Thank you for answering my question, and apologies for the late reply
Strong points
Ways to counter: Obviously, I'd use a higher ranked wind technique to defeat this, otherwise, fire and Earth techniques should suffice as well, as long as the rankings are equal or above.
Does using this technique with a weapon remove the hand seal requirement?
Strong points
Ways to counter: If my obstacles are powerful enough to obstruct the dust cloud, I should have no problem countering this technique. Otherwise, I could also counter with a more powerful wind technique!
Does this technique have sharp wind cutting properties?

(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return
Rank: B
Type:Supplementary/Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 (+5 if attack is send back)
Description: This technique is used to counter a Wind attack launched against the user. Originally used by Kujaku in conjunction with her sword, the user will need to perform a series of handseals to amplify chakra and then he will split the incoming Wind attack and take control of the whirling vortex thrown at him, in order to re direct it towards the opponent.
Note: It can block only up to B rank wind jutsu.

Strong points
- Counters up to B-rank wind techniques!
- Splits a wind technique and creates a vortex, and when used properly, can be powerful as a combination technique.
- Redirects wind techniques and does extra damage if the technique is successful!
- Requires hand seals How many hand seals are required?
- The user's hands are occupied during this technique's performance, which can be bad for chaining together combinations quickly and simultaneously.
- Can't block stronger techniques and the range isn't as ideal as we'd like it to be.

(Fūton: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa) - Wind Style: Infinte Sand Great Break Through
Rank: B

Strong points
- Can be used to blind or push away an opponent.
- A good counter for Earth techniques, as per the description!
- Requires no hand seals and is quick and easy to perform.
- Doesn't work on larger sized objects, such as large summons.
- The dust can be a disadvantage if I'm not careful; I'll get caught in it as well.
- Doesn't work in terrain that doesn't allow for the formation of dust and sand, such as an urban arena... or a grassy field. Bascially, setup is required...
Ways to counter: If my obstacles are powerful enough to obstruct the dust cloud, I should have no problem countering this technique. Otherwise, I could also counter with a more powerful wind technique!
