i think if luffy is to defeat burgess he needs another power up

that or the tournament is called off by CP0 and Fujitora's fleet

Well, to each his own I'm still of the belief that he is one of the weaker members of the BB crew, and that he's a little bit lower than Luffy's level.

i believe that the original members are within luffy's reach as long as he gets a power up , the ones from impel down are in my opinion all on par with the main VA's , with BB being the currently weakest yonkou (unless he has a third incredible devil fruit power)
