The Byakugan was never unlocked. If Kishi changes this then it is BS because it goes against the purity of the Byakugan lineage.

I can jump on the tenseigan hype train 'tho, we don't know much about it, except that the byakugan or maybe some byakugan (traits via blood, hamura chakra..) connection is needed but even this would be in the category of asspull.

The veins that Pop Out are the sign of activation of Byukgan. The white eyes could just be because of mating together.

Anyways I feel that Boruto will unlock some type of eye wether it be the Byakugan or the Tenseigan.

Unlike Sharingan, you don't unlock Byakugan, you are born with it. It was confirmed that the kids don't have Byakugan the moment we saw their blue eyes and pupils.

That filler eye is even more impossible, you will never see or hear of it in canon manga.

Byakugan is something that is present since birth. It doesn't not require any tragedy or emotions to activate it. So if one doesn't have it during their birth, they would never have it. Unless they forcefully implant on themselves.

He most probably won't, his eyes look normal as apposed to those white Hyuuga eyes that turn to Byakugan.



Sarada is the daughter of Sasuke though, he is not a normal Uchiha, he's Indra's transmigrant and has Rinnegan. Her "impure" chakra must be a lot stronger than all those Uchiha that couldn't awaken Sharingan.

That has zero relevance as to why she have. Genes don't work that way. Otherwise Ashura and indra would have unlocked rinnegan :lol. Just because your parent is strong doesn't mean that you somehow get stronger genes than them.
