Will Bolt unlock the Byukgan?

Anything is possible, who's to say that the byakugan hasn't mutated for example? Maybe Boruto and Himawari both have a new mutated byakugan that looks same as Naruto's blue eyes, but is actually a new form of the byakugan. We'll have to wait and see. 
It's could happen!, but not in the time span that's been put out. Toneri is Otsutsuki an didn't have the byakugan but had some implanted in his sockets to awaken the tenseigan. Maybe Boruto needs to do something of the same to awaken his doujutsu an be one of the first Uzumaki with a doujutsu.
Sadara is half Uchiha and awaken her doujutsu, so why can't boruto have some kind of situation where he'll end up doing the same thing like Toneri down the line.

There is no way Boruto could awaken the Byakugan. His sister will obviously, but Boruto eyes also show an indication that he wont have. And technically Nagato is the first uzumaki to have dojutsu(Renningan). Himawari (Naruto's Daughter) also has dojutsu and the ninetails ability, you can see the marks on her face, and could be considered an uzumaki as well

No you don't awaken the Byakugan unlike the Uchiha. You have to be born as a full fledge blooded Hyuga in order to have the byakugan. Meaning it has to be pure that's why the Hyuga breed themself in order to maintain the Clan.
Naruto however contaminated the Hyuga genes that's why Bolt normal eyes are like Naruto, but I believe Boruto eyes will have mutation dojutsu similar to Hagoromo rinnegan>Sharingan etc which is the impure form of the Byakugan

We haven't seen a half hyuga before so we cannot say the white eye is necessary for the activation of byukugan.
Second, I will counter your statement that "Kishi applies science" by providing you manga evidence that he does not.
In the fight with kaguya naruto was flying or floating and susuke was on the ground once she turned gravity on naruto and sauske could not move EQUALLY.
Thus Science is not applied if it was Naruto would be walking and wouldn't need obito protecting him.

Just because they don't have white eyes doesn't mean they can't have the Byakugan. Yes, all Hyuga clan members have white eyes, but did you ever stop to think that it's because they never married someone outside of the clan? Now, I know it seems unlikely, due to their blue eyes, but why did we even start to associate the Byakugan with the white eyes?

The real reason bolt doesn't have byukugan is kishi was drawing his design and thought it looked weird on bolt and just colored the eyes in. Also byukugan means white eye maybe he'll get a new dojutsu Aoykugan (ao is blue in japense dunno what eye is though so spelling is wrong but it'd say blue eye)

He most probably won't, his eyes look normal as apposed to those white Hyuuga eyes that turn to Byakugan.
Sarada is the daughter of Sasuke though, he is not a normal Uchiha, he's Indra's transmigrant and has Rinnegan. Her "impure" chakra must be a lot stronger than all those Uchiha that couldn't awaken Sharingan.
