning of your opponent, moving him skywards away from the ground. Having done that, as the opponent will move in an upwards direction; three lightning bolts will rain down from the sky in a downwards direction, zapping and shocking your opponent before they fall down onto the ground, emitting black smoke for theatrical purposes.

Since the whole technique would be considered an A-rank in total, I'd say each individual lightning bolt is not too strong, if I'd have to guess each should be a C-rank.

Performing the technique:

*performs technique as sensei says*

:|

Ok, serious now.

Catching the Giant Fan that sensei threw at me (jeez, it was big and heavy...), I grip it and get accustomed to what was apparently sensei's 'best friend'. I didn't have time to question his lifestyle choices, so I simply channeled my wind chakra through my arms, into the fan. Opening it, I then perform a horizontal sweep, releasing a powerful gale of wind that lifts up one of sensei's poor fodder clones into the air. Then, I watch as lightning bolts rain down from the sky and burn the poor sap into a crisp.

Rather anticlimactically, the clone flops down on the ground. Kinda morbid.

How would you use the technique in battle:

I could steal a Giant Fan off an enemy and use this technique to surprise them. It would also be cool if they used projectiles; I could redirect them and hit my opponent at the same time. While my opponent is flopping helplessly in the air, I could then perform a fire technique at the base of the gale, creating a blazing inferno that attacks from the bottom up, and combined with the lightning from the top down, you're basically screwed.

How to defend from the technique:

Perhaps I could increase my weight or density in order to become TOO heavy to lift up. Otherwise, I could try to close the distance between myself and the opponent in order to prevent them from swinging the Giant Fan in the first place.

Do you like anything about the technique?:

I like that it combines Wind and Lightning.

Questions about the technique:

;___; I DON'T HAVE MANY FRIENDS OK

Yes, well done. That's actually a good combination, using the currents to redirect projectiles, and if they didn't touch upon countering before the lightning would be shot towards them, they'd have a hard time combating that and the fire as well. xD Which is what like the main weakness is, the gap between the harmless wind and when the actual attack starts is too big and people could take advantage of that. For instance like you said, increasing the weight so that the currents don't affect you, that'd pretty much like render the entire technique useless.

ANYWAAAAAAAAAAAYS moving on

(Fūton: Joushou Ryuu) – Wind Release: Rising Dragon
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user makes a giant hurricane using the blade of wind that then draws in the enemies into the hurricane, violently slashing them.

The foundation of this technique is to wave either of your arms in any direction, channeling fuuton chakra towards the fingers of said arm and allow it to be released as an intangible blade of wind that moves forwards. This blade of wind however isn't normal like the one you learnt with Venom before, as it moves on forwards it begins to draw in the currents around it, gradually forming into what would be seen as a gigantic hurricane large enough to cover the battlefield up till mid range. The transformation between the small blade of wind and the large hurricane is extremely quick and most opponents wouldn't be able to identify your chakra until the hurricane had already fully transformed, unless they possess certain abilities that allow them to do so of course. Once transformed, the hurricane does what a normal hurricane does >_> dragging people in with its superior might and shredding them to pieces in between the fast currents.

I'll be your friend, sensei, if you're willing...

Performing the technique:

Taking my left hand, I then swipe it diagonally across my body, from left to right, whilst simultaneously channeling chakra to my fingertips. At the hand's swiping path, I then release an invisible gale of wind that flies toward sensei. As the wind blade hurtles toward him, it begins to gather the wind around it, rotating it and eventually forming a strong, powerful whirlwind. Sensei sees a gigantic whirlwind form in front of him out of nowhere, and it sucks him up, slashing him up with many lacerations and deep cuts.

Surely sensei wouldn't die from such a simple technique. Right?

How would you use the technique in battle:

The invisible wind blade formation could actually be very useful for the element of surprise. So, for example, I could take a kunai, and do the same swiping motion, releasing the kunai BEFORE the wind blade. My opponent will anticipate the kunai, but I'd love to see their reaction when a huge hurricane follows immediately after it, forming out of nowhere. They'll never see it coming. Literally.

How to defend from the technique:

Knowing that my enemy will swipe at me, I could anticipate a counter by using an Earth technique or a Fire Wall to protect my immediate front; otherwise, an equally strong wind technique will also suffice.

Do you like anything about the technique?

THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE.

U_U

Questions about the technique:

When countering wind techniques with Earth, how can we determine what is appropriate for defending? The Earth Wall jutsu is a lower rank than this technique, for example, but since it's big enough, could we say it's a viable counter?
