I doubt Kishi has any plans for kakashi to get married. He doesn't interact with many females on a personal level... Rin was the closest woman he's ever been with and it's safe to say she is dead... Besides, who actually is there for him to marry? Shizune is older... Kurenai is a mother, Anko is on deaths door... :/ not many fitting candidates for the handsome bachelor Kakashi.
